Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置。本装置中有机架,装于机架上的使带孔口的金属板卷制成筒形骨架的包括至少一组含至少一对成型轮的成型架和/或成型套的成型机构,包括至少一组含至少一对定径轮的定径架和/或定径套的定径机构,焊机,装置中还包括含塑料熔融体流道进口的模套且能使骨架通过并能复合成塑料管材的复合模头。能生产出耐腐蚀、耐压强度高、不生锈结垢的复合塑料管材。

Description

制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置
本实用新型涉及的是一种制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置。
已有的塑料管材制造装置包括塑料挤出机、管材成型腔、真空定型机、冷却箱、牵引机、切割机、翻管机,这种装置能生产耐腐蚀的普通塑料管材,但不能生产既耐磨、又能承受较高压力的金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材。
鉴于以上原因,本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种能生产出重量轻、耐腐蚀、耐压强度高、不生锈结垢的复合管材的制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:本实用新型装置中有机架,装在机架上的使带孔口的金属板卷制成筒形骨架的包括至少一组含至少一对成型轮的成型架和/或成型套的成型机构,使筒形骨架定径的包括至少一组含至少一对定径轮的定径架和/或定径套的定径机构,将定径筒形骨架接缝焊接的焊机,所述的装置还包括至少一个含流道进口的模套且能使骨架通过并能复合成塑料管材的复合模头(参见图1-图3),成型架、成型套、定径架、定径套的数量视需要而定,可以是一组,也可以是多组,成型轮、定径轮的数量视需要而定,可以是一对,也可以是多对,焊机可采用已有的气体保护焊机或高频焊机或超声波焊机等。
上述的复合模头中还有伸入模套中的芯模,流道调节环、支撑环、口模装在模套上,调节件一端穿过模套而紧顶在流道调节环上,模芯装在模套上且一端插入模套和流道调节环中与模套和流道调节环间形成与流道进口相通的流道,在模套另一端上有与之连接的紧压在口模端面上的压板,在支撑环上有将流道和口模相通的通道(参见图1-图3),流道调节环可通过调节件在圆周上移动,使得流道调节环与模芯间形成的流道发生变化,进而调节熔融塑料体在圆周各方位的流量。
上述的芯模上有能控制固定金属板网筒形骨架平稳地作直线运动的凸台(参见图2)。
上述的芯模装在成型机构上(参见图1)。
上述的支撑环内周面上有数个支撑块,支撑块间有使流道和口模相通的通道(参见图2),支撑块同时也支撑着金属板网筒形骨架,使骨架在塑料挤压过程中不变形,同时又容许塑料熔融体通过流道、通道而进入口模形成管道内外层塑料,调整通道的流道面积,可以控制内外壁塑料的流速,使之与骨架、内壁塑料速度一致,利于成型。
上述的成型架、定径架中的成型轮、定径轮通过减速器与电动机连接(参见图1、图2)。
上述的装置中有固定在机架上的加热器(参见图1、图2),加热器可采用电加热器或高频加热器或电热风烘箱等。
参见图1-图3,本实用新型工作时,在动力源(电动机或牵引机等)作用下成型轮、定径轮转动,使带孔口的金属板网卷筒成型为一定直径的、合缝整齐的圆筒形骨架经焊机焊成一整体筒形骨架同时被送入模头中在支撑环上的支撑块和芯模上的凸台作用下作平稳的直线运动。塑料熔融体通过流道进口进入流道后进入金属板网筒形骨架的内外层,在口模和芯模作用下分别覆盖在金属板网筒形骨架的内外层,从而制造出金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管道,松开压板,通过调节流道调节环,可以控制管道内外层塑料壁厚的均匀性。
本实用新型工作时,将带有孔口的金属板经成型制成的筒形骨架作为增强体被包覆在塑料管材内,连续成型生产出的增强复合塑料管材重量轻、耐腐蚀、耐压强度高,不生锈结垢。本实用新型结构简单、生产效率高,不但可生产骨架内外包覆同种类的塑料增强复合管材,而且还可生产多种塑料复合的增强复合管材。
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的实施例:

参见图1-图3,在机架1上安装有成型机构2、定径机构3、气体保护焊机4、加热器37、复合模头5。
成型机构2中有装在机架上的多组成型架6,成型套7。每组成型架中有一对成型轮8,成型轮8通过减速器与电动机9连接。
定径机构3中有装在机架上的多组定径架10,定径套11。每组定径架10中有一对定径轮12。
复合模头5中的连接在成型架上的芯模13上有凸台14。含流道进口15的模套16中有流道调节环17、支撑环18,口模19。调节件一调节螺栓20依次穿过置于模套外周的加热圈21、模套16而紧顶在流道调节环上。支撑环18内均匀分布有数块支撑块22,支撑块22间有通道23。外周上有加热圈24的模芯25通过联接件—螺栓与模套连接且一端伸入模套和流道调节环中与模套和流道调节环间形成了流道26,流道26通过支撑块上的通道23与口模相通。压板27位于模套另一端上且通过数个螺栓28与模套连接且将流道调节环、支撑环、口模紧压在模套上。调节件29一端穿过加热圈21、模套16而紧顶在口模上。带孔口的金属板网30经成型轮成型成筒形骨架31再经定径轮准确地定径为一定直径的、合缝整齐的圆筒形骨架32,经焊机焊接成整体筒形骨架33,经加热器37加热穿入模头,挤出机挤出的熔融塑料体经模芯、口模、芯模,在筒形骨架33内外表面覆盖一层塑料34、35,并通过筒形骨架上的孔口36将内外层塑料紧密的结合在一起制造出金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材。

Claims (7)

1制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置,其特征在于所述的装置中有机架,装在机架上的使带孔口的金属板卷制成筒形骨架的包括至少一组含至少一对成型轮的成型架和/或成型套的成型机构,能将筒形骨架定径的包括至少一组含至少一对定径轮的定径架和/或定径套的定径机构,将定径筒形骨架接缝焊接的焊机,所述的装置还包括至少一个含塑料熔融体流道进口的模套且能使骨架通过并能复合成塑料管材的复合模头。
2根据权利要求1所述的金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置,其特征在于复合模头中还有伸入模套中的芯模,流道调节环、支撑环、口模装在模套内,调节件一端穿过模套而紧顶在流道调节环上,模芯装在模套上且一端插入模套和流道调节环中与模套和流道调节环间形成与流道进口相通的流道,在模套另一端上有与之连接的且紧压在口模端面上的压板,在支撑环上有将流道和口模相通的通道。
3根据权利要求2所述的制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置,其特征在于芯模上有能控制固定金属板网筒形骨架平稳地作直线运动的凸台。
4根据权利要求2或3所述的制造金属钢板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置,其特征在于芯模装在成型机构上。
5根据权利要求2或3所述的制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置,其特征在于支撑环内周面上有数个支撑块,支撑块间有使流道和口模相通的通道。
6根据权利要求1或2或3所述的制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置,其特征在于成型架、定径架中的成型轮、定径轮通过减速器与电动机连接。
7根据权利要求1或2或3所述的制造金属板网骨架增强复合塑料管材的装置,其特征在于装置中有固定在机架上的加热器。
