本实用新型涉及一种铸件在浇注过程中的过滤装置，尤其是涉及一种过滤网座。
背景技术
铸件在生产过程中最重要一环为浇注过程，尤其是球墨铸铁件，由于在浇注过程中容易发生氧化反应，内部形成渣滓。因此铸件的浇注系统应起到挡渣作用。传统的浇注系统一般仅通过延长横浇道长度以降低铁水流速，在浇注系统中设置挡渣坝、集渣包等方法实现挡渣的目的。但过滤效果不是很明显。近些年也有一些厂家推出陶瓷过滤网，放置于砂型浇注系统的横浇道中，对铁水起到一定的过滤作用。但此方法没有从根本上解决通过过滤网后的铁水再次发生氧化反应的问题，以及因冲击砂型浇道形成铁水污染等问题，过滤效果远没有达到预期目标。
目前还没有克服上述缺陷的装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种使用方便、类型多样，以陶瓷标准件替代过去老的砂型结构，在浇注系统中形成专业过滤装置，达到过滤铁水获得优质铸件的目的的一种过滤网座。
本实用新型通过如下方式实现：
一种过滤网座，其特征在于：它包括一纵截面为梯形的陶瓷座，陶瓷座底部配合有内浇口；
所述陶瓷座顶部为正方形，所述内浇口为一个；
所述陶瓷座顶部为长方形，所述内浇口为一个；
所述陶瓷座顶部为长方形，所述内浇口为两个。
本实用新型有如下效果：
1）结构独特、使用方便：本实用新型提供的过滤网座，它包括一纵截面为梯形的陶瓷座，陶瓷座底部配合有内浇口；在浇注系统设计过程中，增加过滤网座的定位装置，造型时直接将过滤座接到定位装置上，形成陶瓷座。
2）类型多样：本实用新型提供的过滤网座正方形过滤网座，陶瓷座顶部为正方形，所述内浇口为一个；也可以为长方形，所述内浇口为一个或两个；以上三种形式的过滤座都为陶瓷材料，有严格的尺寸精度要求。造型过程中，将过滤网座按照校对系统的定位装置，预埋于浇注系统中。合箱时，将过滤网座清理干净，放置合适的过滤网，完成合箱即可。可以满足不同铸件对过滤能力大小的要求。
3）实现过滤网后的浇注系统的无砂化。行业内未针对过滤网形成专业的配套装置，使用粗放，未使过滤网起到应有的效果。本过滤网座可以有效地增加过滤网实际使用面积，且加强过滤的承压能力，从而提升过滤效果。
4）本实用新型形成的各种陶瓷过滤网座，可以实现规模化、批量化地使用。

具体实施方式
一种过滤网座，其特征在于：它包括一纵截面为梯形的陶瓷座1，陶瓷座1底部配合有内浇口2；
所述陶瓷座1顶部为正方形，所述内浇口2为一个；
所述陶瓷座1顶部为长方形，所述内浇口2为一个；
所述陶瓷座1顶部为长方形，所述内浇口2为两个。
其中图1所示的过滤网座适用于一个内浇道前放置一个过滤网的产品。一般用于浇注重量小，过滤面积小的产品，铸件重量≤3T。
图2所示的过滤网座适用于一个内浇道前放置两个过滤网的产品。这种过滤网座用于浇注重量大，过滤面积大的产品，铸件重量≥8T。
