Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种差动减速器焊接行星架,安装在轴上,其中片形件与管形件之间焊接一联接件,构成行星架主体。片形件和管形件的轴肩部分为大圆角,在片形件和管形件的轴肩上分别安置定位轴套,在二个定位轴套的外侧分别安置轴承。本实用新型是在通常的差动减速器中采用焊接式行星架设计,其优点是在保证行星架强度的同时,简化了制造工艺,节约了制造成本,提高了生产效率。

本实用新型涉及大型差动减速器,特别涉及一种差动减速器的焊接行星架。
背景技术
差动减速器包括卸船机主起升机构中的起升开闭及小车运行的差动减速器和集装箱起重机中起升小车机构的差动减速器。在差动减速器中行星架的设计是该减速器成败的关键。通常,差动减速器行星架采用铸造后机加工制成,或采用锻造后机加工制成。
采用铸造方法制造的行星架,其铸造质量得不到保证,达不到强度要求;而采用锻造方法制造的行星架,其机加工工作量特别大,制造成本特别高。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务是提供一种改进的差动减速器焊接行星架,它解决了现有差动减速器行星架用铸造或锻造后机加工制成后达不到强度要求、制造成本高的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种差动减速器焊接行星架,安装在轴上,其中片形件与管形件之间焊接一联接件,构成行星架主体;所述片形件和管形件的轴肩部分为大圆角,在片形件和管形件的轴肩上分别安置定位轴套,在二个定位轴套的外侧分别安置轴承。
本实用新型是在通常的差动减速器中采用焊接式行星架设计,其优点是在保证行星架强度的同时,简化了制造工艺,节约了制造成本,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
参看图1和图2,本实用新型的一种差动减速器焊接行星架安装在轴1上,焊接行星架由数个焊接件组成,其中片形件21与管形件22之间焊接一联接件23,构成行星架主体2。联接件23的截面可以是任何合适的形状。片形件21由中碳钢或中碳合金钢材制成,其余零件采用低碳或低碳合金钢材。
片形件21和管形件22的轴肩部分为大圆角24。在片形件21和管形件22的轴肩上分别安置定位轴套3,在二个定位轴套3的外侧分别安置轴承4。加大轴肩部分的大圆角24,再用定位轴套3来定位轴承4,这样可降低该处的应力集中,提高行星架的强度。
在片形件21和管形件22的上端可以焊接一加强件5,以进一步加强片形件21与管形件22之间的连接强度。当然,也可以不设置该加强件5。

1.一种差动减速器焊接行星架,安装在轴上,其特征在于,其中片形件与管形件之间焊接一联接件,构成行星架主体;所述片形件和管形件的轴肩部分为大圆角,在片形件和管形件的轴肩上分别安置定位轴套,在二个定位轴套的外侧分别安置轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的差动减速器焊接行星架,其特征在于,所述片形件和管形件的上端焊接一加强件。
