湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,包括壳体、脱硫尾气进口、吸收液除雾器冲洗层、吸收液除雾器、水洗层隔板、水洗层及气液分布器、水洗层布水器、水洗层除雾器、净烟气出口;脱硫尾气进口置于装置的下部,装置顶部为净烟气出口;脱硫尾气进口与净烟气出口之间从下至上为吸收液除雾器冲洗层、吸收液除雾器、水洗层隔板、水洗层及气液分布器、水洗层布水器,水洗层下层除雾器冲洗层、水洗层下层除雾器、水洗层上层除雾器冲洗层和水洗层上层除雾器。通过本实用新型的再净化,降低了排放到空气中的吸收液液滴、烟尘的含量,减少了对周边环境的污染;同时提高脱硫剂回收利用率和脱硫装置的技术经济性及环保效果。

Description

湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及环保领域,尤其是湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置。 
背景技术
湿式烟气脱硫的效率高,运行可靠,目前是火电厂、工业炉窑等烟气脱除SO2的主要工艺。然而,湿式脱硫后的净烟气中皆夹带有吸收液的液滴、烟尘、吸收剂等污染物质。为了减少这些污染物质的排放,现在的工艺一般采用2-3层除雾器的对净烟气进行处理,而此方案仅仅能去除20μm以上粒径的吸收液的液滴,对小粒径的细微颗粒物效果甚微。且因GGH(气气换热器)运行中故障较多,严重影响整个脱硫装置的投用率,近年来国内湿式脱硫装置大都取消了GGH,无GGH的净烟气在排放过程中随温度的降低烟气析出“石膏雨”、“硫铵雨”等等,排放的脱硫烟气呈凝重的白色、蓝色等烟云难以扩散,形成几公里以上的烟羽,造成严重的视觉污染,对周边环境、设备直接构成污染,这些脱硫后的排放的污染物也是备受关注的雾霾天气的成因之一。这一问题日益受到脱硫环保界的重视。 
近年来有采用湿式电除尘技术进行脱硫烟气再净化的研究和应用,但湿式电除尘对细微颗粒物的脱硫效果还未得到公认,且湿式电除尘器大大提高脱硫装置的投资,增加脱硫装置能耗,从而大大增加了脱硫成本,是很多企业难以承受的。 
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供的湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,用于经济有效地解决现有技术中湿式烟气脱硫尾气中吸收液液滴、烟尘等杂质含量高、排入空气污染环境的技术问题。 
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,包括壳体、脱硫尾气进口、吸收液除雾器冲洗层、吸收液除雾器、水洗层隔板、水洗层及气液分布器、水洗层布水器、水洗层除雾器、净烟气出口;脱硫尾气进口置于装置的下部,装置顶部为净烟气出口;脱硫尾气进口与净烟气出口之间从下至上为吸收液除雾器冲洗层、吸收液除雾器、水洗层隔板、水洗层及气液分布器、水洗层布水器,水洗层下层除雾器冲洗层、水洗层下层除雾器、水洗层上层除雾器冲洗层和水洗层上层除雾器。 
进一步的,在本实用新型中,所述脱硫尾气再净化的装置置于脱硫吸收塔内或置于脱硫吸收塔外。 
进一步的,在本实用新型中,所述水洗层布水器之上设有水洗层下层除雾器冲洗层、 水洗层下层除雾器、水洗层上层除雾器冲洗层、水洗层上层除雾器。 
有益效果:本实用新型用较简洁的方式将湿式烟气脱硫尾气进行再净化,通过吸收液除雾器、水洗层隔板、水洗层、水洗层布水器、水洗层下层除雾器和水洗层上层除雾器,逐步将湿式脱硫尾气中的吸收液液滴、烟尘等杂质去除,降低了吸收液和吸收剂的含量,净化得到符合排放标准的尾气从净烟气出口排出,同时设置吸收液除雾器冲洗层、水洗层下层除雾器冲洗层和水洗层上层除雾器冲洗层,定期对各除雾器进行冲洗,恢复并保持它们的性能。通过本实用新型的再净化,降低了排放到空气中的吸收液液滴、烟尘的含量,减少了对周边环境的污染;同时,将湿式烟气脱硫尾气中的吸收液液滴收集起来,也可进一步提高脱硫剂回收利用率,提高脱硫装置的技术经济性及环保效果。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型做更进一步的解释。 
湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,包括壳体2,所述壳体2的材料为碳钢衬乙烯基酯树脂玻璃鳞片或碳钢衬胶,该材料具有较好的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能,能适应吸收液的磨损和腐蚀。壳体2一般为圆柱型,也可采用矩形等其它形状,空塔气速2-4.5m/s,各段直径可以不同。 
在所述壳体2底部设有脱硫尾气进口1,所述壳体2顶部设有净烟气出口5;湿式烟气脱硫尾气从脱硫尾气进口1进入壳体2中,再净化后通过净烟气出口5排出。 
在所述壳体2内部由下至上依次顺序间隔设有吸收液除雾器11、水洗层隔板10、水洗层9、水洗层布水器8和水洗层除雾器;所述吸收液除雾器11紧跟吸收塔吸收层设置,为单层折流板型式,若无积灰,也可采用规整填料做吸收液除雾器,过流部分空塔气速一般为3-4.5m/s,可将从吸收塔吸收段来的烟气中大部分吸收液液滴去除掉;所述吸收液除雾器11下方设有吸收液除雾器冲洗层12,定期对吸收液除雾器进行冲洗,恢复并保持吸收液除雾器的功能; 
