技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种压力成形技术,特别是一种具有自锁功能的内高压成形模。
背景技术:
内高压成形技术已广泛应用于汽车工业,对促进汽车轻量化,提高汽车零部件的强度和刚度,改善汽车运行的稳定性、安全性,具有积极的推动作用。目前采用的组合式内高压成模,当成形的零件较大时,其内高压会达到上百兆帕,这就需要有足够的合模力,然而要购置数千吨的压力机,投资大。如何用小吨位压力机成形较大工件,这是目前内高压成形技术需要解决的技术问题。此外,现行组合式内高压成形模的导向机构为导柱导套,其加工较困难,模具成本高维修较困难。
发明内容:
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是设计一种用小吨位压力机进行内高压大的成形模。本实用新型需要解决的另一个技术问题是设计一种结构简单、制造费用低便于维修且导向可靠的导向机构。本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案是,一种具有自锁功能的内高压成形模,它包括上、下外模座和导向机构,其特征在于:下外模座的两侧各设有一水平放置的液压缸,在上、下外模座合模时,上外模座两侧导向板上的水平孔与上述液压缸的柱塞相对,其孔径与柱塞相配。在上外模座的左右导向板的外表面两端设有斜向相反的斜面与下外模座上的左右导向板的内表面上的斜面相滑配。本实用新型由于在外模座上设置了锁紧机构和斜块导向机构,因而与现有技术比具有用小吨位压力机进行内高压高的成形功作,斜块式导向机构简单,便于维修,节省设备投资和模具制造费用低的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的下外模座8的导向板7上各设一液压缸6,上外模座1的导向板2的外侧表面的两端设有斜向相反的斜面4分别与下外模座的导向板7的内表面上的斜面5相滑配,上外模座的导向板设有水平孔3,当上、下外模座合模时,此水平孔与液压缸6的柱塞相对,其孔径与柱塞相配。
本实用新型的工作原理是,当进行内高压成形时,在压力机主缸推动上外模座下移,在上、下外模座的导向板相接触后,上外模座导向板的斜面沿下外模座导向板的斜面下移到合模时,启动液压缸使柱塞进入上外模座导向板的水平孔中,将上下外模座锁住,此时模内的内高压虽然大于压力机的合模力,模具不会发生位移,确保成形完成。该内高压成形模为利用小吨位压力机成形较大零件提供了条件,而且导向机构为斜面,制造容易,成本低且维护方便。

1.一种具有自锁功能的内高压成形模,它包括上、下外模座和导向机构,其特征在于:下外模座的两侧各设有一水平放置的液压缸,在上、下外模座合模时,上外模座两侧导向板上的水平孔与上述液压缸的柱塞相对,其孔径与柱塞相配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有自锁功能的内高压成形模,其特征在于:在上外模座的左右导向板的外表面两端设有斜向相反的斜面与下外模座上的左右导向板的内表面上的斜面相滑配。
