Claims (9)
- 물질의 모양을 용이하게 하고 또는 보일수 있는 표시를 얻는 목적으로 및/또는 물질로 부터 단단한 밀봉죠인트를 가진 포장을 제작하기 위하여 선행조건을 개량하는 목적으로 블랭크 또는 웨브의 지역적인 두께 감소를 페이퍼 또는 판지의 적어도 한층을 가진 물질의 블랭크 또는 웨브의 임의의 부위에 따라 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 블랭크 또는 웨브가 다이로울의 편탄한 원통기초층의 윤곽을 외측에 연장하는 지역적으로 상승된 부분을 가지고 각기 제공된 하나 또는 그 이상의 다이로울 위를 밀착된 접촉으로 미끄러지지 않게 통과하고, 상기 다이로울 또는 다이로울들에 인접하여 배치된 고속으로 회전하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 연삭 또는 정단로울이 다이로울의 기초층과 연삭 또는 절단로울의 가공면 간의 기리가 가공되어야 할 브랭크 또는 웨브의 두께에 대응하거나 약간 초과하는 방법으로 그들의 위치에 조절되고 한편으로 연삭 또는 절단로울과 다이로울의 기초로 부터 돌출한 부분 간의 거리는 블랭크 또는 웨브의 두께보다 적고, 블랭크 또는 웨브가 다이로울 또는 다이로울들 위를 통과할때 연삭로울 또는 절단로울과의 접촉으로 다이로울의 상승된 부분에 의하여 지역적으로 압출되어 물질의 부분은 절삭 또는 베어내져서 두께의 감소된 부분이 블랭크 또는 웨브의 면에 따라 각기 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장물질의 처리를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이로울 또는 다이로울들의 상승된 부분은 블랭크 또는 웨브의 두께가 감소된 부분의 바라는 패턴에 대응하는 패턴으로 배치되고, 연삭 또는 절단로울의 가공면과 다이로울의 돌출한 부분간의 거리는 그것이 남아있는 두께가 감소된 물질층의 원하는 두께에 대응하도록 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절삭 또는 절단로울은 다이로울 또는 다이로울들의 회전속도를 실질적으로 초과하는 속도로 회전하게 만들어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블랭크 또는 웨브는 두께가 감소되게 의도된 물질의 부분이 다이로울 또는 다이로울들의 기초층으로 부터 돌출한 상승된 부분에 대하여 누워지게 만들어지도록 세로방향과 동시에 가로방향으로 안내되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 감소되어야 할 물질의 면의 각각은 그들간에 회전의 반대방향을 가진 절삭 또는 절단로울에 의하여 2번 또는 그 이상 돌려지는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제5항에 있어서, 두께를 감소하는 기구가 지나가는 동안, 서로가 동기적으로 회전하는 2개의 다이로울에 의하여 각기 두께가 감소되는 부분의 원하는 패턴의 형성하는 상승된 부분을 가지고 가공되는 물질은 두께의 감소를 위하여 의도된 블랭크 또는 웨브의 각기 밀착부위가 다이로울의 2개의 상승된 부분에 의하여 맞추어지고, 각각의 다이로울을 위하여, 이들 상승된 부분은 물질의 베어내기가 결합적으로 일어나고, 따라서 문제의 부위의 원하는 두께의 감소를 제공하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 두께의 감소를 위하여 의도된 부위의 물질의 공급방향에서 앞부분은 회전의 방향이 공급의 방향에 반대인 절단 또는 절삭로울에 의하여 가공되고, 한편으로 두께 감소를 위하여 의도된 부위의 물질의 공급방향에서 뒷부분은 회전의 방향이 물질의 공급의 방향과 일치하는 절단 또는 절삭로울에 의하여 가공되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 감소된 부분은 웨브 또는 블랭크에 위치되고 그것에 따라 물질이 밀봉하는 죠인트로 들어가거나 집는 것을 통하여 형성되는 부위 또는 지대와 일치하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께가 감소된 부분은 위조를 위하여 곤란하게 되는 정당성의 체크를 구성하도록 또는 장식의 목적을 위하여 원본 또는 모양과 같은 시각적으로 검출할수 있는 표시를 구성하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
