Abstract
本发明属于气体净化处理应用技术领域,具体公开了一种立式旋流塔,由塔体,及设置在塔体上的若干个检修视窗,及设置在塔体上且相配合使用的进风口、出风口,及设置在塔体内的供水组件,及设置在塔体内且与供水组件相配合使用的喷淋组件组成。本发明的立式旋流塔的有益效果在于:1.占地面积小,投资少;2.传质、传热效果好;3.除尘脱硫效率高,除尘效率为95%以上,脱硫效率可达90%以上;4.防堵性能好,易于操作;5.除尘脱硫器阻力小;6.维护保养方便,旋流板装拆方便;在塔顶及每层旋流板上方均设有检修孔,可设检修平台、爬梯等辅件设施,方便日常检修。

技术领域
[0001]本发明属于气体净化处理应用技术领域,具体涉及一种立式旋流塔。
背景技术
[0002] 废气净化(Flue gas purification)主要是指针对工业场所产生的工业废气诸如 粉尘颗粒物、烟气烟尘、异味气体、有毒有害气体进行治理的工作。常见的废气净化有工厂 烟尘废气净化、车间粉尘废气净化、有机废气净化、废气异味净化、酸碱废气净化、化工废气 净化等。
[0003] 废气的处理应从两方面进行:一是针对悬浮粒状污染物的废气除尘;二是针对气 态污染物的废气净化气态污染物的控制主要是利用物化性质,如溶解度、吸附饱和度、露点 及选择化学反应等的差异,将污染物从废气中分离出来;或者将污染物转化为无害或易于 处理的物质。废气净化的基本方法有吸收法、吸附法、冷凝法、催化转化法及燃烧法等。
[0004] 大气污染的治理技术是重要的大气环境保护对策措施,洁净燃烧技术是在燃烧过 程减少污染物排放与提高燃料利用效率的加工、燃烧、转化和污染排放控制等所有技术的 总称。二氧化硫、氮氧化物和烟(粉)尘是我国主要的大气污染物,减少二氧化硫、氮氧化物 和烟(粉)尘的排放,对于保护和改善大气环境,不仅非常重要,而且十分紧迫。
[0005] 而现有的用于废气处理的结构,其结构复杂且安装及拆卸、维护不便,不合理结构 设计导致废气处理效率低、效果差的现象,存在极大的安全隐患(废气不达标直接排放),亟 待进行解决。
[0006] 因此,基于上述问题,本发明提供一种立式旋流塔。
发明内容
[0007] 发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种立式旋流塔,其设计结构合理,塔体内的供水 组件、喷淋组件相配合使用,能对二氧化硫、硫化氢、氟化氢、甲醛、氯化氢等多种有害气体, 铅蒸气和汞蒸气等蒸气进行高效率、高质量的净化处理,解决传统废气净化结构所存在的 安全隐患。
[0008] 技术方案:本发明提供立式旋流塔,由塔体,及设置在塔体上的若干个检修视窗, 及设置在塔体上且相配合使用的进风口、出风口,及设置在塔体内的供水组件,及设置在塔 体内且与供水组件相配合使用的喷淋组件组成;所述供水组件,包括设置在塔体内底部的 水箱,及设置在水箱一侧且相配合使用的自动补水口、排污口,及设置在水箱上的水泵,及 设置在水栗连接的导水管,及与导水管连接的若干个喷淋管,及设置在喷淋管上的若干个 喷淋头,及设置在塔体内且安装在喷淋管上的若干个旋流板,及设置在旋流板上的若干个 旋流叶片,其中,旋流板的中间设置有通气孔。
[0009] 本技术方案的,所述立式旋流塔,还包括设置在喷淋管上的压力表。
[0010] 本技术方案的,所述立式旋流塔,还包括设置在塔体内的格栅加强定位圈,及设置 在格栅加强定位圈上的除物填料圈,其中,除物填料圈内填充有除雾填料,格栅加强定位 圈、除物填料圈位于塔体顶部且位于出风口下方。