所述水洗层隔板10采用气帽、阀板式,开孔率不小于30%,起到均匀分布烟气并收集水洗液的作用;所述水洗层9为一定空间的空塔结构,是水洗气液接触的主要部分,在空塔结构内也可设置气液分布器,这样更有利于水洗,所述气液分布器采用填料、格栅、筛板等型式,空塔气速2-4.5m/s,水洗层的液气比不小于0.1L/m3;所述水洗层布水器8是水洗液均匀分布的关键结构,若对应的水洗层9内部未设置填料型的气液分布器,则水洗层布水器8一般采用管式结构,且喷淋布水的喷淋覆盖率大于120%,若对应的水洗层9内部设置了气液分布器且气液分布器为填料型,则水洗层布水器采用槽式结构; 所述水洗层隔板10、水洗层9和水洗层布水器8共同作用,用水洗涤烟气,使吸收液液滴、烟尘和吸收剂等细微颗粒物粒径增大,同时洗涤捕集这些成分。 
所述水洗层除雾器为折流板型式或规整填料式,且水平放置或置于所述净烟气出口5下方的出口烟道上,具体包括水洗层下层除雾器7和水洗层上层除雾器6,所述水洗层上层除雾器6位于水洗层下层除雾器7之上,过流部分一般空塔气速3-4.5m/s,起到去除水洗后烟气中的液滴的作用;所述水洗层下层除雾器7的上下表面均设有水洗层下层除雾器冲洗层3,所述水洗层上层除雾器6的下表面设有水洗层上层除雾器冲洗层4,定期对水洗层下层除雾器7和水洗层上层除雾器6进行冲洗,恢复并保持水洗层下层除雾器7和水洗层上层除雾器6的功能。 
所述湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,该装置可置于脱硫吸收塔内,也可按此装置的流程顺序把各部分置于脱硫吸收塔内或塔外。 
原烟气经脱硫吸收塔中吸收塔吸收层后,烟气中二氧化硫被吸收液脱除后烟气携带有吸收液液滴、烟尘和吸收剂等物质,此烟气在吸收塔内上升从脱硫尾气进口1进入吸收液除雾器11,粒径大于10μm液滴大部分被除去,烟气再透过水洗层隔板10进入水洗层9与水洗层布水器8喷淋下来的水洗液进行接触,在此使吸收液液滴、烟尘和吸收剂等细微颗粒物粒径增大并被洗涤捕集,烟气经水洗后进入水洗除雾器去除粒径大于10μm液滴,被净化后的烟气从净烟器出口5排放。 
具体地,如图1所示,湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,可用于470t/h锅炉烟气的氨法脱硫的脱硫尾气再净化,其处理烟气量为500000m3/h,脱硫进口烟气中SO2含量为3000mg/Nm3,灰含量45mg/Nm3。 
该装置的主要组成部分的有: 
(1)壳体2:壳体2为碳钢衬玻璃鳞片材质,高5.5m,直径9m。 
(2)吸收液除雾器11:吸收液除雾器11为一层增强PP材质的平板折流板型式,高度290mm。 
(3)水洗层隔板10:水洗层隔板10采用FRP材质,为圆气帽形式,直径9m。总开孔率39%。 
(4)水洗层9:水洗层9为空塔结构,采用增强PP材质,直径9m。水洗层9的喷淋量为300m3/h。 
(5)水洗层布水器8:水洗层布水器8采用FRP材质的管式结构,布置呈鱼翅状,设置17只喷头,喷淋覆盖率为165%。 
(6)水洗层除雾器:水洗层除雾器采用增强PP材质的2层屋脊式折流板型式,直径9m,总高2m。 
该装置的处理效果:经过净烟气出口排出的气体中水雾滴含量49mg/m3,总气溶胶(尘)含量7.2mg/Nm3,烟羽长度100m左右,脱硫装置总氨回收率98.5%。 
可见,经该装置处理后的湿式烟气脱硫尾气中的吸收液液滴、吸收剂、烟尘等杂质含量明显降低,排放符合环保要求,减少了对环境的污染,同时提高了脱硫剂回收利用率和脱硫装置的技术经济性及环保效果。 
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。 

Claims (3)

1.湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,其特征在于:包括壳体(2)、脱硫尾气进口(1)、吸收液除雾器冲洗层(12)、吸收液除雾器(11)、水洗层隔板(10)、水洗层及气液分布器(9)、水洗层布水器(8)、水洗层除雾器、净烟气出口(5);脱硫尾气进口(1)置于装置的下部,装置顶部为净烟气出口(5);脱硫尾气进口(1)与净烟气出口(5)之间从下至上为吸收液除雾器冲洗层(12)、吸收液除雾器(11)、水洗层隔板(10)、水洗层及气液分布器(9)、水洗层布水器(8),水洗层下层除雾器冲洗层(3)、水洗层下层除雾器(7)、水洗层上层除雾器冲洗层(4)和水洗层上层除雾器(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,其特征在于:所述脱硫尾气再净化的装置置于脱硫吸收塔内或置于脱硫吸收塔外。
3.根据权利要求1所述的湿式烟气脱硫尾气再净化的装置,其特征在于:所述水洗层布水器(8)之上设有水洗层下层除雾器冲洗层(3)、水洗层下层除雾器(7)、水洗层上层除雾器冲洗层(4)、水洗层上层除雾器(6)。
