Abstract

本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用氨(氨水、碳铵、液氨)吸收脱除燃煤烟气中二氧化硫和氮氧化物的脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔。该净化塔的塔体下部设置有进烟管,在进烟管的管中心有一个吸收液喷头,塔体顶部设置有烟气出口,在进烟管与烟气出口之间的塔体内腔中由下至上分别设置有高温反应段、低温吸收段和除雾器;所述高温反应段设置有若干组吸收液高温喷淋装置;所述低温反应段中段设置有填料段,在填料段下方设置有下吸收液低温喷淋装置,在填料段上方设置有上吸收液低温喷淋装置。本实用新型结构紧凑、运行可靠、成本低、能够在一个塔体内对烟气中的二氧化硫和氮氧化物进行吸收脱除。

脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔
技术领域
本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用氨(氨水、碳铵、液氨)吸收脱除燃煤烟气中二氧化硫和氮氧化物的脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔。
背景技术
燃煤锅炉烟气中的二氧化硫是大气污染最主要的根源之一,已成为环境治理的重要对象。但在我国酸性降雨中硫酸根与硝酸根的当量浓度之比大约为64∶1,因此在燃煤电厂等大量燃煤的场合,氮氧化物对大气的污染也不容忽视。但现有的烟气净化装置大多以二氧化硫的脱除为主要任务,而无法有效脱除氮氧化物气体,并且其设备还在在着投资高、占地面积大、运行控制困难、二次污染问题严重等问题。现有的脱硫塔主要采用石灰-石膏法为主的干法脱硫工艺,虽然目前已有脱硫设备采用氨(氨水、碳铵、液氨)为吸收液的湿式氨法脱硫工艺,其可在脱硫的同时副产硫酸、二氧化硫、硫酸铵、亚硫酸铵等产品,实现了硫资源的回收利用,是一种较好的方法。现有的氨法脱硫塔的结构设计依然主要针对二氧化硫的吸收脱除,对氮氧化物的处理考虑较少,因而其对烟气的净化尚不能获得满意的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,结构紧凑、运行可靠、成本低、能够在一个塔体内对烟气中的二氧化硫和氮氧化物进行吸收脱除的脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔。
本实用新型的脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔包括有一个塔体,塔体下部设置有进烟管,塔体顶部设置有烟气出口;在进烟管的管中心设有一个吸收液喷头;在进烟管与烟气出口之间的塔体内腔中由下至上分别设置有高温反应段段、低温吸收段和除雾器;所述高温反应段设置有若干组吸收液高温喷淋装置,使温度较高的烟气能够在较高的温度条件下(75℃~110℃)与烟气进行反应;所述低温反应段中段设置有填料段,填料段可以以具有一定空隙率的散装或整装填料为材料;在填料段下方设置有下吸收液低温喷淋装置,用来对烟气成份在低温条件下(50℃~60℃)进行初步吸收,在填料段上方设置有上吸收液低温喷淋装置,用来对通过填料层的烟气进行吸收;在烟气进口下方的塔体底部设置有一个氧化装置,氧化装置的底部设置有与鼓入的空气连通的空气分布器,用来对反应中间产物进一步氧化,以获得稳定的最终产物。
所述的除雾器可包括有一段下除雾层、一段上除雾层以及位于上、下除雾层之间的清洗喷淋装置。
本实用新型的烟气净化塔利用了脱硝和脱硫过程最佳反应温度的不同,在主脱硫段(即低温反应段)之前设置了一段高温反应段,由于烟气中的氮氧化物与吸收液反应可生成NH4NO3和NH4NO2,氨法脱硫过程产生的(NH4)SO3和NH4HSO3又可通过还原反应将其吸收净化,因此高温反应段的设置就增加了高温下的烟气反应时间使氮氧化物氧化还原的速率更有保证,从而在脱硫的同时大大提高了脱硝的比率。此外,本实用新型的净化塔可将烟气的脱硝吸收、脱硫吸收、脱除铵雾和中间产物的进一步氧化各个过程集中在一个塔体中进行,大大节省了整套设备的空间占用、降低了设备成本和运行成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型的多功能复合脱硫塔塔体1由下至上设置有氧化装置7、进烟管2、高温反应段3、低温反应段4、除雾器5及烟气出口6。在进烟管的管中心设有吸收液喷头21,喷头的喷射角为120°,高温反应段设置有吸收液高温喷淋装置31,低温反应段设置有填料段41。填料段采用散装或规整的填料,要求其具有高表面积、高空隙率、低压降,一般其比表面积大于200m2/m3、空隙率大于98%、压降小于100Pa/m。填料段的上、下分别设置有上吸收液低温喷淋装置42和下吸收液低温喷淋装置43。氧化装置7的底部通过管式空气分布器71鼓入空气,用来将反应中间产物进一步氧化为稳定的最终产物,以提高产物的利用价值。
所述的除雾器5可采用折流板、旋流板等常规的除雾器结构,也可采用附图所示的结构,即,由一段下除雾层51、一段上除雾层52以及位于上、下除雾层之间的清洗喷淋装置53构成。下除雾层51由板波纹、波纹丝网等规整填料构成,其作用是捕集烟气中大的液滴并利用填料性能进一步使吸收反应趋于完全从而从根本上减少铵雾的生成;上除雾层52由圆丝或扁丝编织成的丝网或者用板网压制的波纹填料构成,其高度小于下除雾层,其作用是吸附细小的雾滴,使其凝聚成较大的液滴滴落;清洗喷淋装置53的喷头朝向上、下两个方向,用于对上、下两层除雾层进行冲洗,以防止堵塞。

Claims (3)

1、一种脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔,包括有一个塔体(1),塔体下部设置有进烟管(2),塔体顶部设置有烟气出口(6),其特征是:在进烟管的管中心设有一个吸收液喷头(21),在进烟管与烟气出口之间的塔体内腔中由下至上分别设置有高温反应段段(3)、低温吸收段(4)和除雾器(5);所述高温反应段设置有若干组吸收液高温喷淋装置(31);所述低温反应段中段设置有填料段(41),在填料段下方设置有下吸收液低温喷淋装置(43),在填料段上方设置有上吸收液低温喷淋装置(42)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔,其特征是:在烟气进口下方的塔体底部设置有一个氧化装置(7),氧化装置的底部设置有空气分布器(71)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫脱硝一体化烟气净化塔,其特征是:除雾器(5)包括一段下除雾层(51)、一段上除雾层(52)以及位于上、下除雾层之间的清洗喷淋装置(53)。
