[0026] 请参阅图1〜7,本实用新型的实施例提供了一种变压器磁芯自动包胶装置,包括送料机构1、上胶机构2、侧边贴合机构3、工作台架4及出料滑道5,送料机构1、上胶机构2、侧边贴合机构3和出料滑道5均设置于工作台架4上。[0〇27] 如图1、图2所示,送料机构1包括输送带11、限位板12、挡板13、第三行程气缸14,变压器磁芯6可放置于输送带11进料端并沿输送带11运动至挡板13处,挡板13设于所述输送带11行程终端并垂直于输送带11运动方向,其可将变压器磁芯6阻挡于输送带11上,避免其滑落。限位板12设置为两个,且均沿所述输送带11运动方向设置,两个所述限位板12之间形成有变压器磁芯6沿所述输送带11运动的输送通道,变压器磁芯6可沿输送通道运动至抵接挡板13,第三行程气缸14沿挡板13长度方向设置且其顶推端可沿挡板13侧壁运动,当变压器磁芯6运动至挡板13处时,可由第三行程气缸14顶推至上胶机构2上。
[0028] 为了便于变压器磁芯6姿态的调整及进入输送通道,本实施例所述输送通道的进料端形成有一沿变压器磁芯6运动方向横截面积逐渐减小的锥形进料口,其有利于变压器磁芯6的有效进料。其中,可设置一保护罩15对第三行程气缸14进行保护。
[0029] 如图1、图3所示,上胶机构2包括上胶板21、设于上胶板21—端的胶带固定件22、靠近上胶板21另一端设置的压紧锲块23、驱动压紧锲块23上下运动的第一行程气缸24、及驱动第一行程气缸24带动所述压紧锲块23沿所述上胶板21长度方向运动的第二行程气缸25; 其中,所述上胶板21位于所述压紧锲块23行程中部设置有一切割孔211,所述切割孔211内设置有一能够突出于所述上胶板21上表面的切割刀片26。
[0030] 具体设置时,上胶板21与输送带11位于同一水平面,从而便于变压器磁芯6顶推至上胶板21上表面。胶带固定件22设于上胶板21—端,可将胶带固定件22上固定的胶带卷的胶带纸沿上胶板21长度方向放置于上胶板21上表面,且胶带纸可延伸至靠近切割孔211,切割孔211可与挡板13平行设置,使得变压器磁芯6可顶推至切割孔211—侧的胶带纸上,同时也位于压紧锲块23下方;然后可通过第一行程气缸24驱动压紧锲块23向下运动并将变压器磁芯6紧压于胶带纸上,使胶带纸贴覆于变压器磁芯6下表面,再驱动第二行程气缸25使第一行程气缸24带动压紧锲块23运动至切割孔211另一侧,对应的变压器磁芯6随压紧锲块23 运动并带动胶带纸运动,当变压器磁芯6运动至切割孔211另一侧一定距离后,切割刀突出于切割孔211并将胶带纸切割断;切割完成后,由第二行程气缸25驱动压紧锲块23向上运动脱离贴覆有胶带纸的变压器磁芯6,第二行程气缸25再次驱动压紧锲块23运动至切割孔211 相对胶带纸一侧,并进行下一个变压器磁芯6下表面胶带纸的贴覆。
[0031] 为了便于驱动,本实施例所述上胶机构2包括沿所述上胶板21长度方向布置的导轨27,所述第一行程气缸24连接于所述导轨27并能够沿所述导轨27作往返运动,即第二行程气缸25可驱动第一行程气缸24沿导轨27运动,其有利于第一行程气缸24对压紧锲块23的驱动施力。
[0032] 在实际应用时,为了便于顶推,变压器磁芯6在输送通道内为沿其长度方向布置, 当时贴覆胶带纸后,需要先对变压器磁芯6的短边进行贴合,其需要调整变压器磁芯6的放置方向,故本实施例所述上胶机构2还包括一旋转电机28,所述旋转电机28的旋转轴与所述压紧锲块23连接、另一端与所述第一行程气缸24连接。具体可将旋转电机28固定于一压紧板29上,压紧板29与第一行程气缸24连接,第一行程气缸24可驱动压紧板29作上下运动,进而驱动连接于旋转电机28的旋转轴端的压紧锲块23作上下运动。当需要调整变压器磁芯6 的方向时,在切割刀片26将胶带纸切割后,可通过旋转电机28带动压紧锲块23旋转进而带动变压器磁芯6旋转。具体旋转角度可根据需要设置,本实施例变压器磁芯6—般呈矩形,故本实施例一般旋转90 °。
