Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车制动系统，确切地说是一种轿车用可散热的制动盘。
二、背景技术
制动盘是汽车盘式制动器摩擦副中的旋转元件，通常是一块金属圆盘。在行车制动时与制动块摩擦产生大量的热量，影响制动性能且加速损坏。
三、发明内容
本实用新型对制动盘进行改进，在制动盘中设置散热通道，这样可以改善通风、散热性能，也提高了制动可靠性，也延长了制动盘的使用寿命。
四、附图说明
附图是前制动盘装备结构示意图。
五、具体实施方式
将前轮毂轮承2通过螺钉8固定于转向节7上，带有散热通道10的前制动盘5由螺钉3固定在前轮毂轮承2上。前制动钳总成1由螺钉6安装在转向节7上，挡尘板9通过螺钉4固定在转间节7和制动盘5之间。
