技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机械加工模具，具体说是一种钢板弹簧卷耳拍头模。
背景技术
汽车钢板弹簧总成设有卷耳，用于链接钢板弹簧与车架。在常规生产时，按照汽车生产厂家的要求，需要对卷耳后的垂直度以及宽度进行控制，倘若卷耳垂直度和耳部宽度的误差较大，钢板弹簧总成装车时就会带来安装困难，甚至导致无法顺利装车或勉强装入造成整车异响，更甚者是加剧磨损造成提前断裂。
目前，为了调整或修补矫正卷耳的垂直度和卷耳的宽度，一般采用双面铣床进行铣加工，但是，此种方式效率低下而且需要单独一个工位加工，无形中增加了生产的成本。
因此，申请人结合上述的技术缺陷，对现有的加工设备进行了改进，该设备可将卷制完成后仍带有余热的板簧卷耳在冲床上一次性完成整平和铣耳，克服了现有技术的不足。

本实用新型的目的便是提供一种钢板弹簧卷耳拍头模，以克服现有技术的不足。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案，包括上模板和下模板，其特征在于，所述上模板的下端设有光滑圆柱体模块Ⅰ和导套，所述导套设在模块Ⅰ的左边，在该导套内设有导柱，所述导柱的下端固定连接在下模板的上端，在该下模板的上端还设有与模块Ⅰ相对应的光滑圆柱模块Ⅱ，所述模块Ⅱ右侧壁的上端设有与该模块Ⅱ上端面平齐的水平承料台。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果为：该装置结构简单合理，而且操作方便；模块Ⅰ和模块Ⅱ可同时对卷耳的垂直度和宽度进行调整，取代了双面铣床的加工方式，提高了生产的效率，同时降低的生产的成本。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括上模板1和下模板2，所述上模板1和冲床滑块9连接，下模板2与工作台10连接，其特征在于，所述上模板1的下端设有光滑圆柱体模块Ⅰ3和导套4，所述导套4设在模块Ⅰ3的左边，在该导套4内设有导柱5，所述导柱5的下端固定连接在下模板2的上端，在该下模板2的上端还设有与模块Ⅰ3相对应的光滑圆柱模块Ⅱ6，所述模块Ⅱ6右侧壁的上端设有与该模块Ⅱ6上端面平齐的水平承料台7。
本实用新型的工作原理：将带有卷耳的弹簧扁钢8放置在水平承料台7上，并且将卷耳放在模块Ⅱ6的中心，模块Ⅰ3下移，通过模块Ⅰ3和模块Ⅱ6的相对光滑平面，实现钢板弹簧卷耳整平、拍耳的目的。
