现有的普通膜片联轴器,其膜片主要有金属结构和采用非金属胶块、碗状胶圈结构,采用金属膜片的联轴器的缺点是重量大,更换膜片困难,而采用非金属胶块、碗状胶圈的联轴器的缺点是强度低,寿命短。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种强度高,寿命长,更换膜片方便的对轮型盆式膜片联轴器。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它包括法兰,联接盘和螺栓,其特征是两个对接式的盆式膜片通过螺栓固定在法兰上,盆式膜片的结构是呈多根幅条盆状。
本实用新型由于呈多根幅条盆状的膜片代替原有的膜片,具有强度高,寿命长,在不改变两传动轴轴头间距的情况下,就可以更换膜片的优点。

如图1所示,该对轮型盆式膜片联轴器包括法兰1,联接盘2和螺栓3,两个对接式的盆式膜片4通过螺栓固定3在法兰1上,盆式膜片4的结构是呈多根幅条盆状的,工作原理是动力由一端法兰1通过幅条状的盆式膜片4传递另一端法兰,补偿作用是由幅条盆状膜片4受力变形来实现的。
