注塑模具对塑料件注塑成型后,若塑料件的上端面上制有上凹槽,上凹槽内壁制有内卡槽,塑料件的下端面制有下插槽,已有技术通常是在型腔也设置油缸,通过油缸进行侧抽芯抽出塑料件的内卡槽,但要是塑料件内部空间小,则无法安装油缸,另外还有在型芯和型腔侧都安装顶针板,在型腔侧的顶针板上安装滑块,通过滑块与斜顶杆配合脱出内卡槽,该结构复杂,提高模具的开发成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种,塑料件上端内卡槽脱出顺利,结构简单,降低模具开发成本的注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构。
本实用新型注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构的技术方案是:包括上复板和下复板,在上复板下设置型腔,在下复板上设置模脚,模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板、下顶针板和顶针,模脚上设置垫板,垫板上设置型芯,型芯与型腔之间有注塑成型的塑料件,在塑料件的上端制有上凹槽,上凹槽内壁制有内卡槽,塑料件下端制有下插槽,其特征在于:所述的上复板与型腔之间开有弹簧槽,弹簧槽中设置弹簧,在上复板下设置定距拉钉和导滑块,型腔中开有定距槽,定距拉钉穿过型腔与定距槽相配合,型腔下设置型腔镶块,型腔镶块上设置内抽芯滑块,内抽芯滑块一侧制有导轨,另一侧制有凸块,凸块与塑料件的内卡槽相配合,在导滑块中制有斜导槽,导滑块穿过型腔,其斜导槽与内抽芯滑块的导轨相配合。
本实用新型公开了一种注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构,当塑料件注塑成型后,下复板带动模脚、垫板、型芯和塑料件向后移动,由于型芯向后移动,型芯不再顶住型腔,弹簧在回复力的作用下向后推动型腔,型腔随着型芯向后移动,而上复板、定距拉钉和导滑块则保持不动,导滑块的斜导槽与内抽芯滑块的导轨配合,带动内抽芯滑块向一侧滑动抽出塑料件的内卡槽,当定距拉钉的下端与定距槽相接触时,型腔停止向后移动,而型芯继续向后移动,模具从型芯和型腔处开模,此时型腔镶块先脱出塑料件上部的上凹槽,然后由注射机顶杆推动上、下顶针板,上、下顶针板带动顶针将塑料件向上顶出脱模。本方案注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构,利用弹簧和定距拉钉的配合,以及导滑块和内抽芯滑块的配合,使模具开模时先从上复板和型腔的一次开模,脱出塑料件的内卡槽,再从型腔和型芯处二次开模,将塑料件顶出脱模,保证塑料件顺利脱模,结构简单,降低模具开发成本。
本实用新型注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构,所述的型芯中设置固定杆,固定杆与塑料件的下插槽相配合。固定杆保持固定不动,当塑料件顶出时,塑料件的下插槽脱出固定杆。

本实用新型涉及一种注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构,如图1—图3所示,包括上复板1和下复板2,在上复板下设置型腔3,在下复板上设置模脚4,模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板5、下顶针板6和顶针7,模脚上设置垫板8,垫板上设置型芯9,型芯与型腔3之间有注塑成型的塑料件10,在塑料件的上端制有上凹槽11,上凹槽内壁制有内卡槽12,塑料件下端制有下插槽13,其特征在于:所述的上复板1与型腔3之间开有弹簧槽14,弹簧槽中设置弹簧15,在上复板下设置定距拉钉16和导滑块17,型腔3中开有定距槽18,定距拉钉穿过型腔与定距槽相配合,型腔下设置型腔镶块19,型腔镶块上设置内抽芯滑块20,内抽芯滑块一侧制有导轨21,另一侧制有凸块22,凸块与塑料件10的内卡槽12相配合,在导滑块17中制有斜导槽23,导滑块穿过型腔3,其斜导槽23与内抽芯滑块20的导轨21相配合。当塑料件10注塑成型后,下复板2带动模脚4、垫板8、型芯9和塑料件10向后移动,由于型芯9向后移动,型芯不再顶住型腔3,弹簧15在回复力的作用下向后推动型腔,型腔随着型芯向后移动,而上复板1、定距拉钉16和导滑块17则保持不动,导滑块的斜导槽23与内抽芯滑块20的导轨21配合,带动内抽芯滑块向一侧滑动抽出塑料件10的内卡槽12,当定距拉钉16的下端与定距槽18相接触时,型腔3停止向后移动,而型芯9继续向后移动,模具从型芯和型腔处开模,此时型腔镶块先脱出塑料件10上部的上凹槽11,然后由注射机顶杆推动上、下顶针板5、6,上、下顶针板带动顶针7将塑料件10向上顶出脱模。本方案注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构,利用弹簧15和定距拉钉16的配合,以及导滑块17和内抽芯滑块20的配合,使模具开模时先从上复板1和型腔3的一次开模,脱出塑料件10的内卡槽12,再从型腔3和型芯9处二次开模,将塑料件顶出脱模,保证塑料件顺利脱模,结构简单,降低模具开发成本。所述的型芯0中设置固定杆24,固定杆与塑料件10的下插槽13相配合。固定杆24保持固定不动,当塑料件10顶出时,塑料件的下插槽13脱出固定杆24。

1.注塑模具型腔侧内卡槽脱模机构,包括上复板(1)和下复板(2),在上复板下设置型腔(3),在下复板上设置模脚(4),模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板(5)、下顶针板(6)和顶针(7),模脚上设置垫板(8),垫板上设置型芯(9),型芯与型腔(3)之间有注塑成型的塑料件(10),在塑料件的上端制有上凹槽(11),上凹槽内壁制有内卡槽(12),塑料件下端制有下插槽(13),其特征在于:所述的上复板(1)与型腔(3)之间开有弹簧槽(14),弹簧槽中设置弹簧(15),在上复板下设置定距拉钉(16)和导滑块(17),型腔(3)中开有定距槽(18),定距拉钉穿过型腔与定距槽相配合,型腔下设置型腔镶块(19),型腔镶块上设置内抽芯滑块(20),内抽芯滑块一侧制有导轨(21),另一侧制有凸块(22),凸块与塑料件(10)的内卡槽(12)相配合,在导滑块(17)中制有斜导槽(23),导滑块穿过型腔(3),其斜导槽(23)与内抽芯滑块(20)的导轨(21)相配合。