[0033] 如图1、图4所示,侧边贴合机构3包括驱动组件31、第一贴合组件32、第二贴合组件 34和第三贴合组件33,其中,第一贴合组件32主要用于将由变压器磁芯6底部突出的胶带纸贴合于变压器磁芯6的较长边上,第二贴合组件34主要用于将胶带纸贴合于变压器磁芯6的较短边上,而第三贴合组件33则是将变压器磁芯6四个角的胶带纸贴合于长边或短边上,从而使整个胶带纸配合变压器磁芯6的侧壁上。[〇〇34] 为了便于贴合,所述第一贴合组件32、第二贴合组件34、第三贴合组件33布置于同一直线上,且所述第二贴合组件34设于所述所述第一贴合组件32和第三贴合组件33之间或所述第一贴合组件32设于所述第二贴合组件34和第三贴合组件33之间,当先进行长边贴合时,第一贴合组件32、第二贴合组件34、第三贴合组件33依次排列设置,同时对应的变压器磁芯6不需要通过旋转电机28旋转,而当先进行短边贴合时,则第二贴合组件34、第一贴合组件32、第三贴合组件33依次排列设置,同时对应的变压器磁芯6则需要旋转90°。
[0035] 为了便于描述,本实施例以先进行长边贴合为例进行描述,且本实施例将第一贴合组件32、第二贴合组件34、第三贴合组件33、出料滑道5依次排列于工作台架4的台面上, 从而便于依次进行贴边及出料处理。
[0036] 如图1、图4、图5所示,本实施例所述驱动组件31包括用于夹持固定所述变压器磁芯6的夹持部311、驱动所述夹持部311上下运动的第一驱动气缸312、驱动所述第一驱动气缸312水平运动的第二驱动气缸313,具体为设置一支架314,支架314上设置两个导杆315, 一框架316上下端分别套设于两个导杆315上,第一驱动气缸312固定于框架316上,通过第二驱动气缸313驱动框架315作水平运动进而驱动第一驱动气缸312水平运动。具体的,变压器磁芯6贴覆胶带纸后放置于上胶板21—侧,可通过第二驱动气缸313驱动夹持部311运动至变压器磁芯6上方,然后第一驱动气缸312驱动夹持部311向下运动并将变压器磁芯6夹持固定,然后通过第一驱动气缸312和第二驱动气缸313的配合驱动依次将变压器磁芯6输送至第一贴合组件32、第二贴合组件34、第三贴合组件33进行长边贴合、短边贴合、边角贴合, 并最后落至出料滑道5滑动至下一工序。[〇〇37] 为了提高贴合处理效率,本实施例所述夹持部311包括沿所述第一贴合组件32、第二贴合组件34、第三贴合组件33排列方向依次配合设置的第一夹持部311a、第二夹持部 311b、第三夹持部311c,,为了便于夹持部311与第一贴合组件32、第二贴合组件34、第三贴合组件33的配合作用,可将第二夹持部311b与第一夹持部311a、第三夹持部311c之间的距离相同设置。其具体作用如下:当第二夹持部311b夹持的变压器磁芯6进行长边贴合时,第一夹持部31 la对应的夹持位于上胶板21—侧的变压器磁芯6,而第三夹持部311c夹持的变压器磁芯6则进行短边贴合,对应的,当第二夹持部311b进行短边贴合时,第一夹持部311a 进行长边贴合,第三夹持部311 〇则将变压器磁芯6放置于边角贴合处。[〇〇38] 其中,本实施例第三贴合组件33为单独作用,使得第三贴合组件33可随夹持部311同步运动,即当第二夹持部31 lb进行短边贴合时,第一夹持部31 la进行长边贴合,第三夹持部311〇则将变压器磁芯6放置于边角贴合处,而第三贴合组件33则将边角贴合完成后的变压器磁芯6放置于出料滑道5内;相对应的,当第二夹持部311b夹持的变压器磁芯6进行长边贴合时,第一夹持部31 la对应的夹持位于上胶板21—侧的变压器磁芯6,而第三夹持部311c 夹持的变压器磁芯6则进行短边贴合,同时,第三贴合组件33则对放置于边角贴合处的变压器磁芯6进行边角贴合处理。
