单螺杆挤出机螺杆尾部微量热熔体轴向密封装置
技术领域
本实用新型属于机械领域,尤其是涉及一种单螺杆挤出机螺杆尾部微量热熔体轴向密封装置。
背景技术
在现有的技术中,挤塑板生产线普遍采用双挤出机来进行生产,如图1所示,双螺杆挤出机1称之为一押,单螺杆挤出机2称之为二押,多种原料和发泡剂在一押充分混合后进入到二押,随后在二押进一步混合并进行所需的热交换,从而保证熔融状态的原料挤出时能到达合适的温度。由于二押机筒内的工作压力约为15-20MPa,为防止因含有发泡剂流动性较强的熔体物料从二押螺杆3尾部被挤出,现在普遍采用在二押螺杆3尾部加工小螺距的螺旋槽4(如图2所示),该螺旋槽4的旋向和二押螺杆3的旋向一致,当有原料被挤压到该区域时,由于螺旋槽4的推力作用,原料会被重新挤压到前方的二押机筒中。实际使用中,该方法并不能达到所需的效果,还是会有部分原料从二押螺杆3尾部被挤出,为避免该情况的发生,大多数厂家选择在二押螺杆3末端加装盘根填料,靠铜套压紧来防止原料的溢出,但由于摩擦损耗,填料需要定期停机来进行更换,这样便对会增加人员工作量,影响生产进度,增加企业成本。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、操作简单、生产效率高的单螺杆挤出机螺杆尾部微量热熔体轴向密封装置,尤其适合挤塑板生产行业。
本实用新型的技术方案是:单螺杆挤出机螺杆尾部微量热熔体轴向密封装置,包括双螺杆挤出机本体、单螺杆挤出机本体,所述的双螺杆挤出机本体和单螺杆挤出机本体相连通;所述单螺杆挤出机本体内部设置有二押螺杆,所述二押螺杆的尾部设置有小螺距的螺旋槽;所述单螺杆挤出机本体设置有微量热熔体挤出机;所述微量热熔体挤出机上设置有的出料口、料斗和螺杆,所述的出料口连接二押螺杆的小螺距螺旋槽区域。
进一步的,所述的微量热熔体挤出机原理上是一挤出产量低的微型挤出机。
进一步的,所述的料斗是透明的。
进一步的,所述的螺杆8直径Φ为20-30mm。
进一步的,所述螺杆8的长径比为30。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,结构简单,操作方便,生产效率高,尤其适合挤塑板行业。

如图3-4所示,本实用新型单螺杆挤出机螺杆尾部微量热熔体轴向密封装置,包括双螺杆挤出机本体1、单螺杆挤出机本体2,其特征在于:所述的双螺杆挤出机本体1和单螺杆挤出机本体2相连通;所述单螺杆挤出机本体2内部设置有二押螺杆3,所述二押螺杆3的尾部设置有小螺距的螺旋槽4;所述单螺杆挤出机本体2设置有微量热熔体挤出机5;所述微量热熔体挤出机5上设置有的出料口6、料斗7和螺杆8,所述的出料口6连接二押螺杆3的小螺距螺旋槽4区域。
进一步的,所述的微量热熔体挤出机5原理上是一挤出产量低的微型挤出机。
进一步的,所述的料斗7是透明的。
进一步的,所述的螺杆8直径Φ为20-30mm。

本实例的工作过程:当设备运行时,微量热熔体挤出机5不断向二押螺杆3的小螺距螺旋槽4区域挤出熔融状态的原料(无发泡剂,粘度较高),同时控制该区域温度,使热熔体的流动性变低,保持熔融体适当的粘度,在螺旋槽4推力的作用下,热熔体被源源不断地挤压到前方机筒内,从而实现密封的效果。

1.单螺杆挤出机螺杆尾部微量热熔体轴向密封装置,包括双螺杆挤出机本体(1)、单螺杆挤出机本体(2),其特征在于:所述的双螺杆挤出机本体(1)和单螺杆挤出机本体(2)相连通;所述单螺杆挤出机本体(2)内部设置有二押螺杆(3),所述二押螺杆(3)的尾部设置有小螺距的螺旋槽(4);所述单螺杆挤出机本体(2)设置有微量热熔体挤出机(5);所述微量热熔体挤出机(5)上设置有的出料口(6)、料斗(7)和螺杆(8),所述的出料口(6)连接二押螺杆(3)的小螺距螺旋槽(4)区域。
