Abstract
本实用新型提供一种卡座式高度传感器及高度传感器组件。该卡座式高度传感器通过安装支架固定到基座上。所述高度传感器包括传感器主体及能够相对该传感器主体摆动的摆臂。所述传感器主体上设置有卡座,所述卡座能够接纳所述安装支架并与所述安装支架配合固定。本实用新型提供的一种卡座式高度传感器及高度传感器组件,克服了现有技术的缺陷,使得安装支架和传感器安装体积小、质量轻、成本低,且安装工序简单、零件少、效率高。

技术领域
本实用新型属于传感器技术领域,尤其涉及一种卡座式高度传感器及高度传感器组件。
背景技术
高度传感器是车辆上常用的用于测量底盘高度的部件。现有的底盘高度传感器需要通过两个螺栓与安装支架安装到一起。为了实现上述螺栓固定,需要在安装支架和传感器壳体上预留螺栓安装孔位。这势必造成安装支架和传感器壳体体积较宽大、重量大、成本高,且需要安装两个螺栓,增加了零件数量和螺栓装配工序,进一步提高了成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种卡座式高度传感器及高度传感器组件,使得安装支架和传感器安装体积小、质量轻、成本低,且安装工序简单、零件少。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出一种卡座式高度传感器,通过安装支架固定到基座上,所述高度传感器包括传感器主体及能够相对该传感器主体摆动的摆臂。所述传感器主体上设置有卡座,所述卡座能够接纳所述安装支架并与所述安装支架配合固定。
进一步地,所述卡座设置在所述传感器主体上的远离所述摆臂的一侧。
进一步地,所述卡座具有两个相对间隔设置的侧壁及顶壁,所述两个侧壁的下端固定于所述传感器主体的表面上,所述两个侧壁的上端之间设置有所述顶壁,所述两个侧壁、顶壁及所述传感器主体之间共同限定出可供所述安装支架插入的容纳腔。
进一步地,所述顶壁上还形成有卡扣部,所述安装支架上形成有开口,所述卡扣部能够和所述安装支架上的开口卡合,以限制所述安装支架的移动。
进一步地,所述卡座的两个侧壁及顶壁沿所述传感器主体延伸方向延伸,使得所述安装支架能够沿着所述传感器主体延伸的方向插入所述卡座的容纳腔中。
进一步地,所述卡座还具有位于所述两个侧壁及顶壁之间的止挡壁,所述止挡壁能够抵接所述安装支架的插入端以限制所述安装支架插入所述容纳腔的深度。
进一步地,所述卡座和所述传感器主体一体注塑形成。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型还提供一种高度传感器组件,包括安装支架及上述一种卡座式高度传感器。
进一步地,所述安装支架插入所述卡座的一端具有挡肩,所述挡肩能够在所述安装支架插入所述卡座后抵接所述卡座的侧壁以限制所述安装支架的插入深度。
进一步地,所述基座与车身连接或者所述基座为车身,所述安装支架的一端插入所述卡座式高度传感器上的所述卡座中。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的一种卡座式高度传感器及高度传感器组件,使得卡座式高度传感器和安装支架之间不需要采用螺栓固定,而是直接采用卡扣插接固定。显著解决了由于预留螺栓安装孔位等结构带来的体积过大问题,同时减少了零件安装数量和工序问题,使得安装支架和传感器安装体积小、质量轻、成本低,且安装工序简单、零件少、效率高。

