Background
The building curtain wall is developed rapidly in China for 20 years due to the advantages of attractiveness, energy conservation, easiness in maintenance and the like, and the construction of the building curtain wall in China is about ten million square meters every year. However, due to long-term exposure to sunlight and wind and rain, and the retention of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, various chlorides and oil fume on the building surface, once mixed with rainwater and moisture, the building can be attacked by acidity or alkalinity. If the installed curtain wall is not regularly cleaned and maintained throughout, these acids and alkalis will penetrate into the building surface, corroding the surface and structure of the curtain wall, thus requiring regular cleaning and maintenance of the building curtain wall.
In the initial stage of curtain wall cleaning, manual cleaning is almost completely adopted. Over time, some domestic enterprises have been looking at developing curtain wall cleaning equipment for high-altitude cleaning operations to replace labor. Examples
The embodiment provides a facade cleaning device, which combines fig. 1 and fig. 2, and comprises a frame 100, a rolling brush assembly 200, a road wheel 300, a connecting piece 510 and an elastic piece 600; the rolling brush assembly 200 comprises a cleaning member 210, wherein the cleaning member 210 is pivoted to a first hinge point with the frame 100; the walking wheel 300 and the frame 100 are pivoted at a second hinge point; the connecting member 510 is hinged to the frame 100 at a third hinge point, which is located between the first hinge point and the second hinge point; the connecting member 510 is hinged to the fourth hinge point with the mounting body 700; the elastic member 600 is connected between the connection member 510 and the mounting body 700.
When the vertical surface cleaning apparatus is used, the driving mechanism is required to drive the installation body 700 to move up and down or horizontally.
When the vertical surface cleaning device is used for cleaning a surface to be cleaned (such as a curtain wall), the walking wheels 300 and the cleaning piece 210 are both contacted with the surface to be cleaned, the walking wheels 300 can rotate under the driving of the driving mechanism so as to drive the vertical surface cleaning device to move on the surface to be cleaned, and in the moving process, as the cleaning piece 210 is pivoted to the rack 100, the cleaning piece 210 can rotate relative to the rack 100 and clean the surface to be cleaned; in this process, when the traveling wheel 300 travels across obstacles, because the connecting piece 510 is hinged to the frame 100 at a third hinge point, the third hinge point is located between the first hinge point (the cleaning piece 210 is hinged to the frame 100 at the first hinge point) and the second hinge point (the traveling wheel 300 is hinged to the frame 100 at the second hinge point), and the elastic piece 600 is connected between the connecting piece 510 and the mounting body 700, when the traveling wheel 300 drives the frame 100 to lift or fall, the traveling wheel 300 can drive the frame 100 to rotate relative to the connecting piece 510 and extrude the elastic piece 600, and under the elastic action force of the elastic piece 600, the impact force between the traveling wheel 300 and the frame 100 can be buffered, on one hand, the frame 100 cannot drive the traveling wheel 300 to lift or fall suddenly due to inertia, so that the traveling wheel 300 is always kept in contact with a surface to be cleaned and can smoothly pass over obstacles; on the other hand, the impact force of the vertical surface cleaning device on the surface to be cleaned can be reduced.
Further, taking the linear driving assembly driving mechanism as an example of a crane, when the linear driving assembly driving mechanism is used, the mounting body 700 is mounted on a boom of the crane, and due to the arrangement of the connecting member 510 and the elastic member 600, when the boom approaches towards the surface to be cleaned, the mounting body 700 can press the elastic member 600, and at the same time, under the reverse action of the elastic member 600 given to the mounting body 700, the force perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned is offset by the elastic member 600, so that the mounting body does not collide with the surface to be cleaned violently.
The facade cleaning device can be used for cleaning curtain walls, and specifically, the mounting body 700 can be mounted on a boom of a crane (of course, the mounting body 700 can also be mounted on other mechanisms such as a lift truck, etc.), and the facade cleaning device is driven by the boom to move up and down or left and right to clean curtain walls.
The installation body 700 can be fixed to a boom or a lift car or other mechanisms through angle iron or U-shaped buckles.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the connecting member 510 is a rod-shaped structure having a bend; the elastic member 600 may be a spring member having a certain strength, and one end of the spring member may be hooked on the connection member 510 and the other end thereof may be hooked on the mounting body 700.
In this embodiment, the suspension arm 400 is further included, the suspension arm 400 is fixedly connected to the frame 100, the traveling wheel 300 is pivotally connected to the suspension arm 400, and the connecting member 510 is pivotally connected to the suspension arm 400. In the structure form, the vertical surface cleaning device can be more stable when moving upwards or downwards, and cannot incline towards one side of the curtain wall due to unstable stress of the vertical surface cleaning device.
In one form of construction, shown in FIG. 2, where the connection 510 is on the right side of the rack 100, the structure may be used to clean curtain walls on the left side of the facade wash; the facade cleaning device in the embodiment can enable the elastic element 600 to realize the stretching function in a compression mode through the structural design, and compared with the traditional direct stretching mode, the facade cleaning device can effectively prevent the situation that the tensile force exceeds the limit of the elastic element 600 and fails.
In this embodiment, the mounting body 700 is provided with a rail 710 and a slider 720, the slider 720 can slide along the rail 710, and the slider 720 is connected to the rail 710 through a first fastener; the end of the elastic member remote from the link 510 is connected to the slider 720. In the structure, the relative position of the sliding block 720 and the track 710 is adjusted, and the inclination angle of the connecting piece 510 can be adjusted under the action of the elastic piece 600, so that the vertical surface cleaning device is suitable for cleaning in different application environments.
Specifically, mounting holes are formed in the track 710 and the sliding block 720, the first fastener is a screw, and the screw penetrates through the corresponding mounting hole to connect the track 710 and the sliding block 720 together, so that the sliding block 720 is fixed at a certain position of the track 710; when the inclination angle of the connecting member 510 needs to be adjusted, the screw rod is unscrewed to enable the sliding block 720 to slide to a proper position along the rail 710, and then the rail 710 and the sliding block 720 are fixed by the screw rod.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the mounting body 700 is a profile structure frame with a rail 710, and the profile structure frame can be purchased directly without additional processing of the rail 710, which is more time-saving and labor-saving. In this embodiment, the number of the traveling wheels 300 may not be limited, and a suitable number of the traveling wheels 300 may be selected and used in consideration of the overall size of the vertical surface cleaning apparatus, the running stability, and the like.
The number of the traveling wheels 300 in this embodiment is two. Specifically, with reference to fig. 1 and 4, the frame 100 is a cover structure with an opening facing to one side, the cleaning element 210 is pivoted in the cover structure through the opening, and an outer edge of the cleaning element 210 protrudes from an end surface of the opening; the two walking wheels 300 are oppositely arranged, the cantilever 400, the connecting piece 510 and the elastic piece 600 are all arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the walking wheels 300, the supporting piece 520 is fixedly connected between the two connecting pieces 510, the connecting piece 510 can be reinforced by the arrangement to play a role in structure reinforcement, and the vertical surface cleaning device is further ensured to more stably advance on a curtain wall.
As shown in fig. 4, the supporting member 520 is a supporting rod connected between the two connecting members 510 by a screw connection; wherein, the supporting member 520 and the connecting member 510 may be steel pipes with the same material and diameter.
