随着基础设施建设力度加大，以及西部大开发工作的深入开展，社会对钢铁、铝和有色金属等原材料的需求加大， 我们对面板运输机的质量要求也越来越高，二面板运输机一个重要的部分就是链节，因为承载力大，在链节产生的应力大，链节容易断裂，之前我们申请过专利号为20132075913.1的实用新型专利，该结构在应用于面板运输机工作时，由于震动较大，经常螺母会松动，其次时剪切应力大，该链节会断裂。
发明内容
为了分散链节上的剪切应力和提升其使用的稳定性，本实用新型提出一种结构改进的链节。
这种结构改进的链节，包括由两只相啮合而成，其特征在于，一只半链节上设有两个圆通孔，相邻两个圆通孔之间设有螺纹通孔，螺纹通孔距两个圆通孔之间的距离相等，另一只半链节上设有与该圆通孔对应的第一螺纹盲孔和与该螺纹通孔对应的第二螺纹盲孔，两只半链节通过锯齿相啮合构成，并且采用螺栓紧固，两只半链接的连接端部设有圆弧倒角以及与圆弧倒角相匹配的圆弧缺口。
本实用新型与现有技术相比有益效果是：三个圆通孔和螺纹孔的设计增加了紧固性和分摊剪切应力，使链节的使用寿命更长。
