Abstract
本发明涉及沿料坯(1)或卷筒材料(11)上的任意选择的部分,进行局部厚度减低的方法,材料至少有一层纸质或纸板,目的在于制造目视标志(30),或便于把材料作成需要的形状,同时/或者改善用材料制造包装件的先决条件。上述厚度减低之取得,在于把材料从一根或多根模辊(38)上通过,每一根模辊(38)上有突出部分(39),利用模辊(38)把材料(41)接触迅速旋转的磨削轮(42),借以把材料(41)上选定的表面部分磨去。
Description
本发明涉及在卷筒纸或纸坯上,沿纸坯或卷筒的一个任选的区域,作局部减低厚度的方法。这种纸坯或卷筒纸材料中含有至少一层纸质或纸板;减低厚度的目的是取得可见的标志,以便于把材料作成规定的形状,同时/或者改善用材料制造有密封接头的包装的前提。
在包装技术中,一次使用型的纸质包装的使用为时已经很久,这种包装所用的材料中,包括用纸板或纸张制造的载体层,和内外热塑性塑料包覆层。这种包装件中所用的包装材料常常还附加其他材料层,例如在上述的层次外,还加铝箔层或塑料层。
把包装材料组合的目的,是给被包装的物品产生最佳的产品保护作用,同时给予被包装的物品足够的机械性保护,并且使包装件的使用人便于携带。机械刚性一方面给予包装的物品以机械性保护,而另一方面使有如此刚性的包装件在用手掌握或持执时不会有困难,这种类型的包装一般设有一个纸质或纸板的载体层,给予包装件固定的形状及机械性的保护。然而这种载体层缺乏对气体或液体的不渗透性,一旦材料遭遇潮湿或液体被吸收进材料里面时,材料的优良刚性便会消失。为了使材料可以令人满意地防止液体渗透,最经常采用的是塑料层压的方法,并且假如这塑料材料是热塑性塑料的话,利用加热和加压,可以把塑料层互相密封,通过这种方法,包装容器可以密封,将塑料包覆层的搭接片连接在一起,形成紧密的,有耐久机械性的结实密封,从而使包装容器永久保持形状。
这里所述的包装容器的类型,可以用预先冲出的纸坯或卷筒纸制造,并且预先印上适当的图案,并带有便于折叠的折线图形。用卷筒纸制造包装容器的方法,是把卷筒纸的纵边互相搭接,形成管状,然后注入指定的物品,通过重复对管筒作垂直于管筒轴线的横向进行密封,分别制成一个个封闭容器单元。在管筒上作纵向的折叠线,在包装容器的角上加双壁的三角形耳片,经过将包装材料作适当的折叠,便把容器单元里的材料变成需要的几何形状,一般为平行的管状。
包装容器的制造,无论使用预先冲制的纸坯,或者使用连续的卷筒,从实际考虑,应该有统一的厚度,并且,为了取得所需的形状刚性,纸质层或纸板层应比层压材料中的其他各层为厚。就是说,在包装件的形成和密封过程中,产生层压材料的重叠,便造成相当大的局部增厚,其一部分为多层材料厚度,另一部分为单层材料厚度之间的过渡中,便会产生泄漏的问题。尤其在接头的交接处,每一个接头里有多层厚度或双层厚度,泄漏问题特别加剧。这种交接处一般称为“交叉点”,很容易形成泄漏沟造成细微液漏,而假如作无菌包装用时,便会造成对包装容器内经过消毒的物品的侵染。
为了克服上面所说的缺点,可以把包装材料的厚度,并特别是主要决定材料厚度的基础层在材料进入多层的部分,例如接头部分的厚度降低。这种厚度的降低,使材料在选定部位上预先作局部加工,例如,采用磨削的方法,这方法在过去已证明是有困难的。
