Abstract
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的车轮旋压模具上尾顶，在上尾顶背腔设计车轮毛坯定位台，定位台形状为四边形，与车轮毛坯的四边形定位面为间隙配合，配合间隙设置为0.3 mm -0.5mm。本实用新型既利于车轮毛坯定位，提高车轮轮辋成型一致性，使后续机加成品率增加，又能减小上尾顶的摆动量，减少对旋压设备的损坏。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种模具，具体地说涉及一种改进的车轮旋压模具上尾顶。
背景技术
目前我公司开发了轮辋宽度为12寸以上的锻造铝合金车轮，由于车轮轮宽尺寸较大，旋压模具上尾顶的行程有限，为了顺利取出车轮，取消了中心定位芯轴。在生产过程中由于无芯轴，车轮毛坯较差，导致车轮轮辋成型一致性较差，使后续机加成品率较低，另一个缺点是生产过程中上尾顶摆动频繁，对设备损坏较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的车轮旋压模具上尾顶，既利于车轮毛坯定位，提高车轮轮辋成型一致性，使后续机加成品率增加，又能减小上尾顶的摆动量，减少对旋压设备的损坏。
本实用新型的技术方案是：在上尾顶背腔设计车轮毛坯定位台，定位台形状为四边形，与车轮毛坯的四边形定位面为间隙配合，配合间隙设置为0.3 mm -0.5mm。

如图1所示，本实用新型是一种改进的车轮旋压模具上尾顶，在上尾顶1背腔设计车轮毛坯定位台，定位台形状为四边形，与车轮毛坯2的四边形定位面为间隙配合，配合间隙设置为0.3 mm -0.5mm。
