本实用新型属于环保设备，涉及一种用于锅炉燃煤烟气净化的烟气氨法脱硫填料塔。该烟气氨法脱硫填料塔包括有一个筒形塔身，塔身下部有烟气进口，塔身顶部为烟气出口，塔身中部为一段填充有大空隙率填料的填料段，填料段上方设置有吸收液喷淋装置，填料段下方设置有集液槽，塔身的上部设置有除雾器。本实用新型结构紧凑、体积小、脱硫效率高、造价低廉。

本实用新型属于环保设备，涉及一种用于锅炉燃煤烟气净化的烟气氨法脱硫填料塔。
背景技术
锅炉燃煤烟气中的二氧化硫是大气污染的主要根源之一，氨法脱硫利用吸收液与烟气进行反应，是目前采用的对烟气中的二氧化硫进行吸收利用较好方法。但现有的氨法脱硫设备中的脱硫塔一般采用空塔结构的喷淋塔，其脱硫效率较低，为保证脱硫效果，需要建造体积庞大的脱硫塔，不仅增加了设备的占地面积，也使设备成本大大提高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种结构紧凑、体积小、脱硫效率高的烟气氨法脱硫填料塔。
本实用新型的烟气氨法脱硫填料塔包括有一个筒形塔身，塔身下部有烟气进口，塔身顶部为烟气出口，塔身中部为一段填充有大空隙率填料(空隙率93％～99％)的填料段，填料段上方设置有用来喷洒反应吸收液的吸收液喷淋装置，填料段下方设置有用来收集反应反液体产物的集液槽，塔身的上部设置有用来脱除铵雾的除雾器。
所述的除雾器可包括有一段下除雾层、一段上除雾层以及位于上、下除雾层之间的清洗喷淋装置。下除雾层由板波纹、波纹丝网等规整填料构成；上除雾层由圆丝或扁丝编织成的丝网或者用板网压制的波纹填料构成，其高度小于上除雾层；清洗喷淋装置具有朝向上、下两个方向的多个喷头。
本实用新型由于在塔身中设置了填料段，使气液之间有较大的接触面积和充足的接触时间，气液之间扰动强烈，吸收阻力小，反应更加充分，大大提高了吸收效率，同时其体积小、结构简单、维修方便、造价低廉。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该烟气氨法脱硫填料塔的塔身1下部有烟气进口2，塔身顶部为烟气出口3，塔身中部的填料段4填充有大空隙率填料。填料可采用空隙率93％～99％的规整波纹填料、规整栅格填料等现有的填料。填料段上方设置有用来喷洒反应吸收液的吸收液喷淋装置5，填料段下方设置有用来收集反应反液体产物的集液槽6，塔身的上部设置有用来脱除铵雾的除雾器7。
所述的除雾器可采用折流板、旋流板等常规的除雾器结构，也可采用附图所示的结构，即，由一段下除雾层71、一段上除雾层72以及位于上、下除雾层之间的清洗喷淋装置73构成。下除雾层71由板波纹、波纹丝网等规整填料构成，其作用是捕集烟气中大的液滴并利用填料性能进一步使吸收反应趋于完全从而从根本上减少铵雾的生成；上除雾层72由圆丝或扁丝编织成的丝网或者用板网压制的波纹填料构成，其高度小于下除雾层，其作用是吸附细小的雾滴，使其凝聚成较大的液滴滴落；清洗喷淋装置73的喷头74朝向上、下两个方向，用于对上、下两层除雾层进行冲洗，以防止堵塞。

Claims (2)

1、一种烟气氨法脱硫填料塔，包括有一个筒形塔身(1)，塔身下部有烟气进口(2)，塔身顶部为烟气出口(3)，其特征是：塔身中部为一段填充有大空隙率填料的填料段(4)，填料段上方设置有吸收液喷淋装置(5)，填料段下方设置有集液槽(6)，塔身的上部设置有除雾器(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的烟气氨法脱硫填料塔，其特征是：所述的除雾器包括有一段下除雾层(71)、一段上除雾层(72)以及位于上、下除雾层之间的清洗喷淋装置(73)，清洗喷淋装置具有朝向上、下两个方向的多个喷头(74)。
