Abstract
一种脱硫后烟气两级冷凝除尘装置,包括脱硫吸收塔,超声波发生器,超声波雾化喷嘴,屋脊式除雾器,管式除雾器和溢水槽等,其特征在于:饱和湿烟气经过屋脊式除雾器后,与利用超声波发生器和超声波雾化喷嘴产生的水雾逆流接触,进行第一级冷凝。从脱硫塔烟气出口排出的烟气经过水平烟道中布置的管式除雾器进行第二级冷凝。管式除雾器采用中空结构,内流冷却水;底部开有溢水槽,回收利用烟气中的凝结水。利用饱和湿烟气冷凝后微小雾滴长大以及形成的水膜效应,降低脱硫后烟气中的粉尘排放,达到超低排放的要求。本实用新型具有除尘效率高,投资小、能耗小、流程简单、运行安全等优点,同时降低脱硫系统的水耗,具有很好的节能经济效益。

背景技术
[0002]根据国家发改委、环保部、国家能源局联合印发的《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划(2014-2020年)》,为全面落实“节约、清洁、安全”的能源战略方针,燃煤电厂将推行更严格的能效环保标准,重点加快推进燃煤发电升级与改造。行动计划建议燃煤机组的大气主要污染物排放标准达到天然气燃气机组的排放标准,即烟尘5mg/Nm3,二氧化硫35mg/Nm3,氮氧化物50mg/Nm3。为满足日益严格的环保标准,实现燃煤烟气超低排放,进一步降低燃煤电厂脱硫后烟气中的烟尘排放至关重要。
[0003]目前普遍采用燃煤电厂脱硫塔后布置湿式静电除尘器的方式将净烟气中的烟尘含量降至10呢/_3乃至5mg/Nm3以下,然而湿式静电除尘器的投资和能耗较高,运行维护的成本较高。

[0006]本实用新型的一种脱硫后烟气两级冷凝除尘装置,包括脱硫吸收塔,超声波发生器,超声波雾化喷嘴,屋脊式除雾器,烟气入口,烟气出口,管式除雾器和溢水槽,其特征在于:饱和湿烟气经过屋脊式除雾器4脱除携带的液滴后,与利用超声波发生器2和超声波雾化喷嘴3产生的水雾逆流接触,进行第一级冷凝,从脱硫塔烟气出口 9排出的烟气经过水平烟道中布置的管式除雾器10进行第二级冷凝,管式除雾器采用中空结构,内流冷却水。所述的超声波雾化喷嘴是利用振子的高速振动产生超声波,将液体破碎成10M1以下的小雾滴,高速振动通过通电或者高速气流实现。所述的管式除雾器采用中空结构,内流冷却水,管式除雾器底部开有溢水槽,回收的烟气中的凝结水送至石灰石制备系统制备石灰石浆液,以及石膏脱水系统用作冲洗水。
[0007] 本实用新型的一种脱硫后烟气两级冷凝除尘装置,对脱硫尾部的饱和湿烟气进行两级冷凝,第一级冷凝通过超声波发生器和超声波雾化喷嘴实现,超声波发生器置于脱硫吸收塔外,超声波雾化喷嘴置于脱硫塔内的屋脊式除雾器之上。20°C的冷却水经过超声波雾化喷嘴形成水雾,雾滴粒径为ΙΟμπι以下,细水雾与饱和湿烟气逆流接触并换热,烟气中的饱和水蒸汽冷凝并在屋脊式除雾器叶片上形成水膜。一方面,饱和湿烟气冷凝过程中水汽在微小的吸收塔浆液雾滴表面上凝结,使得浆液滴粒径增大,易于被屋脊式除雾器脱除;另一方面,换热过程中冷凝下来的水在屋脊式除雾器叶片上形成水膜,水膜的存在使得烟气中微小的雾滴以及粉尘在经过屋脊式除雾器时被水膜煙灭,从而脱除。由于以上两方面的综合因素,增加了第一级冷凝装置的脱硫塔系统的除尘效率能提高10〜20%。由于超声波雾化装置形成的水雾具有较大的换热面积,因此第一级冷凝需要消耗的冷却水量较少,喷淋水雾不会破坏原脱硫系统的水平衡,影响石膏副产品的产生。第二级冷凝通过管式除雾器实现,管式除雾器是连接在脱硫塔出口的水平烟道上的,管式除雾器采用中空结构,内流201的冷却水。烟气中的水汽在管式除雾器管壁上凝结形成水膜,进一步脱除脱硫后烟气中的粉尘。水平烟道上布置的管式除雾器进一步捕集脱硫塔后逃逸的浆液液滴。增加了第二级冷凝装置的脱硫塔系统的除尘效率能进一步提高10%左右。管式除雾器底部开有溢水槽,回收的烟气中的凝结水送至石灰石制备系统制备石灰石浆液,以及石膏脱水系统用作冲洗水。饱和湿烟气凝结水的循环利用节省了脱硫系统的水耗。布置了两级冷凝除尘装置的脱硫塔系统净烟气的粉尘排放小于10mg/Nm3;当脱硫塔入口烟气粉尘含量小于20 mg/Nm3时,脱硫后烟气中的粉尘排放能达到5mg/Nm3以下,满足超低排放的环保要求。

具体实施方式
[0010]如图1所示的脱硫后烟气两级冷凝除尘装置简图,该装置主要包括脱硫吸收塔1,超声波发生器2,超声波雾化喷嘴3,屋脊式除雾器4,烟气入口 5,烟气出口 9,管式除雾器10和溢水槽11等。
[0011]该装置的具体流程:电厂经除尘器除尘之后的烟气通过烟气入口 5进入脱硫吸收塔1,烟气在吸收塔中与吸收浆液反应后形成饱和湿烟气,饱和湿烟气经过屋脊式除雾器4脱除携带的液滴后,与利用超声波发生器2和超声波雾化喷嘴3产生的水雾逆流接触,进行第一级冷凝。饱和湿烟气中的水蒸气遇冷凝结并在屋脊式除雾器4叶片上形成水膜,由于微小雾滴长大以及水膜效应,烟气中的粉尘被进一步脱除。从脱硫塔烟气出口 9排出的烟气经过水平烟道中布置的管式除雾器10进行第二级冷凝,管式除雾器采用中空结构,内流冷却水。由于管式除雾器10对烟气中携带的液滴进一步的脱除,以及烟气中的水蒸气在管式除雾器管壁上凝结形成水膜从而产生水膜效应,烟气中的粉尘被更进一步脱除。管式除雾器10底部开有溢水槽11,回收的烟气中的凝结水送至石灰石制备系统11制备石灰石浆液,以及石膏脱水系统12用作冲洗水。经过二级冷凝除尘装置之后的烟气通过烟囱排出,烟气中的粉尘含量可降至1 Omg/Nm3乃至5mg/Nm3以下。

1.一种脱硫后烟气两级冷凝除尘装置,包括脱硫吸收塔(1),超声波发生器(2),超声波雾化喷嘴(3),屋脊式除雾器(4),管式除雾器(10)和溢水槽(11),其特征在于:该装置中超声波发生器(2)置于脱硫吸收塔(1)外,超声波雾化喷嘴(3)置于脱硫塔内的屋脊式除雾器(4)之上,为第一级冷凝除尘;管式除雾器(10)连接在脱硫塔出口的水平烟道上,为第二级冷凝除尘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫后烟气两级冷凝除尘装置,其特征在于,所述的超声波雾化喷嘴的雾化粒径为10M1以下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫后烟气两级冷凝除尘装置,其特征在于,所述的管式除雾器采用中空结构,底部开有溢水槽。
