Abstract

实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于脱除烟气中二氧化硫的高气速烟气脱硫塔。包括有一个筒形的塔身,在塔身下端和上端分别有进气口和出气口,塔身内腔由下至上分为多级烟气处理段,每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有一个液体喷淋装置,每一级烟气处理段与后一级烟气处理段之间均设置有可使通过的烟气分散的气体分布器,在最后一级烟气处理段与出气口之间还设置有一个用来去除水雾的除雾器。本实用新型塔身内设置的塔件较少,因而烟气阻力较小,同时烟气与喷淋装置喷出的吸收剂充份反应时间短,可设定较高的气速,并缩小反应塔尺寸,从而减小占地面积小、降低成本。

技术领域
本实用新型属于环保设备,涉及一种用于脱除烟气中二氧化硫的高气速烟气脱硫塔。
背景技术
在火力发电等行业中使用的燃煤锅炉,其产生的含硫烟气是大气污染最主要的根源之一。目前国内使用的烟气脱硫净化设备,其反应塔内设置的塔件较多,不仅存在着气速慢、阻力大的问题,并且整个装置的占地面积大、投资多、运行电耗高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种气速高、阻力小、占地面积小、成本低的高气速烟气脱硫塔。
本实用新型的高气速烟气脱硫塔包括有一个筒形的塔身,在塔身下端和上端分别有进气口和出气口,塔身内腔由下至上分为多级烟气处理段,每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有一个液体喷淋装置,每一级烟气处理段与后一级烟气处理段之间均设置有可使通过的烟气分散的气体分布器,在最后一级烟气处理段与出气口之间还设置有一个用来去除水雾的除雾器。所述的喷淋装置包括有一根横向的主输液管和若干根与主输液管相通的支路输液管,支路输液管与主输液管垂直,它们水平设置,在支路输液管的管壁上分布有多个喷嘴。所述的气体分布器包括有一个底板,在底板上开有多个烟气通孔,在烟气通孔上方设置有上罩,上罩通过若干个支腿安装在底板上。
本实用新型的塔身内设置的塔件较少,因而烟气阻力较小,同时烟气经过气体分布器分布均匀后可与喷淋装置喷出的反应液充分反应,其反应时间短,因而可设定较高的气速,并缩小反应塔尺寸,从而减小占地面积小、降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该高气速烟气脱硫塔的塔身1下端和上端分别有进气口2和出气口3,在塔身内腔中由下至上设置有三级烟气处理段4,每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有一个液体喷淋装置5,各级烟气处理段之间设置有气体分布器6,它可使通过的烟气均匀分散,在最后一级烟气处理段与出气口之间还设置有一个用来去除水雾的除雾器7。
如图2所示,喷淋装置由相互连通的一根主输液管8和若干根与主输液管相通的支路输液管9构成,支路输液管与主输液管垂直并水平设置,在支路输液管的管壁上分布有多个喷嘴10。
如图3、图4所示,气体分布器包括有一个底板11,在底板上开有多个烟气通孔12,在烟气通孔上方设置有上罩13,上罩通过若干个支腿14安装在底板上。

Claims (3)

1、一种高气速烟气脱硫塔,它包括有一个筒形的塔身(1),在塔身下端和上端分别有进气口(2)和出气口(3),塔身内腔由下至上分为多级烟气处理段(4),其特征是:每一级烟气处理段的上部设置有一个液体喷淋装置(5),每一级烟气处理段与后一级烟气处理段之间均设置有气体分布器(6),在最后一级烟气处理段与出气口之间还设置有一个除雾器(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高气速烟气脱硫塔,其特征是:所述喷淋装置(5)包括有一根横向的主输液管(8)和若干根与主输液管相通的支路输液管(9),支路输液管与主输液管垂直,它们水平设置,在支路输液管的管壁上分布有多个喷嘴(10)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的高气速烟气脱硫塔,其特征是:所述气体分布器(6)包括有一个底板(11),在底板上开有多个烟气通孔(12),在烟气通孔上方设置有上罩(13),上罩通过若干根支腿(14)安装在底板上。
