所述的注塑孔与进气孔分别均匀的设于注塑环形盘与进气环形盘上，这样的设计使气体吹入均匀以及塑料熔浆均匀注入。

所述的内筒1与外筒2以及注塑环形盘3外圆弧与进气环形盘4外圆弧通过铁皮相连结构为圆锥台型，圆锥台型表面的为倾斜结构，有利于塑料熔浆在内筒1外表面以及外筒2的内表面流动。
所述的注塑孔3-1与进气孔4-1分别均匀的设于注塑环形盘3与进气环形盘4上，这样的设计使气体吹入均匀以及塑料熔浆能均匀注入。
本实用新型的使用方法：从注塑孔3-1注入塑料熔浆，与此同时从进气孔4-1通入吹入空气，这样在内筒1与外筒2顶端就会吹出塑料膜。
