随着物流行业的快速发展，加大了对物流设备研发的投入，如何有效的解决物流行业难题，成为当今工业的发展热点，其中物流的运输和分拣的问题一直是相对比较困难，因此新型物流快递分拣与运输设备的开发成为人们关注的焦点，其中不少新型方法与设备应运而生，并不断将设备改进升级，更新换代，实现了物流快递行业的创新。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种物流快递分拣与运输装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：本实用新型公开了一种物流快递分拣与运输装置，包括料斗、集货箱、分拨轮、主传送带、支座、控制器、分拣机械手、二级传送带、检测器、分拨臂、扫码器、滑仓、挡位板、运输车和底轮，所述料斗下侧设置有集货箱，所述集货箱下侧置有分拨轮，且集货下侧设置有主传送带，所述主传送带下侧设置有支座，所述控制器与分拣机械手相连接，且控制器右侧安装有二级传送带，所述二级传送带上侧设置有检测器，所述检测器右侧设置有分拨臂，所述分拨臂右侧设置有扫码器，所述滑仓与运输车相连接，且滑仓右侧设置有挡位板，所述运输车下侧设置有底轮。
优选的，所述分拣机械手的两节机械臂之间安装有润滑轴承。
优选的，所述二级传送带与主传送带呈45度夹角。
优选的，所述检测器下侧设置有摄像探头。
优选的，所述扫码器与主传送带保持垂直的位置关系。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图，对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1，本实用新型提供一种技术方案：本实用新型公开了一种物流快递分拣与运输装置，包括料斗1、集货箱2、分拨轮3、主传送带4、支座5、控制器6、分拣机械手7、二级传送带8、检测器9、分拨臂10、扫码器11、滑仓12、挡位板13、运输车14和底轮15，料斗1下侧设置有集货箱2，集货箱2下侧置有分拨轮3，且集货箱2下侧设置有主传送带4，所述主传送带4下侧设置有支座5，控制器6与分拣机械手7相连接，分拣机械手7的两节机械臂之间安装有润滑轴承，实现了连接关节转动副的润滑，且控制器6右侧安装有二级传送带8，二级传送带8与主传送带4呈45度夹角，保持货物的顺利分拣，同时保障货物不至于在传送带上滑落，二级传送带8上侧设置有检测器9，检测器9下侧设置有摄像探头，可以对货物进一步分拣做好信息采集，检测器9右侧设置有分拨臂10，分拨臂10右侧设置有扫码器11，扫码器11与主传送带4保持垂直的位置关系，使得货箱能够被进行正确的扫描，滑仓12与运输车14相连接，且滑仓12右侧设置有挡位板13，运输车14下侧设置有底轮15。
工作原理：该物流快递分拣和运输装置，通过料斗1将货物汇集到集货箱2，然后分拨轮3将集货箱2中的货物依次分拨，最终有序排列到主传送带4，控制器6操控分拣机械手7工作，按照货物的大小体积分类分拣，将货物传递到二级传送带8上，检测器9进行信息汇集，实现货物的二次分拣，分拨臂10进行货物分拨，扫码器11入录货箱信息，货物经过滑仓12进入运输车14中，最终实现了物流快递的自动分拣与运输。

1.一种物流快递分拣与运输装置，包括料斗（1）、集货箱（2）、分拨轮（3）、主传送带（4）、支座（5）、控制器（6）、分拣机械手（7）、二级传送带（8）、检测器（9）、分拨臂（10）、扫码器（11）、滑仓（12）、挡位板（13）、运输车（14）和底轮（15），其特征在于：所述料斗（1）下侧设置有集货箱（2），所述集货箱（2）下侧置有分拨轮（3），且集货箱（2）下侧设置有主传送带（4），所述主传送带（4）下侧设置有支座（5），所述控制器（6）与分拣机械手（7）相连接，且控制器（6）右侧安装有二级传送带（8），所述二级传送带（8）上侧设置有检测器（9），所述检测器（9）右侧设置有分拨臂（10），所述分拨臂（10）右侧设置有扫码器（11），所述滑仓（12）与运输车（14）相连接，且滑仓（12）右侧设置有挡位板（13），所述运输车（14）下侧设置有底轮（15）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种物流快递分拣与运输装置，其特征在于：所述分拣机械手（7）的两节机械臂之间安装有润滑轴承。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种物流快递分拣与运输装置，其特征在于：所述二级传送带（8）与主传送带（4）呈45度夹角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种物流快递分拣与运输装置，其特征在于：所述检测器（9）下侧设置有摄像探头。
