技术领域
本实用新型涉及蒸煮设备技术领域，尤其涉及一种可应用于糖果、糕点、耗油、果酱、蜂蜜、稠粥等多种行业生产加工过程的蒸煮锅。
背景技术
蒸煮锅广泛于糖果、糕点、耗油、果酱、蜂蜜、稠粥等多种行业生产加工过程，作为加热、保温、杀菌处理或贮藏浆液的必须设备，是食品加工提高质量、缩短时间、改善劳动条件的良好设备。但是目前应用的蒸煮锅都存在一定的应用局限性，由于蒸煮锅的搅拌装置结构不合理，搅拌效果差，搅拌不均匀，给生产企业造成成本上的提高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种蒸煮锅，优化了搅拌效果，提高了传热效率，打破了高粘度物料搅拌上的设计局限。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采取的方案为：蒸煮锅，包括外表面设置有加热装置的锅体，所述锅体顶部设置有锚框式搅拌装置，以及位于所述锚框式搅拌装置侧方的推进式搅拌装置和可调挡板装置，所述锚框式搅拌装置包括固定于锅体顶部的驱动电机Ⅰ、与所述驱动电机Ⅰ输出轴相连且位于锅体中心的主搅拌轴和固设于所述主搅拌轴上的锚框式搅拌器；所述推进式搅拌装置包括固定于锅体顶部的驱动电机Ⅱ、与所述驱动电机Ⅱ输出轴相连的侧搅拌轴和固设于所述侧搅拌轴上的推进式搅拌器；所述可调挡板装置包括固定于锅体顶部的法兰套、滑接于所述法兰套内孔的伸缩轴和位于锅体内部且固定于伸缩轴上的挡板，所述伸缩轴上端固定有与所述法兰套通过螺栓连接的法兰盖。
作为优化，所述锚框式搅拌器外形与锅体截面形状相适应，锚框式搅拌器与锅体之间还设置有与锚框式搅拌器固接的刮板，可以刮除高粘度的粘锅物，减薄锅壁粘锅物厚度，提高锅体传热效果。
作为优化，还包括固设于锅体顶部内表面的清洗球，以方便蒸煮锅的内部清洗。
作为优选，所述锅体的顶部和底部均为椭圆形封头，减小锅内物料流通阻力。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：利用较低转速的锚框式搅拌装置在不同高度上形成水平环向流，再配以高转速低耗能的推进式搅拌装置形成轴向流，再加上可调挡板装置，避免了漩涡的形成，增大了物料的循环流动，抑制了不利的切向流，达到最优的搅拌效果，提高了传热效率，缩短了生产时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示蒸煮锅，包括外表面设置有加热装置的锅体，锅体的顶部7和底部1均为椭圆形封头，锅体顶部7设置有锚框式搅拌装置，以及位于锚框式搅拌装置侧方的推进式搅拌装置和可调挡板装置9。
其中，锚框式搅拌装置包括固定于锅体顶部7上的驱动电机Ⅰ6、与驱动电机Ⅰ6的输出轴相连且位于锅体中心的主搅拌轴8和固设于主搅拌轴8上的锚框式搅拌器10，锚框式搅拌器10的外形与锅体截面形状相适应，锚框式搅拌器10与锅体之间还设置有与锚框式搅拌器10固接的刮板11。推进式搅拌装置包括固定于锅体顶部7上的驱动电机Ⅱ5、与驱动电机Ⅱ5的输出轴相连的侧搅拌轴3和固设于侧搅拌轴3上的推进式搅拌器2。可调挡板装置9包括固定于锅体顶部7上的法兰套13、滑接于法兰套13内孔的伸缩轴15和位于锅体内部且固定于伸缩轴15上的挡板14，伸缩轴15上端固定有与法兰套13通过螺栓连接的法兰盖12。为方便锅体内部清洗，在锅体顶部7的内表面上设置有环形排列的清洗球4。
本新型通过锚框式搅拌装置和推进式搅拌装置的共同使用，弥补了各装置单独使用的不足，并通过可调挡板装置的巧妙配合更加优化了两种搅拌装置的搅拌效果，形成了优势互补、取长去短的创新设计，打破了推进式搅拌装置应用于低粘度高转速工况、锚框式搅拌装置应用于高粘度低转速工况以及挡板连于筒体壁的僵化设计格局，开辟了一条搅拌设计的新思路，且取得了良好的实用效果，并可根据不同行业、不同工艺选择配置，不受固定配置的局限，有很大的可调性。
