Abstract

本实用新型提供一种雾灯安装结构,包括前保险杠蒙皮、安装在所述前保险杠蒙皮上的雾灯支架、以及安装在所述雾灯支架上的雾灯盖板,所述雾灯盖板包括盖板本体、自所述盖板本体顶边翻折形成的若干用于夹持所述雾灯支架一边缘的夹持部、以及设置在所述盖板本体底边的若干盖板卡扣;所述雾灯支架设有与所述盖板卡扣配合的盖板卡扣安装孔。本实用新型可以在雾灯盖板与雾灯之间的X向间隙较小时实现雾灯盖板安装,并且不影响汽车外观,不增加成本。

Description

一种雾灯安装结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车零部件装配领域,尤其涉及一种雾灯安装结构。
背景技术
在现有技术中安装雾灯时,如图1所示,首先通过雾灯支架2’将雾灯4’安装在汽车前保险杠蒙皮1’两端对称开设的雾灯安装孔内,然后安装雾灯盖板3’,并使雾灯盖板3’周圈或局部与前保险杠蒙皮1’匹配。所述雾灯盖板3’不仅便于雾灯拆装和调节,更具有美观作用。然而,应该理解,雾灯盖板3’在安装时需要通过相应的连接结构与雾灯支架2’固定连接,而且常规的连接结构需占用雾灯盖板3’后侧一定的X向(前后方向)空间才能使安装牢固,如图1所示,雾灯盖板3与雾灯支架2’之间的安装占用了雾灯盖板3’后方的长度l’为23mm左右的空间。因此,当雾灯4’较大时,其与雾灯盖板3’之间的X向间隙较小,此时可能导致雾灯盖板3’后侧没有足够的X向空间设置常规的连接结构,因而无法实现雾灯盖板安装。
针对上述技术问题,现有技术通常采用以下两种技术方案解决:第一种,采用螺钉代替常规连接结构将雾灯盖板紧固在前保险杠蒙皮,但该方案影响汽车外观;第二种,使雾灯盖板与前保险杠蒙皮一体成型,但该方案对造型多样性设计有比较大的限制,并且通常情况下,雾灯盖板与蒙皮表面处理方式不同,集成后往往需要做遮蔽处理或特殊工艺处理,对成本影响较大。
因此,本实用新型拟提供一种新的技术方案以解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的雾灯安装结构,其可以在雾灯盖板与雾灯之间的X向间隙较小时实现雾灯盖板安装,并且不影响汽车外观,不增加成本。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种雾灯安装结构,包括前保险杠蒙皮、安装在所述前保险杠蒙皮上的雾灯支架、以及安装在所述雾灯支架上的雾灯盖板,其中,
所述雾灯盖板包括盖板本体、自所述盖板本体顶边翻折形成的若干用于夹持所述雾灯支架的一边缘的夹持部、以及设置在所述盖板本体底边的若干盖板卡扣;
所述雾灯支架设有与所述盖板卡扣卡接配合的盖板卡扣安装孔。
进一步地,所述前保险杠蒙皮设有用于焊接至所述雾灯支架的焊接筋。
优选地,所述焊接筋延伸进入所述雾灯支架并与所述雾灯支架焊接在一起。
进一步地,所述前保险杠蒙皮设有蒙皮卡扣,所述雾灯支架设有与所述蒙皮卡扣卡接配合的蒙皮卡扣安装孔。
优选地,所述蒙皮卡扣设有蒙皮卡扣导向角。
优选地,所述盖板卡扣设有盖板卡扣导向角。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过将雾灯盖板顶边的夹持部夹持在雾灯支架的顶边,从而使其无法相对于雾灯支架沿X方向移动,起到X向定位和紧固作用;同时,通过将雾灯盖板底边的盖板卡扣卡接至雾灯支架的相应盖板卡扣安装孔,又可以使其无法相对于雾灯支架沿Y方向和Z方向移动,从而起到Y向定位、Z向定位和紧固作用。可见,采用上述方案可以简单、方便地将雾灯盖板固定安装在前保险杠蒙皮上,由于其夹持部和盖体卡扣基本不占用雾灯盖板与雾灯之间的X向空间,因此,即使雾灯较大、雾灯盖板与雾灯之间的X向间隙较小时,也可以实现雾灯盖板安装。而且本方案不影响汽车外观,不增加成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,给出本实用新型的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述。
本实用新型对称布置于汽车前保险杠蒙皮1两端,在本申请中出现的X方向是指汽车的前后方向,Y方向是指汽车的左右方向,Z方向是指汽车的上下方向,并且为了便于说明,各零部件的方向是指其在汽车上安装完成状态时的方向。
结合图2-图9所示,本实用新型的雾灯安装结构包括前保险杠蒙皮1、安装在前保险杠蒙皮1上的雾灯支架2、以及安装在雾灯支架2上的雾灯盖板3,其中,雾灯盖板3包括盖板本体31、自盖板本体31顶边向内翻折成型的三个呈钩形的夹持部32、以及位于盖板本体31底边的三个盖板卡扣33;相应地,雾灯支架2上设有分别与各盖板卡扣33卡接配合的盖板卡扣安装孔21。并且优选地,为了使盖板卡扣33能够方便地插入盖板卡扣安装孔21内,盖板卡扣33末端设有倾斜的盖板卡扣导向角(未示出)。