在美国专利US2,671,990中,已经公开了一种局部磨削带状材料的装置。其中,将带材从磨削轮和静止的模板之间经过,磨削轮的工作面是圆锥面,而两个模板的工作面分别是平面和斜面,经过磨削后的带材边缘附近的部分材料被切除。由于斜削作用是靠磨削轮的形状来实现的,因此只能在带材的相同宽度上对带材进行纵向斜削成形加工,它并不能对带材上的图案进行去薄的成形加工。但是在利用了本发明的方法以后,就可以作工业规模的应用。
根据本发明,在一种局部减低材料厚度的方法中,将料坯在紧密接触而无滑动的状态下,从一根或多根其上有局部突出部分的模辊和一根或多根与之相邻的高速旋转磨削轮之间通过。将磨削轮位置进行调节,使模辊底面和磨削轮工作表面之间的距离等于或略大于料坯的厚度,而磨削轮和模辊上的突出部分之间的距离则小于料坯的厚度。料坯从模辊上通过时,被模辊上的突出部分局部推向磨削轮,使与磨削轮接触,从而部分材料被磨削掉,在料坯上形成厚度减低部分。在下文中将参照附图予以说明,附图内容如下:
图1表示包装容器的料坯;
图2表示设有折叠线的卷筒包装材料,折叠线有利于包装材料的成型;
图3表示一个装凸模用的安装辊;
图4表示进行磨削操作的装置。
图1表示的是包装容器的原始料坯。这料坯是从有恒定厚度的纸板片或卷筒纸材料中冲出,图中料坯用标号1表示。料坯1用折线图形12划分成侧壁板或空间2及3,顶盖片4和13,以及底密封片8及9。顶密封片13和底密封片8为三角形,其分别安排为在顶盖片4之间和底密封片9之间,以风箱似的形式折叠。由于把三角形片13和8折成这种形状,邻接片49会反叠成使它们分别位于板片4和13之间以及板片9和8之间。这顶盖和底片的设计,常见于所谓的“人字顶”包装中。
在原则上,首先把料坯1的短边连接在一起,使料坯1形成一个有方形或长方形截面的管筒,使之成为一个包装件,方法为把纵向接头片7,用搭接接头和料坯的相应短边连接。当料坯被制成有方形截面或长方形截面的管筒以后,把它套在一个图中未示的包装机的型芯上。当管状的料坯还在型芯上时,把底壁片8和9向里折,如上面所述,把它们互相叠放,这时把底片互相密封在一起,两部分的热塑性塑料相互贴紧,通过加热和加压使它们熔合。为了使底部密封稳定,在一块底壁片9上设放了一块密封凸片10,在作底部密封时,凸片10搭接在外底壁片的外边缘上。
底部密封完成以后,把形成的容器从型芯上取下,灌入指定的物品,然后把上盖片13及4向着容器的开口向下折,把开口盖严,把三角形板片13夹在两块长方形外板片4之间。在进行上板片折叠时,密封片5并排集合在一起成为密封翅片,翅片中包含四个材料层。对这些密封板片加压并同时加热,提供在板片表面的热塑性塑料层会被熔化并互相结合形成一个液密及耐久的密封接头。和长方形板片4紧靠的上密封板片6也在密封接头中互相连接,这密封接头位于密封片5的上面。
如上面所述,完成的包装件有若干部分有若干材料层叠在一起,在不同厚度的材料的过渡区里,存在着“槽沟形成”的危机。受到主要关心的区域是包装件顶部和底部的密封区域和纵向重叠接头之间的交叉点,在那里料坯的纵向边缘互相连接,并和顶密封及底部密封连接。
从图1中可以看到包装料坯中有些部分划了斜阴影线,这些部分便是作了厚度减低借以取得更紧密而更良好的密封。“磨削图形”,也就是通过磨削把厚度减低的部分,当然可以按包装容器的分别要求、形状和设计而有变化,图1所示的磨削图形为的只是表示一个可能的例子。把需要磨削的不同部分磨削成不同的厚度也是可行的,也就是说可以除去不同量的材料,而且甚至可以想象把同一个需要磨削的区域磨削成各种不同的厚度。
