背景技术
现有市场上有多种起吊防脱钩，适用于大部分吊带，铁链等配合使用，但针对轨道车辆多种不同的零部件需要制作不同的起吊工装，市场现有的起吊防脱钩不能满足轨道零部件的不同起吊工装组装固定及焊接使用，现有市场的起吊防脱钩形状单一，不能与起吊工装更好的满足配合安装，且普遍的起吊防脱钩只能单一的匹配而不能针对轨道车辆的工装零部件配合使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种适用于轨道车辆的部件起吊防脱钩，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种适用于轨道车辆的部件起吊防脱钩，包括吊钩和防脱板，所述吊钩的上部对称开设有凹槽，所述吊钩的上部且在所述凹槽的前后两端贯穿有通孔，所述防脱板的右部前后贯穿有闭口槽，所述防脱板的左部前后贯穿有开口槽，所述吊钩与所述防脱板之间铰接。

请参阅图1-4，本实用新型提供一种技术方案：一种适用于轨道车辆的部件起吊防脱钩，包括吊钩1和防脱板2，吊钩与外部的起吊设备焊接组装固定，吊钩用于勾取需要转移的零部件，防脱板可以阻挡在吊钩的上端，避免吊钩中的物品脱出，所述吊钩的上部对称开设有凹槽3，凹槽用于容纳防脱板，所述吊钩的上部且在所述凹槽的前后两端贯穿有通孔4，通孔供销轴穿过其中以限制防脱板，所述防脱板的右部前后贯穿有闭口槽5，所述防脱板的左部前后贯穿有开口槽6，所述吊钩与所述防脱板之间铰接，闭口槽和开口槽贯穿防脱板，销轴会穿过闭口槽和开口槽，将防脱板限制在吊钩上，防脱板可以相对于吊钩在一定程度上左右及上下移动，当销轴相对移动到开口槽的开口端后，防脱板可以绕着闭口槽中的销轴转动，防脱板则不阻挡吊钩的上端，可以将勾取的物品取出，在装置竖直的情况下，防脱板会受重力自然向下，使防脱板无法相对于吊钩转动。
工作原理：将吊钩与外部的起吊设备焊接组装固定，移动防脱板使销轴相对移动到开口槽的开口端，而后转动防脱板，将吊钩的上端敞开，将需要转移的零部件放置到吊钩中，放置完毕后将防脱板转动到水平位置，并左右移动防脱板，防脱板会受重力自然向下，使防脱板无法相对于吊钩转动，避免吊钩中的零部件从中脱出，需要取出零部件时则向上再左右移动防脱板，使防脱板可以转动并转动防脱板，将吊钩的上端敞开，然后取出吊钩中的零部件，完成对零部件的运输转移。
