Abstract

对原对辊成形型煤制造设备作改进,在上方的料仓的两壁上或机架上设横梁形支架,支架上固定有位于两只辊子对应的一排型煤成形半凹槽之间并穿过型煤成形部位的若干根纵向型芯,使型煤上形成纵向孔;同时在任一辊子辊套上所有的成形半凹槽中设一根穿过辊子壁的横向抽芯,抽芯通过固定在辊子芯轴上的凸轮作用实现顶出或抽取,使型煤上形成横向孔。装置结构简单,制得型煤上有纵向孔和横向孔,燃烧时供氧充足,燃烧充分,节约能源且减少环境污染。

Description

型煤制造装置
本实用新型涉及民用、工业用各种形状型煤的制造装置,主要是指对辊成型的型煤制造装置。
型煤与原煤直接燃烧相比,可减少烟尘50%~80%,减少SO2排放40%~60%,热效率提高20%~30%,节煤率达15%。通常的对辊成型的型煤制造设备包括传动电动机、两只相向旋转的辊子、传动辊子的齿轮、支持辊子的机架和料仓。两只辊子的表面套有辊套,两辊套上设有相对应的呈棋盘式分布的若干排型煤成形半凹槽。辊套可以更换,辊套上的凹槽形状可根据需要并考虑脱模的顺利完成设计成椭圆形、枕形、球形、锥形等,尺寸也可不同。生产时,料仓中的物料落入相向回转的两只辊子表面的凹槽中,在两只辊子间20~30MPa的成型压力下,物料形成各种形状的型煤。这种对辊成型装置热压、冷压成型均可,适用于大批量生产,物料中有、无粘合剂均可以满足要求。缺点为所生产的型煤实心无孔,供氧不足,使用中燃烧不充分,浪费能源,排放粉尘多而污染环境。
本实用新型的目的是对上述对辊成型的型煤制造装置进行关键性改进,设计一种能生产带有孔道、燃烧充分的型煤的制造装置。
本实用新型通过以下方式对原对辊成型装置作改进:在上方的料仓中或机架上,依靠料仓的两壁或机架设置有横梁形支架,横梁形支架上固定有位于两只辊子对应的一排型煤成形半凹槽之间并穿过型煤成形部位的若干根纵向型芯,该型芯在型煤成形过程中可形成纵向孔。同时在两只辊子中任意一只辊套上的所有成形半凹槽中,设有一根穿过辊子壁的横向圆锥形抽芯,该横向圆锥形抽芯使型煤成形过程中形成一条横向孔。横向圆锥形抽芯在型煤成形位置时顶出,直至穿透整个型煤,随后可抽取一段距离,使制成的型煤顺利落下,横向圆锥形抽芯的顶出和抽取通过安装在辊子芯轴上的凸轮机构实现。
本实用新型的优点是所述型煤制造装置结构简单,可同时在不同形状型煤上形成纵向孔和横向孔,使型煤燃烧时供氧充足,燃烧充分,节约能源,减少环境污染。

以下给出实施过程。
电动机通过齿轮过桥传动,使两只辊子3相向运动。2根钢质纵向型芯1固定在横梁形支架5上,支架5的两端搁置于料仓2的相对的两壁上,型芯1的工作部位(下部)为圆柱形,端部稍伸出型煤6的完全成形部位(见图1)。又如图2所示,每一型煤成形半凹槽7中设置钢质的横向圆锥形抽芯9,抽芯9穿过辊套4和辊子3的壁,抽芯9的工作部位(端部)即进入型煤6的部位设计为圆锥体,以利于从成形的型煤6中抽出;抽芯9的根部则与固定在辊子3的芯轴上的凹凸型凸轮接触,辊子3回转过程中同时由所述凸轮实现抽芯9的顶出和抽取。沿辊套4的宽度方向可开设多排成形半凹槽7,各半凹槽7之间开设纵向型芯1的位置槽10(见图3)。纵向型芯1和横向抽芯9呈交错状态配置。

Claims (2)

1.型煤制造装置,由传动电动机、两只相向旋转的辊子、传动辊子的齿轮、支持辊子的机架和料仓组成,两只辊子的表面套有辊套,两辊套上设有相对应的呈棋盘式分布的若干排型煤成形半凹槽,其特征在于料仓2的两壁上或机架上设置有横梁形支架5,支架5上固定有位于两只辊子对应的一排型煤成形半凹槽7之间并穿过型煤6成型部位的若干根纵向型芯1。
2.如权利要求1所述的型煤制造装置,其特征在于在两只辊子3中任一只的辊套4上的所有成形半凹槽7中设有一根穿过辊子3辊壁的横向圆锥形抽芯9,抽芯9的端部工作部位为圆锥体,而其根部则与固定在辊子3的芯轴上的凸轮接触。