[0039]如图1、图4、图6所示,所述第一贴合组件32包括水平设置的两个第一贴合辊321、 驱动两个第一贴合辊321相向转动的第一驱动电机(未标出),用于调节两个第一贴合辊321 之间距离的两个调节板322、驱动两个调节板322同步相向运动的锁紧板323、设于两个所述第一贴合辊321之间的上推板324、及连接于上推板324下表面的第一弹簧325,且第一贴合组件32还包括基板326、固定于基板326上的四个光轴支架327、与光轴支架327配合连接的两个光轴328,两个调节板322两端均套设于两个光轴328上,并能够沿光轴328作往返运动, 第一弹簧325下端穿过锁紧板323与基板326连接。具体为夹持部311夹持变压器磁芯6运动至上推板324上方,在第一驱动气缸312作用下向下运动并抵接上推板324,变压器磁芯6继续向下运动,第一弹簧325压缩,两个第一贴合辊321相向转动,使由变压器磁芯6下表面突出的胶带纸向上运动并贴覆于变压器磁芯6的侧壁上,而且在变压器磁芯6抵接上推板324 向下运动的过程中,锁紧板323驱动两个调节板322沿光轴328运动并同步靠近,使两个第一贴合辊321抵紧于变压器磁芯6侧边,从而更好的将突出的胶带纸贴合于变压器磁芯6的侧边上。
[0040] 本实施例所述第二贴合组件34包括水平设置的两个第二贴合辊、驱动两个第二贴合辊相向转动的第二驱动电机,其与第一贴合组件32基本相同,不同之处在于:第一贴合辊 321沿所述变压器磁芯6长度方向布置,第二贴合辊则沿变压器磁芯6宽度方向布置。[〇〇41] 如图1、图4、图7所示,本实施例所述第三贴合组件33包括竖直设置的两个驱动板331、分别与两个驱动板331下端连接的两个夹紧臂332、驱动两个所述驱动板331作靠近或远离运动的双向气缸333、呈矩形排列的四个第三贴合辊334、分别驱动四个第三贴合辊334 转动的四个第三驱动电机(未标出);其中,所述双向气缸333连接于所述第一驱动气缸312 的活塞端,所述夹紧臂332包括一端连接于驱动板331的固定部332a、与固定部332a另一端连接的两个夹紧部332b、连接两个夹紧部332b的第二弹簧332c,所述夹紧部332b与所述第三贴合辊334——对应连接。[〇〇42] 具体的,第一驱动气缸312与双向气缸333连接从而可驱动第三贴合组件33与夹持部311作相同的水平、上下运动。双向气缸333具有两个活塞端并分别与两个驱动板331连接,每个驱动板331下端均连接有夹紧臂332,夹紧臂332的两个夹紧部332b通过第二弹簧 332c产生预应力。具体边角贴合时,双向气缸333驱动驱动板331靠近,两个第三贴合辊334 由变压器磁芯6—端靠近、另外两个第三贴合辊334由变压器磁芯6另一端靠近,使四个贴合辊分别抵接变压器磁芯6的四个角,由于第二弹簧332c对夹紧部332b产生的预应力,使与同一夹紧臂332连接的两个第三贴合辊334之间的距离小于变压器磁芯6的宽度,随着两个夹紧臂332的不断靠近,第二弹簧332c拉伸,变压器磁芯6可穿入与同一夹紧臂332连接的两个第三贴合辊334之间,从而使边角上的胶带纸贴合于变压器磁芯6的侧边上。其中,还可设置两个调节旋钮335以调节夹紧臂332与驱动板331的初始距离。
[0043] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过送料机构、上胶机构及侧边贴合机构依次进行送料、贴覆胶带纸、侧边贴合,其实现了包胶的自动化,提高了包胶质量和包胶效率。
