背景技术
    目前，汽车侧围内衬板的传统制造工艺中，侧围内衬板需要经过落料之后才能进行整线冲压拉延生产工序，如此，需要制备落料模具、拉延模具各一副，如此，生产成本高，生产效率底下。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种免除落料工序的汽车侧围内衬板的拉延切角模具。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种汽车侧围内衬板的拉延切角模具，它包括上部模具和下部模具，其特征是：还包括切边刀块；所述切边刀块设置于上部模具上；切边刀块的刀刃形状与待加工零件的边缘造型相同。
本实用新型采用上述设计，节省了零件落料工序的模具；从而可以节省模具开发的费用并且提高生产速度。

如图1、图2所示，一种汽车侧围内衬板的拉延切角模具，它包括上部模具5和下部模具1，还包括切边刀块4；所述切边刀块4设置于上部模具上5；切边刀块4的刀刃形状与待加工零件3的边缘（图2中a处）造型相同。
本实用新型采用上述设计，节省了零件落料工序的模具；从而可以节省模具开发的费用并且提高生产速度。