具体实施方式

[0014]如图1所示的一种立式旋流塔,由塔体1,及设置在塔体1上的若干个检修视窗9,及 设置在塔体1上且相配合使用的进风口 6、出风口 2,及设置在塔体1内的供水组件,及设置在 塔体1内且与供水组件相配合使用的喷淋组件组成;供水组件,包括设置在塔体1内底部的 水箱7,及设置在水箱7—侧且相配合使用的自动补水口 11、排污口 12,及设置在水箱7上的 水栗8,及设置在水栗8连接的导水管13,及与导水管13连接的若干个喷淋管5,及设置在喷 淋管5上的若干个喷淋头15,及设置在塔体1内且安装在喷淋管5上的若千个旋流板16,及设 置在旋流板16上的若干个旋流叶片4,其中,旋流板16的中间设置有通气孔。
[0015] 进一步优选的,立式旋流塔,还包括设置在喷淋管5上的压力表14,用于与外部控 制组件(图中未标出)相配合使用,检测塔体1内部的压力,实现远程的监控,且外部控制组 件与水栗8连接,实现自动化控制(控制组件由单片机、预警单元、液晶显示屏和数据收发单 元组成);及立式旋流塔,还包括设置在塔体1内的格栅加强定位圈10,及设置在格栅加强定 位圈10上的除物填料圈3,其中,除物填料圈3内填充有除雾填料,格栅加强定位圈10、除物 填料圈3位于塔体1顶部且位于出风口 2下方。
[0016]本结构的立式旋流塔,由于塔内提供了良好的气液接触条件,气体中的S02被碱性 液体吸收(脱硫)的效果好,旋流板塔同时具有很好的除尘性能,气体中的尘粒在旋流塔板 上被水雾粘附而除去,此外,尘粒及雾滴受离心力甩到塔壁后,亦使之被粘附而除去,从而 使气流带出塔的尘粒和雾滴很少。
[0017]本结构的立式旋流塔,主体结构为旋流板,为喷射型塔板,湿式旋流板废气净化塔 在湿法除尘中技术较先进,在锅炉上除尘脱硫及喷涂除漆雾效果尤为显著,应用也非常广 泛,较其它湿法工艺除尘效果更好,净化后气体湿度含量更低。既清除95%以上的漆尘,又 保证气体湿度含量低,滤水简单。适用于各工业领域的废气粉尘净化处理及黑烟尾气脱硫 处理(如:发电机尾气处理、锅炉尾气处理、喷漆废气漆雾处理,打磨抛光粉尘处理等)。塔板 叶片如固定的风车叶片,气流通过叶片时产生旋转和离心运动,吸收液通过中间盲板均匀 分配到每个叶片,形成薄液层,与旋转向上的气流形成旋转和离心的效果,喷成细小液滴, 甩向塔壁后,液滴受重力作用集流到集液槽,并通过降液管流到下一塔板的盲板区,具有一 定风压、风速的待处理气流从塔的底部进,上部出,吸收液从塔的上部进,下部出,气流与吸 收液在塔内作相对运动,并在旋流塔板的结构部位形成很大表面积的水膜,从而大大提高 了吸收作用,每一层的吸收液经旋流离心作用掉入边缘的收集槽,再经导流管进入下一层 塔板,进行下一层的吸收作用,同时烟道入口处设计喷淋装置,当烟气经进口烟道,与布置 在进口烟道段的喷淋形成的水雾进行传质换热,得到初步降温和去除部分二氧化硫,切向 进入吸收塔。烟气在吸收塔内通过旋流气动装置的加速和旋流,烟尘与经过雾化的吸收液 发生碰撞、附着、凝聚、离心分离等综合性的作用,被甩到塔壁,随塔壁水膜流向塔底。通过 旋流气动装置的设置,使烟气在同样高度的筒体内旋转次数增加、通过的路径增长,气相紊 动剧烈,烟气与吸收液在时间和空间上得到充分的碰撞、接触、溶解、吸收。
[0018]本结构的立式旋流塔,脱硫原理利用二氧化硫的特性,即酸性、氧化性、还原性,氧 化性与还原性是在强氧化剂强还原剂与催化剂的作用下氧化成酸性更强的S03与还原成原 素硫,一般情况下,利用碱液脱硫时关键应考虑溶解性:S02溶解于水,但溶解度不大,那么 当碱液量一定时,只能靠增大碱液与S02的接触面积,使S02溶于水后与碱快速反应生成盐 再次溶解S02,或直接S〇2与H20、碱同时接触反应。或碱液对s〇2进行包溶,那么,在其它条件 相同时碱液的雾化质量越好、脱硫效率越高;除尘原理,烟气由底部切向进入后,绕着底部 的稳流柱旋转上升,利用离心力作用除去70%的较大尘粒,然后变速通过多层涡流旋流板。 [0019]以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人 员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的 保护范围。
Claims (3)
1. 立式旋流塔,其特征在于:由塔体(1),及设置在塔体(1)上的若干个检修视窗(9),及 设置在塔体(1)上且相配合使用的进风口(6)、出风口(2),及设置在塔体(1)内的供水组件, 及设置在塔体(1)内且与供水组件相配合使用的喷淋组件组成;所述供水组件,包括设置在 塔体(1)内底部的水箱(7),及设置在水箱(7)—侧且相配合使用的自动补水口(11)、排污口 (12) ,及设置在水箱(7)上的水泵(8),及设置在水杲(8)连接的导水管(13),及与导水管 (13) 连接的若千个喷淋管(5),及设置在喷淋管(5)上的若干个喷淋头(15),及设置在塔体 (1)内且安装在喷淋管(5)上的若干个旋流板(16),及设置在旋流板(16)上的若干个旋流叶 片(4),其中,旋流板(16)的中间设置有通气孔。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的立式旋流塔,其特征在于:所述立式旋流塔,还包括设置在喷 淋管(5)上的压力表(14)。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的立式旋流塔,其特征在于:所述立式旋流塔,还包括设置在 塔体(1)内的格栅加强定位圈(10),及设置在格栅加强定位圈(10)上的除物填料圈(3),其 中,除物填料圈(3)内填充有除雾填料,格栅加强定位圈(10)、除物填料圈(3)位于塔体(1) 顶部且位于出风口(2)下方。
