本实用新型涉及钢桶处理技术领域，特别是涉及一种钢桶翻转装置。
背景技术
旧钢桶的翻新过程中，为了实现机械化生产，采用立式或卧式钢桶翻新处理设备进行钢桶的翻新。
钢桶的翻新需要多道工序配合才能完成，需要将一个工序处理后的钢桶送到下一个工序加工。目前，相邻工序之间的钢桶输送主要是依靠人工搬运。由于单台设备之间有很大的距离，同时钢桶体积大，且容易滚动，人工操作的生产效率低，生产成本高，工人的劳动强度大。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种采用机械操作，实现相邻工序之间的连接，有利于实现流水线生产的钢桶翻转装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种钢桶翻转装置，包括机架、支座、滑台、托架、翻转盘、翻转气缸和移位气缸，所述移位气缸固定安装于所述机架上，所述移位气缸的活塞杆与所述滑台连接，推动所述滑台移动，所述滑台上安装有支座，所述支座上安装有所述翻转气缸，所述翻转气缸通过翻转轴与所述翻转盘连接，驱动所述翻转盘翻转90°，所述翻转盘的侧面固定安装有托架，所述托架上设置有与钢桶桶身配合的弧形托板。
所述滑台下端与所述机架上安装有相配合的导轨和滑块。
所述翻转气缸为齿轮齿条式摆动气缸。
所述翻转轴安装于所述套筒内。

本实用新型钢桶翻转装置的示意图如图1-图3所示，包括机架4、支座3、滑台5、托架9、翻转盘1、翻转气缸6和移位气缸8，所述移位气缸8固定安装于机架4上，所述移位气缸8的活塞杆与所述滑台5连接，推动所述滑台5移动，所述滑台5上安装有支座3，所述支座3上安装有所述翻转气缸6，所述翻转气缸6通过翻转轴10与所述翻转盘1连接，驱动所述翻转盘1翻转90°，所述翻转盘1的侧面固定安装有托架9，所述托架9上设置有与钢桶桶身配合的弧形托板。所述滑台5下端与所述机架4上安装有相配合的导轨7和滑块。
其中，所述翻转气缸6为齿轮齿条式摆动气缸。所述翻转轴10安装于所述套筒2内。
使用时，将钢桶放置于托架上，通过弧形托板托住桶身。移位气缸动作，推动滑台移动，带动钢桶沿水平方向移动。到位后，翻转气缸驱动翻转板翻转90°，翻转板托住桶底，进入下一工位。通过本实用新型的翻转装置能够实现卧式翻新设备与立式翻新设备之间的连接，从而实现流水线作业，以提高生产效率，降低生产成本。
