Abstract

汽车立式空调蒸发器,蒸发器风机2固定在壳体1内,蒸发器风机2与出风口6连通,蒸发器盘管3固定在壳体1内部蒸发器风机2的下端,蒸发器风机2与蒸发器盘管3之间构成小于180°的夹角A,进风口5开在壳本1前端,排水管4固定在壳体1前端底部。本实用新型减小了蒸发器的宽度,可适应汽车多样化对空调布置的要求,同时具有安装,维修方便的特点。

Description

汽车立式空调蒸发器
本实用新型属一种汽车用空调机蒸发器结构的改进。
现有的汽车制冷装置中，蒸发器风机与蒸发器盘管之间都是平行布置，其缺点是使蒸发器的宽度大，在一些狭窄的空间内难以布置，限制了蒸发器的使用范围。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种汽车立式空调蒸发器，该蒸发器应减小蒸发器的宽度，适应汽车多样化对空调布置的要求。
本实用新型由壳体1、蒸发器风机2、蒸发器盘管3、排水管4、进风口5、出风口6组成。蒸发器风机2固定在壳体1内，蒸发器风机2与出风口6连通，蒸发器盘管3固定在壳体1内蒸发器风机2的下端，使蒸发器风机2与蒸发器盘管3之间构成小于180°的夹角A。进风口5开在壳体1前端，排水管4固定在壳体1前端底部。
本实用新型采用了蒸发器风机与蒸发器盘管固定成小于180°的夹角，减小了蒸发器的宽度，可适应汽车多样化对空调布置的要求，同时具有安装、维修方便的特点。

实施例：本实施例由壳体1、蒸发器风机2、蒸发器盘管3、排水管4、进风口5、出风口6组成。蒸发器风机2固定在壳体1内，蒸发器风机2与出风口6连通，蒸发器盘管3固定在壳体1内蒸发器风机2的下端，使蒸发器风机2与蒸发器盘管3之间构成小于180°的夹角A。进风口5开在壳体1的前端，排水管4固定在壳体1前端的底部。

1、汽车立式空调蒸发器，由壳体(1)、蒸发器风机(2)、蒸发器盘管(3)、排水管(4)、进风口(5)、出风口(6)组成，蒸发器风机(2)固定在壳体(1)内，其特征在于蒸发器盘管(3)固定在壳体(1)内蒸发器风机(2)的下端，蒸发器风机(2)与蒸发器盘管(3)之间构成小于180°夹角A。
