技术领域
本实用新型涉及燃煤烟气的净化装置,具体是一种氨法脱硫塔的除雾器。
背景技术
燃煤锅炉所产生烟气中的二氧化硫是大气污染最主要的根源之一,是环境治理的重要对象。治理烟气中的二氧化硫有许多方法,其中湿法烟气脱硫技术,特别是氨法脱硫在控制二氧化硫和可吸入颗粒物排放浓度的同时对二氧化硫进行吸收利用,是较可行的方法。在氨法脱硫装置运行中,SO2与氨的反应是气气反应,它们存在一个动态平衡,以其为中心形成的气溶胶,产生微小的雾沫。湿式氨法吸收塔在运行过程中,易产生粒径为10-60nm的“雾”。“雾”不仅含有水分,它还溶有硫酸、硫酸盐、氨、SO2等,如不妥善解决,任何进入烟囱的“雾”,将造成氨、SO2对大气的污染,同时也造成引风机的严重腐蚀,这是制约氨法脱硫装置广泛运用的重要原因,而在常规湿式脱硫装置中广泛使用的折流板、旋流板等除雾器不能有效地解决氨法脱硫装置中的氨雾问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够直接使用在氨法脱硫塔中,对脱硫尾气中产生的SO2、氨、水等气体产生的气溶胶和微小液滴有较好的脱除效果,同时烟气通过时压力降较小的氨法脱硫塔的除雾器。
本实用新型的氨法脱硫塔的除雾器包括一个壳体,壳体一般可安装在脱硫塔塔体顶部,它与脱硫塔顶部塔体直径一致,壳体下端与塔体连为一体,壳体上端为烟气出口。在壳体内腔的下段和上段分别设置有下除雾层和上除雾层。下除雾层由板波纹、波纹丝网等规整填料构成;上除雾层由圆丝或扁丝编织成的丝网或者用板网压制的波纹填料构成,其高度小于下除雾层。上、下除雾层之间安装有一套喷淋装置,喷淋装置具有朝向上、下两个方向的多个喷头,用来喷射清洗液。
本实用新型使用过程中,下除雾层可除去较大的雾滴和颗粒,而上除雾层可除去较小的雾滴,从而可获得较好的除雾效果;同时,由于设置在中部的喷淋装置可连续或间隔地对上、下除雾层进行清洗,避免填料堵塞,从而可降低烟气通过时的压力降。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在本实用新型除雾器的壳体1内腔中,由下至上依次设置下除雾层2、喷淋装置4和上除雾层3。
下除雾层2采用空隙率大于97%、比表面积大于150m2/m3的板波纹、波纹丝网等规整填料,填料高度一般为300-1000mm,其作用是捕集烟气中大的液滴并利用填料性能进一步使吸收反应趋于完全从而从根本上减少铵雾的生成;
上除雾层3可采用以圆丝或扁丝编织成的丝网或用板网压制的波纹填料,其空隙率大于97%,比表面积大于250m2/m3,高度100-250mm,其作用是吸附细小的雾滴,使其凝聚成较大的液滴滴落;
两层除雾层之间的喷淋装置4用于对两层除雾层进行冲洗。其喷头5为双向,覆盖率为120%,要求雾粒直径为0.5mm左右,其喷淋水量按整个脱硫工艺的要求可间隙式或连续式。
以下给出本实用新型的一个应用实例:
6M机组烟气脱硫装置,烟气流量330000Nm3/h,湿式氨法脱硫塔直径7.8米。
本实用新型的除雾器置于脱硫塔的顶部,直径7800mm,下除雾层用比表面积为250m2/m3板波纹填料,填料高350mm;上除雾层为波纹丝网散装填料,比表面积560m2/m3,填料总高100mm。喷淋装置设喷头33只,上下双向,喷水量10m3/h,喷淋间隙时间30分钟。
该装置脱硫率97%,除雾前烟气中铵雾量315mg/Nm3;除雾后烟气中铵雾量7mg/Nm3;除雾率为97.8%,除雾器总阻力为185Pa。

Claims (2)

1、一种氨法脱硫塔的除雾器,它包括一个可安装在脱硫塔塔体顶部的壳体(1),壳体上端为烟气出口,其特征是:在壳体内腔的下段和上段分别设置有下除雾层(2)和上除雾层(3),上、下除雾层之间安装有一套喷淋装置(4),喷淋装置具有朝向上、下两个方向的多个喷头(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的氨法脱硫塔的除雾器,其特征是:下除雾层是高度为300-1000mm的规整填料,上除雾层是高度为100-250mm的波纹丝网填料。