以下结合附图和较佳实施方式对本实用新型方案作进一步说明。

图1是本实用新型较佳实施例的高度传感器组件安装状态示意图。
参见图1,在本实用新型的一个实施例中,提出一种高度传感器组件,包括卡座式高度传感器1及安装支架2。该安装支架2的一端固定到基座3上,该安装支架2的另一端固定卡座式高度传感器1。该基座3可以是车身底盘结构或其它能够固定该安装支架2的结构。该卡座式高度传感器1用于测量车辆的底盘高度变化或其它需要测量高度的场合。
图2是本实用新型较佳实施例的高度传感器组件立体示意图,图3是图2中卡座式高度传感器及安装支架之间卡合部位的剖面图。
参见图2和图3,本实施例的卡座式高度传感器1包括传感器主体11及能够相对该传感器主体11摆动的摆臂12。在该传感器主体11上,例如位于传感器主体11的远离所述摆臂12的一侧的外表面上,还设置有卡座13。该卡座13能够接纳上述安装支架2的插入端20并与该安装支架2紧密配合固定。
该卡座13包括两个相对间隔设置的侧壁131及一个顶壁132。两个侧壁131的下端固定于传感器主体11的外表面,两个侧壁131的上端之间设置有上述顶壁132。上述两个侧壁131、顶壁132及传感器主体11的外表面之间共同限定出可供安装支架2插入的容纳腔(图中未标示)。进一步地,卡座13的两个侧壁131及顶壁132沿传感器主体11延伸的方向延伸,使得安装支架2能够沿着传感器主体11延伸的方向插入该卡座13的容纳腔中。这样布置可以进一步降低高度传感器组件安装在车身上的占用空间。
参见图3,进一步地,卡座13还具有位于两个侧壁131及顶壁132之间的止挡壁133。
该止挡壁133能够抵接安装支架2的插入端20以限制安装支架2插入容纳腔的深度。进一步地,该顶壁132上还形成有卡扣部134,该安装支架2上形成有开口21,该卡扣部134能够和安装支架2上的开口21卡合,以限制安装支架2的移动,以便阻止安装支架2从卡座13中脱离。
图4是本实用新型较佳实施例的安装支架示意图。
参见图3及图4,在本实施例中,安装支架2的插入端20的头部设有舌片23,开口21设置在舌片23上,该舌片23插入卡座13中以便固定传感器主体11。该舌片23的宽度小于插入端20的主体宽度,进而在该舌片23与插入端20的主体连接处两侧分别形成一个挡肩22。该挡肩22能够在安装支架2的插入端20插入卡座13后抵接卡座13的侧壁131以限制安装支架2的插入深度。
本实用新型的卡扣部134、止挡壁133及挡肩22的设置,可更好的限制了安装支架2相对于传感器主体11的位移,使得二者之间的连接配合更加稳固,避免晃动或脱落。
进一步地,本实施例中的传感器主体11、卡座13均由树脂材料注塑制造,且二者一体注塑形成。当然,并非局限于此,其它实施例中,传感器主体11和卡座13也可分别采用其它材料制造及其它方式固定连接。
虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例披露如上,但本实用新型并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内所作的各种更动与修改,均应纳入本实用新型的保护范围内,因此本实用新型的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种卡座式高度传感器,通过安装支架固定到基座上,所述高度传感器包括传感器主体及能够相对该传感器主体摆动的摆臂;其特征在于,所述传感器主体上设置有卡座,所述卡座能够接纳所述安装支架并与所述安装支架配合固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种卡座式高度传感器,其特征在于,所述卡座设置在所述传感器主体上的远离所述摆臂的一侧。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种卡座式高度传感器,其特征在于,所述卡座具有两个相对间隔设置的侧壁及一顶壁,所述两个侧壁的下端固定于所述传感器主体的表面上,所述两个侧壁的上端之间设置有所述顶壁,所述两个侧壁、顶壁及所述传感器主体之间共同限定出可供所述安装支架插入的容纳腔。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种卡座式高度传感器,其特征在于,所述顶壁上还形成有卡扣部,所述安装支架上形成有开口,所述卡扣部能够和所述安装支架上的开口卡合,以限制所述安装支架的移动。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种卡座式高度传感器,其特征在于,所述卡座的两个侧壁及顶壁沿所述传感器主体延伸方向延伸,使得所述安装支架能够沿着所述传感器主体延伸的方向插入所述卡座的容纳腔中。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种卡座式高度传感器,其特征在于,所述卡座还具有位于所述两个侧壁及顶壁之间的止挡壁,所述止挡壁能够抵接所述安装支架的插入端以限制所述安装支架插入所述容纳腔的深度。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的一种卡座式高度传感器,其特征在于,所述卡座和所述传感器主体一体注塑形成。
8.一种高度传感器组件,包括安装支架及如前述权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种卡座式高度传感器。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种高度传感器组件,其特征在于,所述安装支架插入所述卡座的一端具有挡肩,所述挡肩能够在所述安装支架插入所述卡座后抵接所述卡座的侧壁以限制所述安装支架的插入深度。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的一种高度传感器组件,其特征在于,所述基座与车身连接或者所述基座为车身,所述安装支架的一端插入所述卡座式高度传感器上的所述卡座中。
