背景技术
在旧钢桶的翻新过程中，为了实现机械化生产，采用立式或卧式钢桶翻新处理设备进行钢桶的翻新。
钢桶的翻新需要多道工序配合才能完成，需要将一个工序处理后的钢桶送到下一个工序加工。目前，相邻工序之间的钢桶输送主要是依靠人工搬运。由于单台设备之间有很大的距离，同时钢桶体积大，且容易滚动，人工操作的生产效率低，生产成本高，工人的劳动强度大。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种采用机械操作，实现相邻工序之间的连接，有利于实现流水线生产的卧式钢桶移位输送装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种卧式钢桶移位输送装置，包括机架、翻转气缸、翻转板、翻转轴和移位气缸，所述机架上安装有所述移位气缸，所述移位气缸驱动底板水平方向移动，所述底板上安装有所述翻转气缸，所述翻转气缸驱动所述翻转轴，所述翻转轴上安装有所述翻转板，所述翻转气缸驱动所述翻转轴带动所述翻转板垂直方向翻转。
所述机架的尾部安装有向下滑动的导板。
所述翻转气缸为齿轮齿条摆动气缸。
所述移位气缸为磁性无活塞杆气缸。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：

本实用新型卧式钢桶移位输送装置的示意图如图1-图3所示，包括机架2、翻转气缸7、翻转板1、翻转轴6和移位气缸8，所述机架2上安装有所述移位气缸8，所述移位气缸8驱动底板4水平方向移动，所述底板4上安装有所述翻转气缸7，所述翻转气缸7驱动所述翻转轴6，所述翻转轴6上安装有所述翻转板1，所述翻转气缸7驱动所述翻转轴6带动所述翻转板1垂直方向翻转。
为了便于下桶，所述机架2的尾部安装有向下滑动的导板9。
其中，本实施例中，所述翻转气缸7为齿轮齿条摆动气缸。所述移位气缸8为磁性无活塞杆气缸。
所述翻转轴6外部套有套筒5。
使用时，钢桶从一个工序下来后落到机架2上，翻转气缸7动作带动翻转轴及翻转板翻转到竖直方向，移位气缸8动作带动底板4及其上安装的翻转板、翻转气缸等移动，翻转板推动钢桶沿机架水平方向移位，钢桶移动到机架尾部时沿导板落下，进入下一个工序的设备进行处理。本实用新型的钢桶移位输送装置结构简单，实用性强，实现了相邻工序之间的连接，有利于实现流水线作业，以提高生产效率。
