本实用新型涉及一种汽车制动系统零部件,具体讲是一种铝质制动总泵毛坯。
背景技术
目前,因铸造成型的铝质制动总泵毛坯一般为实体状,故都需通过后续机械加工的方式在毛坯上加工出活塞孔,而机械加工不但增加了一道加工活塞孔工序,而且还多消耗铝材料。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可减少后续机械加工工序并节约原材料的铝质制动总泵毛坯。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:包括泵体,所述的泵体上浇注成型有活塞孔,该活塞孔由泵体的底部向上竖直延伸至泵体的中上部,所述的活塞孔的内径由下至上逐渐减少,且该活塞孔的下开口端内径为顶部内径的两倍。
所述的泵体上还浇注成型有第一水平侧孔和第二水平侧孔,所述的第一水平侧孔和第二水平侧孔的内径均由开口端至末端逐渐减少。
采用以上结构后,本实用新型具有如下优点:本实用新型的铝质制动总泵毛坯在泵体上浇注成型有活塞孔,也就是说活塞孔与泵体在浇注成型时一体加工成型,有效减少了加工工序,节约了加工时间,降低了加工成本,且降低了活塞孔的加工难度,同时活塞孔的浇注成型,节约了铝液的浇注量,降低了泵体的铸造成本,而活塞孔由泵体的底部向上竖直延伸至泵体的中上部,加上该活塞孔的内径由下至上逐渐减少,且该活塞孔的下开口端内径为顶部内径的两倍,这样独特结构设计的活塞孔便于在泵体浇注成型时的整体脱模。
作为改进,所述的泵体上还浇注成型有第一水平侧孔和第二水平侧孔,所述的第一水平侧孔和第二水平侧孔的内径均由开口端至末端逐渐减少,进一步地无需机械加工成型出第一水平侧孔和第二水平侧孔,同时进一步地减少了铝液浇注量,降低了浇注成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的铝质制动总泵毛坯,其特征在于:所述的泵体(1)上还浇注成型有第一水平侧孔(1.2)和第二水平侧孔(1.3),所述的第一水平侧孔(1.2)和第二水平侧孔(1.3)的内径均由开口端至末端逐渐减少。
