本实用新型提供一种快放阀,包括壳体、阀座和双向活塞,其特征在于:壳体与阀座螺纹连接,壳体的中央开有进气口,进气口的下端封堵有双向活塞,在双向活塞与阀座之间压装有阀门弹簧,出气口与制动气室固定连通。本实用新型不需在汽车底盘上打孔,也不需在车桥上或快放阀上加支架,仅联在制动气室上就可,当制动解除时制动气室的气压就近从快放阀中排出,这样与原快放阀相比缩短了排气时间,提高了汽车的起步。

本实用新型提供一种快放阀,属于汽车制动技术领域。
背景技术
原来的快放阀采用橡胶膜片结构,当汽车制动时,压缩空气从快放阀的进气口流入、打开膜片使快放阀的排气口关闭、同时迅速快放阀的出气口充入制动气室内,当放开制动踏板时、制动阀的排气口开启,快放阀的进气口的气压撤除、膜片在制动气室压力作用下回位,关闭快放阀的进气口,开启快放阀的排气口,制动气室的压缩空气从快放阀的排气口放出。缺点是橡胶膜片易受油汽腐蚀变形,且都带有支架,固定在汽车底盘或汽车后桥上,按装时不方便,快放阀距制动气室还有一段管路,当制动解除时,制动气室的气压都经一个快放阀中排气,导至汽车、挂车解除制动迟缓。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷、按装方便、排气时间短的快放阀。其技术方案为:
包括壳体、阀座和双向活塞,其特征在于:壳体与阀座螺纹连接,壳体的中央开有进气口,进气口的下端封堵有双向活塞,在双向活塞与阀座之间压装有阀门弹簧,出气口与制动气室固定连通。
所述的快放阀,双向活塞的上端对应于进气口设置有导向杆,防止双向活塞在运动时产生偏移、导致密封不严。
所述的快放阀,在阀座的排气口处设置有防尘罩。
其工作原理为:当驻车制动时,进气口有制动气压,双向活塞和阀门弹簧在制动气压的作用下下移,双向活塞和进气口脱离打开进气间隔,同时关闭排气口,制动气压由出气口进入制动气室产生制动。解除制动时,制动气压从进气口排出后,阀门弹簧推动双向活塞关闭进气口的下端,同时打开排气口,制动气室的气压依次经出气口、排气口排入大气。这样本实用新型既不需在汽车底盘上打孔,也不需在车桥上或快放阀上加支架,仅联在制动气室上就可,当制动解除时制动气室的气压就近从快放阀中排出,这样与原快放阀相比缩短了排气时间,提高了汽车的起步。

壳体1与阀座2螺纹连接,壳体1的中央开有进气口3,进气口3的下端封堵有双向活塞4,双向活塞4的上端对应于进气口3设置有导向杆10,防止双向活塞4在运动时产生偏移、导致密封不严,在双向活塞4与阀座2之间压装有阀门弹簧5,出气口6与制动气室9固定连通,在阀座2的排气口7处设置有防尘罩8。

1、一种快放阀,包括壳体(1)、阀座(2)和双向活塞(4),其特征在于:壳体(1)与阀座(2)螺纹连接,壳体(1)的中央开有进气口(3),进气口(3)的下端封堵有双向活塞(4),在双向活塞(4)与阀座(2)之间压装有阀门弹簧(5),出气口(6)与制动气室(9)固定连通。
2、如权利要求1所述的快放阀,其特征在于:双向活塞(4)的上端对应于进气口(3)设置有导向杆(10)。
3、如权利要求1所述的快放阀,其特征在于:在阀座(2)的排气口(7)处设置有防尘罩(8)。
