Abstract
一种塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其主体是相互用螺钉或铰链拼接而成,从型材进口至型材出口依次间隔的设置有若干定型模板和若干汇水板,定型模板和汇水板互相平行、前密后疏布置,每块汇水板位于相邻两块定型模板的正中位置,所述汇水板的中部设有比型材截面外形周边大的内孔,内孔类似于型材截面形状并稍加简化,在定型模板的四周设有过水槽。通过汇水板的使用并结合新型定型模板,使水箱中的水形成了一种特殊的外周-内圈-外周交替循环流动,而且冷却水经过汇水板时是均匀贴着型材通过的,具有很高的冷却效率,能充分保证高速挤出状态下型材的成型效果及质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种冷却设备,特别是一种塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱。
背景技术
塑料异形材挤出模具定型结构从早期的纯干式定型发展到普遍采用干、湿混合式定型结构,使型材的生产速度得到很大提高。水箱作为挤出模具整个系统中不可缺少的一部分,对于加强塑料异型材的冷却效果、提高挤出速度、稳定型材内在质量,发挥着越来越大的作用。目前,挤出模具正向高速、高效方向发展,但是,现有的挤出模具普遍采用的水箱装置是通过在水箱内定型块靠近型腔面的位置加工过水孔,以实现冷却水的涡流,其冷却能力有限,越来越不能适应高速模具的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种改变水流状况,提高了冷却能力的塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的,一种塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,在箱体的两端分别设有型材进口及型材出口,一组定型模板平行安装在箱体内,定型模板由型材进口至型材出口前密后疏布置,其特点是:在相邻的定型模板之间还设有与定型模板平行设置的汇水板,所述汇水板的中部设有比型材截面外形周边大1~16mm的类似于型材截面形状的内孔。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,在定型模板的四周设有过水槽。在使用过程中,冷却水从水箱入口端的进水管接头处进水,由于水箱出口端抽水泵的作用,冷却水在水箱内向出口流动。于是冷却水从定型模板的四周过水槽经过,接着又从汇水板与型材之间的间隙通过,如此循环往复,形成外周—内圈—外周的交替循环流动,而且冷却水经过汇水板时是均匀贴着型材通过的,使型材在高速牵引状态下得到了既均匀又高效率的冷却。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,所述汇水板的中部的类似于型材截面形状的内孔比型材截面外形周边最好大3~8mm。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,定型模板和若干汇水板在箱体内从型材进口至型材出口依次间隔设置。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,所述的定型模板设有型腔调节装置。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,所述定型模板的型腔调节装置为型腔对应于型材截面较大边设有活动调节边,调节边通过设在定型模板内的调节螺钉调节。可针对高速牵引情况下型材表面平面度对型腔做出相应调整。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,箱体的两个侧板的内侧面上设有竖向的插槽,定型模板和汇水板插接在插槽内。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下技术方案来进一步实现,每块汇水板位于相邻两块定型模板的正中位置。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,通过汇水板的使用并结合新型定型模板,使水箱中的水形成了一种特殊的外周—内圈—外周交替循环流动,而且冷却水经过汇水板时是均匀贴着型材通过的,具有很高的冷却效率,能充分保证高速挤出状态下型材的成型效果及质量。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,由水箱底板5、水箱侧板3、6、水箱上盖2、脚板4、端块1及一些附件组成,其主体是相互用螺钉或铰链拼接而成,在箱体的两端分别设有型材进口及型材出口,箱体的两个侧板的内侧面上设有竖向的插槽,插槽用来放置定型模板7和汇水板8,从型材进口至型材出口依次间隔的设置有若干定型模板7和若干汇水板8,定型模板7和汇水板8互相平行、前密后疏布置,每块汇水板8位于相邻两块定型模板7的正中位置,所述汇水板8的中部设有比型材截面外形周边大1~16mm的内孔12,内孔12类似于型材截面形状并稍加简化,在定型模板7的四周设有过水槽9。
本实施方式中,所述汇水板8的中部的类似于型材截面形状的内孔12比型材截面外形周边最好大3~8mm。另外本实用新型的定型模板7设有型腔调节装置。所述定型模板7的型腔调节装置为型腔对应于型材截面较大边设有活动调节边10,调节边10通过设在定型模板7内的调节螺钉11调节。可针对高速牵引情况下型材表面平面度对型腔做出相应调整。

1.一种塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,在箱体的两端分别设有型材进口及型材出口,一组定型模板(7)平行安装在箱体内,定型模板(7)由型材进口至型材出口前密后疏布置,其特征在于:在相邻的定型模板(7)之间还设有与定型模板(7)平行设置的汇水板(8),所述汇水板(8)的中部设有比型材截面外形周边大1~16mm的内孔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其特征在于:在定型模板(7)的四周设有过水槽(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其特征在于:所述汇水板(8)的中部设有比型材截面外形周边大3~8mm的内孔(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其特征在于:定型模板(7)和汇水板(8)在箱体内从型材进口至型材出口依次间隔设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其特征在于:所述的定型模板(7)设有型腔调节装置。
6.根据权利要求4所述的塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其特征在于:所述定型模板(7)的型腔调节装置为型腔对应于型材截面较大边设有活动调节边(10),调节边(10)通过设在定型模板(7)内的调节螺钉(11)调节。
7.根据权利要求1所述的塑料异型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其特征在于:箱体的两个侧板的内侧面上设有竖向的插槽,定型模板(7)和汇水板(8)插接在插槽内。