在图1所示的实例中,主要是把有几个材料层互相密封在一起的表面进行切削加工和厚度减少,也就是说减低密封片5和接头片7的表面的厚度,用以抵销若干材料层密封在一起时造成的后果。图形磨削还可以用以在包装材料上产生有装饰性质或广告性质的浮雕图形30。
怎样进行磨削程序,下文中将有所叙述。在进行磨削程序以后,经过磨削的材料的表面上要包覆一个热塑性塑料层,给予材料一个保护覆盖以防御外界的水份,否则这水份将被包装材料的基础层吸收并将之破坏。
在前面已作过叙述,材料也可以是来自图2所示的卷筒11。如在引言里已经指出,用卷筒材料制造包装件时,先把卷筒材料制成一个管筒,其中卷筒11的纵向边缘14互相连接,然后在管筒中充灌有待包装的物品,再把装满的管筒靠横向密封将之分成单个的包装容器,把包装件做成所需的形状,最后,通过将横向密封线区切断把包装容器分开。
这里(图2)所指的卷筒包装材料11的类型,如前面讨论过的料坯1一样布置了折线的图形,以便于通过折叠形成包装件,为了表达清晰起见,对料坯1和卷筒材料11中的相应部件使用了相同的标号。卷筒材料有一条外边缘14,用于在纵向密封接头中搭接相对的卷筒边缘14,为此,两块外侧的板片2加在一起的宽度,要稍微大于中间板片2的宽度。包装件的总长度用D表示,从附图中可以明确看出:在包装件的全部装饰图形或折线图形之间有一个区域15,这区域是相邻两包装件之间的一个共同密封区。包装件的最后分离,通过把这个密封区切断,也就是在相当于板片15的区域中进行切断。如图1所示的料坯一样,图2里所示的厚度减薄部分用斜线阴影表示,在这里用部分14表示形成前面提到过的管筒上的一个纵长的接头,这管筒后来被制成包装容器,料坯至少在区域16中减低厚度,在那里纵向接头和横向接头交叉形成交叉点。为了把全部纵长接头减薄到与包装壁的其余部分相同的厚度,可以将全部的纵长接头区14减低厚度。并且。在这一个特定的情况下,在若干折叠线或弯折线会聚的区域(例如K表示的区域)均经过厚度减低。这样做的原因,是因为特别在这些区域里,由于材料重叠了若干层包装材料会承受到大拉伸应力。这些所谓的K折痕应力会因材料越厚而变得越大,通过在K折痕区域中减低厚度,而把应力降低。
如图2所示,对便于作折叠的折线12,可以进行磨削,它的意义是把折线区域里的材料减去,而不是把纸板或纸质材料中的纤维挤断,造成沿线条形状的永久变形。实现磨削折线的方法会比传统的折线方法更便于折叠,但是材料的强度有某种程度的减弱。
磨削操作的实现可以借助下文参照图3和图4所描述的辅助装置和方法进行。一种特别适合这个目的方法,是将待切削加工和局部减低厚度的卷筒或片材41从一个辊(模辊)38上通过,模辊随卷筒材料围绕轴40旋转。从图3及图4中可以清晰看到,在模辊38表面上,有突出的部分或凸模39,其形状和大小和要求减小厚度的区域的形状对应。模辊38表面上,有突出的部分或凸模39,其形状和大小和要求减小厚度的区域的形状对应。模辊38上的凸模39之间的相对位置,有相应的安排,使其与料坯或卷筒41上分别放置的磨削区间的相对位置一致。
