Abstract

一种管子模压设备,包括多个沿着模压路径移动的模型块,所制出的双壁塑料管具有一个带波纹而设定管子外直径的外部管壁和一个环绕一个通过管子的孔的内壁。模型块具有确定管子形状的轮廓面,该轮廓面可在第一轮廓和第二轮廓两者之间择一地重新成形,使波纹深度和通过管子的孔的直径都发生变化而不改变外直径同时使管子壁厚基本保持恒定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一个管子模压系统,包括一个由活动模型块构成的模型孔道,其中管子的形状可被改变而可不需更换模型块。
背景技术
在一使用沿着模压路径移动的模型块构成所谓活动模型孔道的传统的管子模压设备中,改变管子形状的唯一途径是更换形成管子的模型块段。这是非常花钱的,因为这些模型块段本身就很昂贵,它们包括形成管子所需的特点如真空开口、冷却沟道等。因此就使用活动模型孔道的已知的管子成形装置而言,需要有可互换的模型块段来生产出管子的不同形状和尺寸。
即使所需要的是相同的直径,不同的工作用途需要有不同的管子强度。一个简单的处理办法是改变管壁厚度,使管子或者通过增加壁厚变得更强或更刚强,或者通过减少壁厚变得更软或更柔软。虽然工业上有标准规定一定的壁厚,不允许把管壁做得较薄。
大多数管子通过在其外表面上设置波纹来提高管壁强度。已知具有较高波纹的管子比具有较矮波纹的管子强。但按照已知的塑料管挤压方法,不更换波纹管机内的模型块段是不能改变管子的波纹高度的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供的管子模压系统能够改变挤压管的形状而不需更换模压系统内的整个模型块段。
特别是,本实用新型提供的管子模压系统可制出长的连续塑料管,所包括的模型块段的轮廓面的轮廓可重新成形,从而得到管子形状的变化而不需更换整个模型块。
按照本实用新型的一个方案,模压系统包括多个沿着模压路径移动的模型块,所制出的双壁塑料管具有带波纹的外壁(由此定出管子的外直径),和环绕一个通过管子的孔的内壁。模型块段上的轮廓面确定管子的形状,这些轮廓面可从第一轮廓变到第二轮廓使波纹的深度和通过管子的孔的直径都发生变化。但这样做,不改变管子的外直径,同时管子的壁厚基本恒定。
这样不需更换模型块,就可用单一的模压系统或是制出较刚强的管子或是制出较柔软的管子。