此外,如图7和图8所示,前保险杠蒙皮1上设有蒙皮卡扣11和焊接筋12,雾灯支架2上设有与蒙皮卡扣11卡接配合的蒙皮卡扣安装孔22,从而可以通过蒙皮卡扣11和焊接筋12将雾灯支架2固定安装在前保险杠蒙皮1上。优选地,焊接筋12延伸进入雾灯支架2并与雾灯支架2焊接在一起,并且蒙皮卡扣11的末端设有倾斜的蒙皮卡扣导向角(未示出)。
下面详细介绍本实用新型的安装过程:
步骤1,将雾灯盖板3安装在雾灯支架2上,以形成图3所示的支架小总成,具体过程如下:
如图4所示,沿Z方向将雾灯盖板3从上往下安装,其底边的三个盖板卡扣33首先与雾灯支架2接触,并在导向角的导向作用下滑入盖板卡扣安装孔21内;随着盖板3继续往下移动,其顶部的三个夹持部32逐渐夹持住雾灯支架2的顶边,并且在夹持部32安装到位时,盖板卡扣33同步卡接到位,如图5所示;然后,通过雾灯支架2上的位于夹持部32和盖板卡扣33两边的定位筋和定位凸台来控制盖板的周圈间隙。至此,雾灯盖板3和雾灯支架2组装完成,形了如图3所示的支架小总成。
组装完成之后,由于雾灯盖板3的夹持部32夹持在雾灯支架2顶边,从而使得雾灯盖板3无法相对于雾灯支架2沿X方向移动,起到X向定位和紧固作用;同时,雾灯盖板3底边的盖板卡扣33卡入雾灯支架2的盖板卡扣安装孔21内,又可以使雾灯盖板3无法相对于雾灯支架2沿Y方向和Z方向移动,起到Y向定位、Z向定位和紧固作用。
步骤2,将支架小总成安装至前保险杠蒙皮1上,形成如图6所示的安装结构,具体过程如下:
如图7所示,将由雾灯盖板3和雾灯支架2组成的支架小总成沿Z方向往前保险杠蒙皮1上装配,在支架小总成移动到位之后,如图8所示,蒙皮1上的蒙皮卡扣11首先卡接至雾灯支架2上的蒙皮卡扣安装孔22内,从而有效地起到预安装的作用,防止支架小总成在焊接前移动或者掉落,并且此处的蒙皮卡扣11距离盖板较近,因而能够更好地控制盖板和前保险杠蒙皮1之间的间隙;在蒙皮卡扣11卡接到位之后,将蒙皮1上的焊接筋12焊接至雾灯支架2的相应位置,从而保证前保险杠蒙皮1和雾灯支架2的紧固连接。
步骤3,如图9所示,沿X方向将雾灯4安装在雾灯支架2的预定位置,安装过程完成。
可见,采用上述方案可以简单、方便地将雾灯盖板3固定安装在前保险杠蒙皮1上,如图9所示,其夹持部32和盖体卡扣33占用雾灯盖板3后方的X向空间较小(此处仅占用长度l为14mm左右的后方空间,与现有技术相比小很多),因此,即使雾灯4较大、雾灯盖板3与雾灯4之间的X向间隙较小时,也可以实现安装。
以上所述的,仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非用以限定本实用新型的范围,本实用新型的上述实施例还可以做出各种变化,例如电机驱动可以换成手轮驱动。即凡是依据本实用新型申请的权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单、等效变化与修饰,皆落入本实用新型的权利要求保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种雾灯安装结构,包括前保险杠蒙皮、安装在所述前保险杠蒙皮上的雾灯支架、以及安装在所述雾灯支架上的雾灯盖板,其特征在于,
所述雾灯盖板包括盖板本体、自所述盖板本体顶边翻折形成的若干用于夹持所述雾灯支架的一边缘的夹持部、以及设置在所述盖板本体底边的若干盖板卡扣;
所述雾灯支架设有与所述盖板卡扣卡接配合的盖板卡扣安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雾灯安装结构,其特征在于,所述前保险杠蒙皮设有用于焊接至所述雾灯支架的焊接筋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的雾灯安装结构,其特征在于,所述焊接筋延伸进入所述雾灯支架并与所述雾灯支架焊接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的雾灯安装结构,其特征在于,所述前保险杠蒙皮设有蒙皮卡扣,所述雾灯支架设有与所述蒙皮卡扣卡接配合的蒙皮卡扣安装孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的雾灯安装结构,其特征在于,所述蒙皮卡扣设有蒙皮卡扣导向角。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的雾灯安装结构,其特征在于,所述盖板卡扣设有盖板卡扣导向角。
