Abstract
一种双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,包括固定座、油缸安装架、侧推油缸和整形压板,所述油缸安装架位于固定座上,侧推油缸固定在油缸安装架上,侧推油缸活塞杆固接连接块,连接块铰接整形压板。本实用新型工作时与拉弯机、拉弯模具配合使用,在双弧面保险杠整形过程中,通过侧推油缸推动整形压板、整形压板对双弧面保险杠中间凸起部位施加压力,使其形成符合公差要求的直平面。采用本实用新型可以拓展现有拉弯设备的加工范围,使得较复杂型面的铝保险杠可一次拉弯成型,提高了铝保险杠产品的加工质量。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种整形机构,特别是可消除双弧面保险杠中间部位误差的双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构。
背景技术
[0002] 铝合金保险杠由于质量轻、耐腐蚀性强、吸能性能好等优点被越来越多的应用在了汽车上。铝合金保险杠在制作过程要将铝合金型材拉弯至保险杠所要求的形状,拉弯成型加工是由拉弯机与拉弯模具配合完成。现有拉弯机是靠位移控制铝型材的拉长量,拉弯模具设计之初就通过模拟模具型面旋转轨迹确定铝型材的拉长量,所以拉长量给定后就不可调节。拉弯机与拉弯模具为左右设置,铝型材拉弯时先夹紧两端头,后在转臂油缸的带动下左右型板分别沿左右转轴转动至指定角度,铝合金型材即被拉弯成型。拉弯机与拉弯模具配合加工单弧面保险杠时,型面可满足公差要求。但加工中部为直平面、两侧设有弧面的双弧面保险杠时,中间直平面往往由于两端弧度顺延或拉力过小使得中间直平面部分与模具不能合型,从而造成产品件中间部位凸起,不能满足公差要求。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术之弊端,提供一种对双弧面保险杠中间部位整形、使其达到公差要求的双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构。

[0005] 一种双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构:包括固定座、油缸安装架、侧推油缸和整形压板,所述油缸安装架位于固定座上,侧推油缸固定在油缸安装架上,侧推油缸活塞杆固接连接块,连接块铰接整形压板。
[0006] 上述双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,所述油缸安装架上部设有两个上下配置的导柱孔,两根导柱的一端固接连接块、另一端穿过导柱孔,导柱与导柱孔滑动配合。
[0007] 上述双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,所述固定座包括横向设置的支撑板和竖向设置的安装板,支撑板固接安装板,支撑板与安装板间设有筋板,所述油缸安装架底部设有油缸调整板,油缸调整板上设有槽孔,槽孔的长向与侧推油缸的轴向相同,螺栓穿过支撑板和槽孔将油缸调整板与支撑板固定。
[0008] 上述双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,所述支撑板端部固接两块固定块,各固定块上设有调节螺钉,调节螺钉中部与固定块螺纹配合,调节螺钉端部与油缸调整板螺纹连接。
[0009] 上述双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,所述整形压板的长、宽尺寸与被加工保险杠的中部直平面的长、宽尺寸匹配。
[0010] 本实用新型针对解决加工双弧面保险杠拉弯过程中间部位容易凸起、不能满足公差要求的问题而设计的一种双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,所述整形机构工作时与拉弯机、拉弯模具配合使用。所述整形机构设有侧推油缸,侧推油缸活塞杆连接整形压板,在双弧面保险杠整形过程中,通过侧推油缸推动整形压板、整形压板对双弧面保险杠中间凸起部位施加压力,使其形成符合公差要求的直平面。采用本实用新型可以拓展现有拉弯设备的加工范围,使得较复杂型面的铝保险杠可一次拉弯成型,提高了铝保险杠产品的加工质量。

具体实施方式
[0017] 参看图1、图2,本实用新型包括固定座1、油缸安装架2、侧推油缸5和整形压板8。所述固定座包括横向设置的支撑板1-3和竖向设置的安装板1-1,支撑板固接安装板,支撑板与安装板间设有筋板1-2。支撑板用于支撑油缸安装架,安装板与拉弯设备固定。油缸安装架2用于安装侧推油缸5,油缸安装架位于固定座的支撑板上,油缸安装架底部设有油缸调整板2-1,油缸调整板上设有槽孔2-2,槽孔的长向与侧推油缸的轴向相同,螺栓穿过支撑板和槽孔将油缸调整板与支撑板固定,松开螺栓可以调节油缸调整板的位置,从而使油缸安装架及油缸靠近或远离被加工的保险杠9。油缸调整板的位置调节由如下结构实现:在支撑板端部固接两块固定块3,调节螺钉4的中部与固定块螺纹配合,调节螺钉端部与油缸调整板螺纹连接,左、右旋动调节螺钉,油缸安装架即相对支撑板前、后移动。
[0018] 仍参看图1、图2,侧推油缸5是所述整形机构的动力源,侧推油缸5固定安装在油缸安装架2上,侧推油缸活塞杆固接连接块7,连接块铰接整形压板8,使整形压板可在一定角度内的转动,以便与在整形过程中与保险杠9的中部直平面9-1匹配贴合。整形压板的长、宽尺寸与被加工保险杠9的中部直平面9-1的长、宽尺寸相匹配。为保证侧推油缸活塞杆的运动平稳,在油缸安装架上部设有两个上下配置的导柱孔,两根导柱6的一端固接连接块、另一端穿过导柱孔,活塞杆运动时,导柱在导柱孔内滑动。
[0019] 本实用新型的工作过程如下:图1、图2为所述整形机构的初始状态,此时保险杠9在拉弯机与左型板11、右型板10的配合作用下拉弯成型,拉弯机转臂油缸处于保压状态,连接整形压板8的侧推油缸活塞杆处于回缩状态,保险杠9中部与整形压板间的距离为H,保险杠两端弧度顺延造成的中部凸起相比理论外形误差为S。图3、图4为所述整形机构的工作状态,侧推油缸的行程为H+ δ,侧推油缸活塞杆带动整形压板移动H+ δ距离,此时保险杠中部外轮廓被向内侧压入S距离,达到公差要求,实现整形效果。如保险杠中部凸起的δ未整形到位,可通过旋动调节螺钉,调节油缸调整板改变整形压板的位置,加深向内侧的压入距离;反之,反向旋动调节螺钉,找到合适的整形位置,满足保险杠中部直平面外轮廓的公差要求。

1.一种双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,其特征在于:包括固定座(1)、油缸安装架(2)、侧推油缸(5 )和整形压板(8 ),所述油缸安装架位于固定座上,侧推油缸固定在油缸安装架上,侧推油缸活塞杆固接连接块(7 ),连接块铰接整形压板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,其特征在于,所述油缸安装架上部设有两个上下配置的导柱孔,两根导柱(6)的一端固接连接块、另一端穿过导柱孔,导柱与导柱孔滑动配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,其特征在于,所述固定座包括横向设置的支撑板(1-3)和竖向设置的安装板(1-1),支撑板固接安装板,支撑板与安装板间设有筋板(1-2),所述油缸安装架底部设有油缸调整板(2-1),油缸调整板上设有槽孔(2-2),槽孔的长向与侧推油缸的轴向相同,螺栓穿过支撑板和槽孔将油缸调整板与支撑板固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,其特征在于,所述支撑板端部固接两块固定块(3),各固定块上设有调节螺钉(4),调节螺钉中部与固定块螺纹配合,调节螺钉端部与油缸调整板螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双弧面保险杠侧推整形机构,其特征在于,所述整形压板(8)的长、宽尺寸与被加工保险杠(9)的中部直平面(9-1)的长、宽尺寸匹配。