具体实施方式
图1示出的管子模压设备1包括一个挤压机3,该挤压机通过挤压机模具5的塑料流动沟道将熔化的塑料供应给活动模型孔道7。活动模型孔道由模型孔道两侧的多个模型块段9构成。这些模型块段具有制成轮廓的即波纹的面,可从位在模型孔道内的模具装备的两个沟道口6a和6b接纳塑料。从沟道口6a发出的塑料流到模型块轮廓面的凹槽内,形成管子外部的波纹壁。通过沟道口6b发出的塑料形成管子的内壁,构成通过管子的中心孔。内部管壁的熔化塑料被一设在模型孔道内的冷却塞11冷却并硬化成形。
图2示出的设备设定可生产出双壁管18,该双壁管具有一个内部管壁19和一个外部波纹管壁21。
每一模型块9都包括有凹槽13以便形成管子18上的波纹,这些波纹设定管子的外直径。
每一模型块在第一凹槽13之间还包括有模型块的顶峰。按照本实用新型的一个优选实施例,这个模型块顶峰的高度是可变的,因此可改变波纹的深度,这个改变又可引起管子内孔直径的改变,但管子的壁厚很少或没有改变。
再次参阅图2,每一模型块段9在每一凹槽13的两侧各有一个安装平面12。这个安装平面12适宜可互换地接纳不同模型块的顶峰形成附件。在图2中,顶峰形成附件15被安装在每一个模型块的安装平面上。
现在转到图3,可以看到,模型块段9特别是其轮廓面已被重新成形,从图2的轮廓改变为不同的轮廓。这是在图3的设定中将顶峰形成附件23连结到模型块段的安装表面12上来完成的。图3的顶峰形成附件23与图2设定的顶峰形成附件15相比显著地比较长。如从图3可见,使用图3的设定形成的管子27包括一个由波纹31形成的外壁,这个波纹显著地高于图2中管子18的波纹21。另外,在图3中由内管壁29形成的管子27的孔直径显著地小于图2中由内壁19形成的通过管子18的孔直径。因此,图3的管子27显著地比图2的管子18强。但两个管子的总体外直径是相同的。另外,管子18的管厚基本上与管子29的壁厚相同。
从图2的管子形状转变为图3的管子形状可简单地使用在模型块轮廓面上具有不同高度的、可互换的表面附件来做到而可不需更换模型块段。此外,应该注意到在图3中已用一个直径较小的冷却塞25来替代直径较大的冷却塞11以便形成图3中孔径较小的管子27。
图4和5示出本实用新型的几个优选的特点。特别是图4示出一个设有较矮的顶峰形成件的模型块段9,该顶峰形成件是由模型块段轮廓面内凹槽13两侧的安装表面12支承着的。图5与此相反,示出一个较高的顶峰形成件配装在模型块段轮廓面内凹槽13两侧的安装表面上。
在图4和5中可以看到几个其他特点。特别是这两图示出模型块段需要包括用高科技的真空和冷却沟道来首先成形然后冷却在模型块段面上的塑料,在模型块安装表面上的表面附件的可互换性决不允许妨碍或影响真空或冷却沟道。
图4、5和6还示出可更换地将表面附件安装到模型块段上的特殊设施。这个设施包括一个在其相对的两端具有两个向前伸出的臂37和39的支架。模型块段的安装表面设在离开管子成形区的地方并设有一个可接纳螺栓41的孔40。在模型块段内还设有一个凹槽10用来接纳支架35的腿39。还有一个类似的凹槽16设在表面附件15内用来接纳支架35的腿37。
从上面的说明可以知道支架容易固定到模型块上并从其上取下,可以用来固定表面附件15或将它更换为表面附件23,在该附件23上有一相应的支架接纳凹槽。
虽然上面已就本实用新型的各个优选实施例作了详细说明,但应知道本行业的行家在不离开本实用新型的创意或权利要求所限定范围的条件下是有可能作出各种变化的。

Claims (7)

1.一种模压设备,其特征在于,包括多个沿着模压路径移动的模型块,所制出的双壁塑料管具有带波纹的外壁,由此定出管子波纹的外直径,和环绕一个通过管子的孔的内壁,所说模型块具有确定管子形状的轮廓面,这些轮廓面可重新成形,从第一轮廓变到第二轮廓,使波纹的深度和通过管子的孔的直径都发生变化,但不改变管子的外直径。
2.如权利要求1所述的模压设备,其特征在于,所说模型块的所说轮廓面,当用第一轮廓成形时形成的管子具有第一波纹深度和第一孔直径,当用第二轮廓成形时形成的管子具有比第一波纹深度大的第二波纹深度,和比第一孔直径小的第二孔直径。
3.如权利要求2所述的模压设备,其特征在于,当在第一和第二轮廓之间使模型块的轮廓面重新成形时所说管子的所说内壁的壁厚基本保持恒定。
4.如权利要求2所述的模压设备,其特征在于,每一所说模型块都包括有安装表面,并且所说设备包括第一和第二模型块表面附件可互换地装在所说安装表面上以便使模型块的轮廓面重新成形。
5.如权利要求4所述的模压设备,其特征在于,所说模型块的所说轮廓面包括交替的顶峰和凹槽,可在管子的外壁上形成波纹,所说第一和第二表面附件分别具有第一和第二顶峰形成件,第一顶峰形成件比第二顶峰形成件短并被用来在模型块上得出第一轮廓,第二顶峰形成件比第一顶峰形成件长并被用来在模型块上得出第二轮廓。
6.如权利要求2所述的模压设备,其特征在于,所说模压路径包括管子内壁的冷却和形状保持设施,所说设施可根据在模型块的面上所采用的轮廓来变化其直径。
7.如权利要求6所述的模压设备,其特征在于,所说冷却和形状保持设施具有可在所说模压路径内可互换配装的第一和第二冷却塞,所说第一冷却塞的直径比所说第二冷却塞大,当模型块具有第一轮廓时使用第一冷却塞,而当模型块具有第二轮廓时使用第二冷却塞。
