技术领域
本实用新型涉及注塑模具技术领域，尤其是一种斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具。
背景技术
模具，工业生产上用以注塑、吹塑、挤出、压铸或锻压成型、冶炼、冲压等方法得到所需产品的各种模子和工具。简而言之，模具是用来成型物品的工具，这种工具由各种零件构成，不同的模具由不同的零件构成。它主要通过所成型材料物理状态的改变来实现物品外形的加工。当注射成型侧壁带有孔、凹坑、凸台等塑件时，模具上成型该处的零件就必须制成可侧向移动的零件，称为活动型芯。在塑件脱模前必须先将活动型芯抽出，否则就无法脱模。带动活动型芯作侧向移动的整个机构称为侧向分型与抽芯机构，简称侧抽芯机构。传统的侧抽芯模具结构复杂，操作繁琐，抽芯效果差。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，抽芯效果好的斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具，包括定模组件和动模组件，所述定模组件包括定模座板，定模座板上安装有斜导柱，定模座板中心设有浇口套；所述动模组件包括支承板，支承板一侧中心设有型芯，支承板另一侧通过垫块连接有动模座板，型芯外依次套设有动模板和型腔板，型腔板内置有斜导柱贯穿的侧型芯滑块，动模板设有用于侧型芯滑块滑动的导滑槽，侧型芯滑块上设有在侧型芯滑块抽芯后保持最终位置的限位装置；所述垫块的空腔内设置有用于塑件推出的推出组件。
进一步地，所述的限位装置包括挡块、螺母、弹簧和滑块拉杆，滑块拉杆插入侧型芯滑块，弹簧套设在滑块拉杆上且由螺母固定。
进一步地，所述的推出组件包括固定连接的推杆固定板和推板，推杆固定板上垂直设有推杆和拉料杆，推杆位于拉料杆两侧。
进一步地，所述的定模座板上设有用于锁紧侧型芯滑块的楔紧块。

如图1所示的斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具，包括定模组件和动模组件，定模组件包括定模座板14，定模座板14上安装有斜导柱10，定模座板14中心设有浇口套13；动模组件包括支承板3，支承板3一侧中心设有型芯12，支承板3另一侧通过垫块2连接有动模座板1，型芯12外依次套设有动模板4和型腔板16，型腔板16内置有斜导柱10贯穿的侧型芯滑块11，动模板4设有用于侧型芯滑块11滑动的导滑槽，侧型芯滑块11上设有在侧型芯滑块11抽芯后保持最终位置的限位装置；垫块2的空腔内设置有用于塑件推出的推出组件。
限位装置包括挡块5、螺母6、弹簧7和滑块拉杆8，滑块拉杆8插入侧型芯滑块11，弹簧7套设在滑块拉杆8上且由螺母6固定；推出组件包括固定连接的推杆固定板19和推板20，推杆固定板19上垂直设有推杆17和拉料杆18，推杆17位于拉料杆18两侧；定模座板14上设有用于锁紧侧型芯滑块11的楔紧块9。
开模时，动模部分向后移动，开模力通过斜导柱10驱动侧型芯滑块11，迫使其在动模板4上的导滑槽内向外滑动，直至侧型芯滑块11与塑件完全脱开，完成侧向抽芯动作。这时塑件包在型芯12上随动模板4继续后移，直到注射机顶杆与模具推板20接触，推出组件开始工作，推杆17将塑件从型芯12上推出。
这种斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具结构简单，设计合理，操作方便，通过斜导柱10和侧型芯滑块11之间的相互配合，抽芯推出效果好，提高了产品质量，加快了生产速度。

1.一种斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具，其特征在于：包括定模组件和动模组件，所述定模组件包括定模座板(14)，定模座板(14)上安装有斜导柱(10)，定模座板(14)中心设有浇口套(13)；所述动模组件包括支承板(3)，支承板(3)一侧中心设有型芯(12)，支承板(3)另一侧通过垫块(2)连接有动模座板(1)，型芯(12)外依次套设有动模板(4)和型腔板(16)，型腔板(16)内置有斜导柱(10)贯穿的侧型芯滑块(11)，动模板(4)设有用于侧型芯滑块(11)滑动的导滑槽，侧型芯滑块(11)上设有在侧型芯滑块(11)抽芯后保持最终位置的限位装置；所述垫块(2)的空腔内设置有用于塑件推出的推出组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具，其特征在于：所述的限位装置包括挡块(5)、螺母(6)、弹簧(7)和滑块拉杆(8)，滑块拉杆(8)插入侧型芯滑块(11)，弹簧(7)套设在滑块拉杆(8)上且由螺母(6)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具，其特征在于：所述的推出组件包括固定连接的推杆固定板(19)和推板(20)，推杆固定板(19)上垂直设有推杆(17)和拉料杆(18)，推杆(17)位于拉料杆(18)两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具，其特征在于：所述的定模座板(14)上设有用于锁紧侧型芯滑块(11)的楔紧块(9)。
