The paint spraying device comprises three high-pressure paint cans 42 and six support rods 43, the lower ends of the four support rods 43 and the two high-pressure paint cans 42 are all arranged at the top of the rear semi-cylindrical outer frame 2, the lower ends of the other two support rods 43 and the high-pressure paint cans 42 are arranged at the top of the front semi-cylindrical outer frame 1, the upper ends of the support rods 43 are all provided with a high-pressure spray head 44 facing the central lines of the front semi-cylindrical outer frame 1 and the rear semi-cylindrical outer frame 2, and each two high-pressure spray heads 44 are connected with the spray nozzle of the high-pressure paint cans 42 through paint spraying hoses (not shown in the drawing) and three-way connectors 45, and remote control electromagnetic valves are arranged at the spray nozzles of the high-pressure paint cans 42.
The top of the rear semi-cylindrical outer frame 2 is provided with a hoop 46 with an open top, and the high-pressure paint tank 42 is arranged in the hoop 46 and clamped in the hoop 46 through a bolt connecting assembly. The hoop 46 is arranged, so that the high-pressure paint can be conveniently replaced, and the high-pressure paint can adopts a self-spraying paint can, and has higher spraying pressure.

The crawler electric cylinder 5 is started in a remote control mode, the push rod of the crawler electric cylinder 5 pushes the clamping support 10 upwards, the clamping guide rod 13 on the clamping support 10 moves upwards along the clamping guide hole 14, the clamping support 10 pushes the crawler installation frame 6 to move upwards through the clamping push-pull rod 11, and due to the parallel connecting rod mechanism formed by the upper end of the clamping upper connecting rod 8 and the clamping lower connecting rod 9 connected to the crawler installation frame 6, the crawler installation frame 6 moves inwards along the radial direction while moving upwards until the three crawlers 16 all correspond to the clamping light poles, and then the crawler electric cylinder 5 is closed.
The crawler belt electric cylinder 5 is started and simultaneously starts the cleaning electric cylinder 32, the cleaning motor 28 and the guide electric cylinder 17, a push rod of the cleaning electric cylinder 32 pushes the cleaning support 35 upwards, a cleaning guide rod 40 on the cleaning support 35 moves upwards along a cleaning guide hole 41, the cleaning support 35 pushes the arc-shaped plate 37 and the brush hair 38 to move upwards through a cleaning push-pull rod 36, and the arc-shaped plate 37 and the brush hair 38 move inwards along the radial direction while moving upwards due to a parallel link mechanism formed by the upper end of the cleaning upper link 33 and the cleaning lower link 34 until three groups of brush hair 38 are contacted with a street lamp pole and then the cleaning electric cylinder 32 is closed; the cleaning motor 28 drives the gear 29 to rotate, the gear 29 drives the annular gear ring 30 meshed with the gear 29 to rotate, the annular gear ring 30 drives the movable semi-circular plate and the fixed semi-circular plate to rotate, and the front semi-cylindrical cleaning frame 22, the rear semi-cylindrical cleaning frame 23 and the three groups of cleaning mechanisms 31 also rotate along with the rotation, so that the bristles 38 clean the outer circumferential surface of the street lamp pole. Because the front semi-cylindrical outer frame 1 and the rear semi-cylindrical outer frame 2 of the invention are higher, in order to improve the stability of upward movement, three groups of support guide mechanisms 4 are arranged to be matched with three tracks 16 in the invention, so that the stability of the invention in upward and downward movement is ensured. After the guide electric rod is started, the push rod of the guide electric cylinder 17 stretches along the radial direction, the guide post 21 moves in the movable guide hole 20 to push the guide arm 18 to rotate upwards until the guide wheel 19 contacts with the street lamp pole, and then the guide electric cylinder 17 is closed.
Then the caterpillar driving motor 7 is started, the caterpillar driving motor 7 drives the caterpillar 16 to rotate through the driving wheel, the sliding friction force between the three caterpillar 16 and the excircle of the street lamp pole is larger than the gravity of the caterpillar driving motor, the three caterpillar 16 moves upwards along the street lamp pole, the brush hair 38 rotates while moving upwards, dust or rust attached to the outer surface of the street lamp pole is cleaned, when the caterpillar driving motor 7 rises to the highest position of the linear section of the street lamp pole, the remote control electromagnetic valve is remotely controlled to be opened, the caterpillar driving motor 7 is controlled to reversely rotate, the nozzle of the high-pressure paint tank 42 is opened, the six high-pressure spray heads 44 spray paint the circumference of the street lamp pole at the same time, the caterpillar driving motor 7 drives the caterpillar driving motor 38 to continuously rotate along the street lamp pole, dust or rust attached to the outer surface of the street lamp pole is cleaned again when the caterpillar driving motor 16 moves upwards, the caterpillar driving motor 28 and the remote control electromagnetic valve are closed until the caterpillar driving motor 28 and the remote control electromagnetic valve are started again, and the electric cylinder 32 and the guide electric cylinder 17 reversely move, so that the caterpillar driving motor 16 and the guide wheel 19 are separated from the street lamp pole. So far, the cleaning and paint spraying of the surface of the lamp post are finished at one time.
