Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de tubes en plastique composite servant de renfort à une plaque métallique à structure en treillis perforée. Ce dispositif comprend une structure organique sur laquelle se trouve un mécanisme permettant d'enrouler une feuille métallique perforée pour former une structure tubulaire comprenant au moins un groupe de structures de façonnage et/ou de manchons de façonnage présentant au moins une paire de roues de façonnage et au moins un groupe de structures de calibrage et/ou de manchons de calibrage présentant au moins une paire de roues de calibrage. Ce dispositif comprend encore une machine à souder et une matrice composite présentant une ébauche pour matrice avec une entrée pour jet de coulée permettant d'obtenir avec la structure un tube en plastique. Ainsi, les tubes obtenus font preuve d'une stabilité à la corrosion, d'une résistance à la haute pression et à l'entartrage.