安排了一个迅速旋转的磨削轮42和模辊38邻接,磨削轮42的旋转方向最好和材料进给的方向相反,但也可以倒转(根据磨削轮的设计决定)。对模辊38的表面和磨削轮42的工作边缘或“工作表面”之间的距离进行调节,使这距离相应于或略大于包装材料41正常的总厚度,就是说材料可以在磨削轮42的下面通过而不受磨削轮的影响。模辊38的旋转与材料卷筒41的进给同步,当模辊38旋转时,模辊38上的突出部分或凸模39把卷筒材料41向磨削轮42推压,于是卷筒材料41的被凸模39在其上面作用的部份便被磨掉。通过对凸模39的厚度的调整,便可以准确地确定材料上的磨削深度。已发现磨削后可以产生一个界限明确的磨削表面,但是在最大磨削深度和最大材料厚度之间,必然形成一个过渡区。已经观察到一个现象是:假使磨削轮旋转的方向和材料卷筒的进给方向相反,并且磨削区的边缘便会粗糙,并出现“毛边”。为了避免这种缺点,必须使在磨削区前进方向上的后边缘线和磨削轮的旋转轴线倾斜,否则便要在磨削区的设计上,使研磨削区的终点变成为一个点,也就是说磨削轮42逐渐和磨削区减少接触,而最后和材料41完全脱离接触。假如磨削操作按这方式进行,那么便可以获得相当整齐,而有光洁边缘的磨削区。
虽然上面所叙述的实施方案与包装技术有关,但本发明的应用范围并不局限于包装技术。本发明还有可能应用于在信笺、证卷、身份证明等等上制作浮雕式的图案,以取得装饰的效果,或者为了安全而证明身份。
本文中所作叙述的目的,只是为指出本发明在应用方面的一些实例,还可能找出许多实施方案和应用领域,其中的包装材料应该,或必须作局部的厚度减低,借以取得某些技术效果或装饰效果,而这些实施方案或应用领域,并不超出本发明构思的范围。
Claims (6)
1、一种沿着至少有一层纸或纸板的料坯或卷筒材料上的任意区域,对料坯或卷筒材料局部减低厚度,以便取得可见的标志,或便于把材料作成需要的形状,和/或改进用材料制成有密封接头的包装件的前提的方法,其特征为将料坯或卷筒材料,在紧密接触而无滑动的状态下,从一根或多根其上有局部突出其平圆柱底层外面的部分的所谓的模辊和一根或多根与之相邻的高速旋转磨削辊或切削辊之间通过,将磨削辊位置进行调节,使模辊的底面,和磨削辊或切削辊的工作表面之间的距离,相等于或略大于准备切削加工的料坯或卷筒的厚度,而上述磨削或切削辊和从模辊上突出的上述部分之间的距离,则小于上述料坯或卷筒材料的厚度,上述料坯或卷筒材料在一个或多个模辊上通过时,被模辊上的上述突出部分局部向磨削辊或切削辊推挤,并与磨削辊或切削辊接触,从而部分材料被磨削或切削去,因而沿上述料坯或卷筒材料分别形成厚度减低的部分。
2、如权利要求1的方法,其特征为使一根或多根模辊上的所述突出部分的形状,与上述卷筒材料或上述料坯上的减低厚度部分的要求图形相应,对磨削辊或切削辊的工作表面和模辊上的突出部分之间的距离进行调节,使之相当于待减低厚度的材料减低厚度后要求达到的厚度。
3、如权利要求1之方法,其特征为使磨削辊或切削辊的旋转速度显著高于模辊的转速。
4、如权利要求1之方法,其特征为将上述料坯或卷筒材料在纵向上以及横向上进行导向,把准备减低厚度的材料部分,靠着一根或多根模辊的上述突出部分。
5、如权利要求1的方法,其特征为使上述厚度减低部分的位置,与为了把材料通过折叠制成规定形状,或制造密封接头的这些加工区域的位置一致。
6、如权利要求1的方法,其特征为上述厚度减低部分形成可以目力鉴别的标志,诸如文字或图形,用以作为装饰或做成鉴别真伪的记号防止他人假冒。
