设计一种铝材快速冲压装置,包括底板,所述底板上端四周均固定安装有第二液压伸缩杆,所述第二液压伸缩杆上端固定安装有下模具,所述下模具下端的底板一侧固定安装有固定板,所述底板远离固定板的一侧固定安装有交流伺服电机,所述交流伺服电机的输出轴固定连接有主动转轴,且所述主动转轴另一端延伸至固定板上,所述主动转轴两端均设置有外螺纹,且两侧外螺纹旋向相反,所述外螺纹外的主动转轴通过铰接结构与下模具固定连接,所述底板外部两侧均设置有支撑板,所述支撑板上端固定安装有顶板,所述顶板下端四周均固定安装有第一液压伸缩杆,所述第一液压伸缩杆下端固定安装有缓冲板,所述缓冲板底部固定安装有上模具,所述缓冲板上端两侧的支撑板之间转动设置有从动转轴,所述从动转轴中部固定安装有凸轮,且从动转轴通过传动结构与主动转轴相连接。
优选的,所述上模具与下模具之间的两端均固定安装有弹簧。
优选的,所述传动结构包括固定安装在从动转轴上的从动轮以及固定安装在主动转轴上的主动轮,且主动轮与从动轮之间传动设置有皮带。
优选的,所述铰接结构包括固定安装在下模具下端两侧的第二铰接座以及转动设置在主动转轴两端的螺母,所述螺母上端固定安装有第一铰接座,所述第一铰接座上铰接设置有铰接杆,且铰接杆另一端铰接设置在第二铰接座上。
优选的,所述主动转轴远离交流伺服电机的一端转动设置有轴承座,且该轴承座固定安装在支撑板上,所述从动转轴两端均转动设置有轴承座,且该轴承座固定安装在支撑板上。
本实用新型提出的一种铝材快速冲压装置,有益效果在于:该铝材快速冲压装置结构简单,使用起来操作方便,该装置仅仅只使用了一个电机便能够同时带动上模具与下模具的同时移动,不仅仅节约了设备成本,而且能够有效地对铝材进行快速冲压,方便快捷,一步到位,大大的提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种铝材快速冲压装置,包括底板1,底板1上端四周均固定安装有第二液压伸缩杆23,第二液压伸缩杆23上端固定安装有下模具15,下模具15下端的底板1一侧固定安装有固定板2,底板1远离固定板2的一侧固定安装有交流伺服电机16,交流伺服电机16的输出轴固定连接有主动转轴21,且主动转轴21另一端延伸至固定板2上,交流伺服电机16通过电线连接有外接电源,使用时,打开交流伺服电机16,交流伺服电机16的输出轴带动主动转轴21转动,将铝材放置在下模具15上。
主动转轴21两端均设置有外螺纹18,且两侧外螺纹18旋向相反,外螺纹18外的主动转轴21通过铰接结构与下模具15固定连接,铰接结构包括固定安装在下模具15下端两侧的第二铰接座20以及转动设置在主动转轴21两端的螺母22,螺母22上端固定安装有第一铰接座19,第一铰接座19上铰接设置有铰接杆3,且铰接杆3另一端铰接设置在第二铰接座20上,使用时,主动转轴21转动利用两端的外螺纹18带动两侧螺母22相向移动,螺母22移动带动第一铰接座19移动,第一铰接座19移动经由铰接杆3改变下模具15的高度,由于是交流伺服电机16的输出轴时正反来回转动的,因此下模具15是上下移动的。
底板1外部两侧均设置有支撑板4,支撑板4上端固定安装有顶板10,顶板10下端四周均固定安装有第一液压伸缩杆7,第一液压伸缩杆7下端固定安装有缓冲板11,缓冲板11底部固定安装有上模具9,缓冲板11上端两侧的支撑板4之间转动设置有从动转轴6,从动转轴6中部固定安装有凸轮8,且从动转轴6通过传动结构与主动转轴21相连接,上模具9与下模具15之间的两端均固定安装有弹簧13,传动结构包括固定安装在从动转轴6上的从动轮12以及固定安装在主动转轴21上的主动轮17,且主动轮17与从动轮12之间传动设置有皮带14,使用时,主动转轴21转动带动主动轮17转动,主动轮17转动经由皮带14带动从动轮12转动,从动轮12转动带动从动转轴6转动,从动转轴6转动带动凸轮8转动,凸轮8转动不断地使得缓冲板11下移,从而上模具9使得与下模具15冲压,而第一液压伸缩杆7的存在使得缓冲板11不断地上下移动,从而提高了冲压效率。
主动转轴21远离交流伺服电机16的一端转动设置有轴承座5,且该轴承座5固定安装在支撑板4上,从动转轴6两端均转动设置有轴承座5,且该轴承座5固定安装在支撑板4上,轴承座5的存在能够使得各个转轴转动的更加稳定。

1.一种铝材快速冲压装置,包括底板(1),其特征在于,所述底板(1)上端四周均固定安装有第二液压伸缩杆(23),所述第二液压伸缩杆(23)上端固定安装有下模具(15),所述下模具(15)下端的底板(1)一侧固定安装有固定板(2),所述底板(1)远离固定板(2)的一侧固定安装有交流伺服电机(16),所述交流伺服电机(16)的输出轴固定连接有主动转轴(21),且所述主动转轴(21)另一端延伸至固定板(2)上,所述主动转轴(21)两端均设置有外螺纹(18),且两侧外螺纹(18)旋向相反,所述外螺纹(18)外的主动转轴(21)通过铰接结构与下模具(15)固定连接,所述底板(1)外部两侧均设置有支撑板(4),所述支撑板(4)上端固定安装有顶板(10),所述顶板(10)下端四周均固定安装有第一液压伸缩杆(7),所述第一液压伸缩杆(7)下端固定安装有缓冲板(11),所述缓冲板(11)底部固定安装有上模具(9),所述缓冲板(11)上端两侧的支撑板(4)之间转动设置有从动转轴(6),所述从动转轴(6)中部固定安装有凸轮(8),且从动转轴(6)通过传动结构与主动转轴(21)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝材快速冲压装置,其特征在于,所述上模具(9)与下模具(15)之间的两端均固定安装有弹簧(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝材快速冲压装置,其特征在于,所述传动结构包括固定安装在从动转轴(6)上的从动轮(12)以及固定安装在主动转轴(21)上的主动轮(17),且主动轮(17)与从动轮(12)之间传动设置有皮带(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝材快速冲压装置,其特征在于,所述铰接结构包括固定安装在下模具(15)下端两侧的第二铰接座(20)以及转动设置在主动转轴(21)两端的螺母(22),所述螺母(22)上端固定安装有第一铰接座(19),所述第一铰接座(19)上铰接设置有铰接杆(3),且铰接杆(3)另一端铰接设置在第二铰接座(20)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝材快速冲压装置,其特征在于,所述主动转轴(21)远离交流伺服电机(16)的一端转动设置有轴承座(5),且该轴承座(5)固定安装在支撑板(4)上,所述从动转轴(6)两端均转动设置有轴承座(5),且该轴承座(5)固定安装在支撑板(4)上。
