背景技术：车轮属于国家标准件，现有的FB-I型汽车钢制车轮，为两件式或多件式结构，与之所装配的是有内胎轮胎，其缺点有：一是两件式或多件式的车轮结构，在装胎时需分开装配，相比一件式的装胎，人工劳动强度大，装胎效率低；二是装配有内胎的车轮一般属于低速车轮，散热性不好，一旦车速过快，会使轮胎温度升高，不仅降低了轮胎的耐磨性和使用寿命，也降低了车轮的疲劳寿命；三是有内胎轮胎本身安全性不高，一旦轮胎被扎破，胎压会很快降低，造成轮缘受力过大导致车轮变形，易发生交通事故。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理，装卸轮胎方便，高散热，轮缘刚度大，抗冲击变形能力强，安全系数高，使用寿命长的高强度护胎钢制车轮。
