Abstract

汽车散热器保护装置，属汽车水冷系部件防震技术领域，主要解决现行汽车散热器由于采用直接固定式，在行驶过程中不能取得相同的运动状态，导致散热器容易损坏的缺陷。本保护装置，根据汽车散热器的大小和形状设计了一种U形金属外壳，其中加防震减震弹性物质，能克服现行散热器直接固定的缺点，使汽车在行驶过程中，散热器各部很容易取得相同运动状态，起到防震减震作用，达到散热器不易受到损坏的目的。适用于各型汽车散热器构造部件上使用。

Description

汽车散热器保护装置
该实用新型涉及一种汽车散热器防冲击的保护装置，属于汽车水冷系部件防震减震的技术领域。
现行的各型汽车散热器，均采用直接固定方式(直接将散热器固定在汽车上)由于车体具有惯性，当汽车变速运动或上下颠簸时，散热器各部很难取得同样的运动状态，使散热器极易损坏。该汽车散热器保护装置，因没有直接螺丝固定并有U型橡胶弹性块的保护，能克服以上一切缺点，使散热器各部容易取得相同的运动状态，而免遭受损坏。目前国内名型汽车的散热器，尚未见到这种保护装置，有关汽车构造的书刊中也未见这种保护装置的报道。
设计该实用型的目的在于使汽车在行驶过程中，使散热器防震减震，延长使用寿命，减少散热器损坏，减少维修费用。
该散热器保护装置，根据汽车散热器的大小和形状，设计一个U型金属外壳(图一)外壳分为上下两部分，用普通钢板制作，厚度根据散热器的大小和重量选用4-5mm的钢板，以满足强度需要为适宜，并焊接两个固定装置，在金属外壳内的四角上各安放一个橡胶弹性块(图二)，弹性块的大小形状及厚度必须与散热器相一致，放在U型金属外壳里面不能太松太紧，放好后用四只螺栓将金属外壳上下两部分连接紧，再用四颗螺栓把金属外壳固定好。
该适用新型的优点是构造简单，只在散热器上增加一个U型金属外壳和四只橡胶弹性块，散热器由于不用螺丝直接固定加上橡胶弹性块的弹性作用能防震减震，散热器不易损坏，起到了保护作用，延长了使用寿命。
该适用新型由于构造简单，取材容易，各汽车生产厂家不需增加设备、投资，均可实施。

Claims (2)

1、一种汽车散热器保护装置，其特征在装置是由一个U型金属外壳和安装在U型金属外壳内角的四块弹性块组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述汽车散热器保护装置，其特征在于散热器安装在装有弹性块的U型金属壳内，使散热器不直接固定于汽车上。
