本实用新型涉及一种板链式提升机的链轮结构。
背景技术
目前,提升机广泛用于建材、冶金、化工、矿山、粮食等行业,板链式提升机因其提升物料范围广,使用寿命长而得到广泛使用。板链式提升机在运转过程中不可避免的会产生链轮齿端的磨损,当磨损达到一定程度时就会影响提升机的正常工作,这时就需要对链轮进行更换,因为传统板链式提升机链轮是总体铸造,所以在更换链轮时不可避免的要对提升机轴系部分进行拆卸,更换成本高,费时长。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决目前提升机更换链轮成本高,费时长的问题,提供了一种既能保证提升机正常运转,又能降低提升机更换链轮所需的维护成本的新型板链式提升机的链轮结构。
本实用新型的板链式提升机链轮结构,包括链轮本体,所述链轮本体由轮体和轮边构成,所述轮边与轮体的上下两端相固定连接。
优选的,所述轮边与轮体通过螺栓连接。
为防止螺栓与螺母的相对转动动作,所述螺栓上设有开口销。
本实用新型的板链式提升机链轮为分体式结构,即轮体和轮边分开制作,再连接为一整体,当链轮齿端磨损后,通过更换链轮轮边来达到更换整个链轮的效果,避免了将链轮整体从整机拆卸,方便更换,减少了维修时间,降低了维修成本,更利于提升机的再投产。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的板链式提升机链轮结构,包括由轮体1和轮边2构成的链轮本体,且轮边2通过螺栓3和开槽螺母4分别与轮体1的上下两端相固定连接,为防止螺栓3与开槽螺母4的相对转动动作,螺栓上还增设有开口销6。本实用新型将现用的链轮设计成分体式结构,即分为轮体和轮边,轮边轮体分别为整体铸造,轮边整体加工好后再进行线切割均分为四份,分割面须在齿间正中,再用高强度螺栓联接将轮边和轮体进行紧固,这种链轮结构不但可以保证提升机的正常运行,而且在对链轮进行更换时只需要通过更换轮边就能实现,降低了维护成本,缩短了更换时间,从而更利于提升机的再投产。
