Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括基部及自所述基部延伸的接地软板,所述接地软板包括与所述基部连接的板体及设置于所述板体自由端部的接触端,该接触端包括粘结区及设于粘结区内部的开窗漏铜区,所述板体为曲线形。本实用新型通过改善接地软板与屏蔽层粘结面积和软板的外形,采用增大粘结力和分散弯折应力的方法,可避免接地软板在有弯折及在运输过程中与屏蔽层接触的地方脱落。

一种柔性电路板
技术领域
本实用新型有关一种柔性电路板,特别是指一种柔性电路板上与触摸屏的屏蔽层接触且防止脱落的接地软板。
背景技术
目前,在FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit,软性线路板)外形、结构及线路设计中,与屏蔽层粘结的接地软板部分外形一般为直条形(如图1中A所示),其端部的粘结区10内部设有开窗漏铜区11,如图2所示,接地软板与屏蔽层粘结面积为粘结区10与开窗漏铜区11的面积,因其粘结面积小,受力点比较集中,由于该接地软板为直条形,在受到外力F(箭头方向为受力方向)时,受力方向单一,并且受力方向沿接地软板本体方向,因此与屏蔽层接触的接地软板在有弯折和运输过程中容易脱落。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种可增大粘结力的柔性电路板。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板包括基部及自所述基部延伸的接地软板,所述接地软板包括与所述基部连接的板体及设置于所述板体自由端部的接触端,该接触端包括粘结区及设于粘结区内部的开窗漏铜区,所述板体为曲线形。
所述板体为S形或W形。
所述接地软板用于与触摸屏的屏蔽层接触,所述粘结区与屏蔽层粘结面积是所述开窗漏铜区与屏蔽层粘结面积的2倍以上。
所述粘结区为L形、T形或十字形。
所述粘结区及开窗漏铜区上涂覆有异方性导电胶膜。
本实用新型通过改善接地软板的外形,采用分散弯折应力的方法,可避免接地软板在弯折过程中及运输过程中与屏蔽层接触的地方脱落。

具体实施方式
为便于对本实用新型的结构及达到的效果有进一步的了解,现结合附图并举较佳实施例详细说明如下。
如图3与图4所示,本实用新型的柔性电路板包括基部1及自该基部1延伸的接地软板B,该接地软板B用于与触摸屏的屏蔽层接触,接地软板B包括与基部1连接的板体2及设置于所述板体2自由端部的接触端,该接触端包括有粘结区20及设于粘结区20内部的开窗漏铜区21,该粘结区20及开窗漏铜区21上涂覆有异方性导电胶膜,本实用新型的粘结区20可为L形,相较于方形或矩形的粘结区,本实用新型的粘结区20具有更大的面积,可增大接地软板B与屏蔽层粘结处的面积,使粘结区20与屏蔽层粘结面积是开窗漏铜区21与屏蔽层粘结面积的2倍以上,从而增大了接地软板B与屏蔽层接触时的粘结力,可避免在运输过程中接地软板B与屏蔽层脱离。本实用新型中的粘结区20不限于L形,还可以为T形、十字形等其他可增大粘结面积的形状。
本实用新型的接地软板B的板体2为曲线形,如图3与图4所示,板体2为S形,在接地软板B受到实际外力F时,接地软板B将该F沿着板体2边缘切线方向分散为各个方向的弯折应力F1、F2、F3、F4及F5(如图5所示),使板体2局部受力减弱,因此,本实用新型的接地软板B在弯折和运输过程受力时,接地软板B与屏蔽层粘结处不易脱落。本实用新型的接地软板B的板体2不限于S形,还可为W形等其他曲线形状。
本实用新型通过改善接地软板与屏蔽层粘结面积和软板的外形,采用增大粘结力和分散弯折应力的方法,可避免接地软板在弯折过程中及运输过程中与屏蔽层接触的地方脱落。

Claims (5)

1.一种柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板包括基部及自所述基部延伸的接地软板,所述接地软板包括与所述基部连接的板体及设置于所述板体自由端部的接触端,该接触端包括粘结区及设于粘结区内部的开窗漏铜区,所述板体为曲线形。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述板体为S形或W形。
3.如权利要求1所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述接地软板用于与触摸屏的屏蔽层接触,所述粘结区与屏蔽层粘结面积是所述开窗漏铜区与屏蔽层粘结面积的2倍以上。
4.如权利要求3所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述粘结区为L形、T形或十字形。
5.如权利要求1所述的柔性电路板,其特征在于,所述粘结区及开窗漏铜区上涂覆有异方性导电胶膜。
