[0005] 本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种生物质蒸汽锅炉,包括侧部具有进料口和顶部固连有出烟管的燃烧室,所述的出烟管侧部开设有与燃烧室相连通的出烟孔且出烟管顶部固连有蓄水室,所述的蓄水室的侧部开设有进水口且蓄水室顶部具有出汽口,其特征在于,所述的蓄水室穿设有若干根横向设置的热交换管,所述的蓄水室处还设有使出烟孔与热交换管相连通的并能排烟的换热结构,所述的燃烧室外部包覆有水箱,所述的水箱具有与其内部相连通的进水管和出水管,所述的出水管与进水口相连通。
[0006] 本生物质蒸汽锅炉使用时,从进水管向水箱中输送水,从进料口向燃烧室内添加生物质燃料,生物质燃料产生的热量会传递至水箱中,使水箱中的水升温,升温后的水通过出水管从进水口流至蓄水室中,所以蓄水室中的水已初步加温;生物质燃料在燃烧室内燃烧产生高温烟气,高温烟气从出烟管的出烟孔中通过换热结构通过热交换管再排烟,热交换管将热量传递至蓄水室内已初步加温的水中,这样蓄水室内的水能快速加热,上汽速度快,蒸汽从出汽口排出供人们使用。
[0007] 在上述的生物质蒸汽锅炉中,所述的换热结构包括蓄水室侧部固连有的将热交换管一端部和出烟孔笼罩在一起的第一导烟箱,所述的第一导烟箱中固连有将部分热交换管的端部与出烟孔分隔开的第一隔板,所述的第一导烟箱固连有供通过热交换管的高温烟气排出的导烟管,所述的蓄水室侧部还固连有将热交换管另一端部笼罩的第二导烟箱。高温烟气从出烟管的出烟孔中进入第一导烟箱,之后高温烟气被第一隔板阻挡,从而通过部分热交换管,之后高温烟气进入第二导烟箱,高温烟气再进入位于第一隔板上部的热交换管,最后高温烟气再次进入第一导烟箱,由导烟管排出,因为高温烟气进入热交换管时间长,高温烟气与热交换管的面积大,所以对高温烟气利用充分,热交换管的热转换效率高,蓄水室内的水快速加热。
[0008] 在上述的生物质蒸汽锅炉中,所述的出烟孔的数量为两个且两个出烟孔相对设置,所述的第一导烟箱将其中一个出烟孔和热交换管一端部笼罩在一起,所述的第二导烟箱将另一个出烟孔和热交换管另一端部笼罩在一起,所述的第二导烟箱内固连有将热交换管的端部与出烟孔分隔开的第二隔板。两个出烟孔方便工人布置安装,第二导烟箱中的第二隔板起到封闭作用,使得高温烟气只能从一个出烟孔进入第一导烟箱。
[0009] 在上述的生物质蒸汽锅炉中,所述的水箱顶部固连有位于蓄水室一侧的热回收器,所述的热回收器内具有烟气回收室、存水室和导烟室,所述的烟气回收室与导烟管相连通,所述的存水室位于烟气回收室和导烟室之间,若干根热回收管竖直穿过所述的存水室,所述的热回收管的一端与烟气回收室相连通,热回收管的另一端与导烟室相连通,所述的热回收器上固连有均与存水室相连通的存水管和放水管,所述的放水管与蓄水室相连通,所述的热回收器上还开设有供穿过热回收管的烟气排出的排烟口。
[0010] 由存水管向存水室内灌水,存水室中充满水,从导烟管排出的仍具有一定热量的高温烟气进入烟气回收室内,之后经过热回收管将热量传递给热回收管,存水室内的水吸收热回收管的热量从而升温,升温后的水从放水管流入蓄水室中,经过热回收管的高温烟气从排烟口排出,这样对高温烟气的利用充分,蓄水室中的水已初步加温,蓄水室内的水能快速加热,上汽速度快。
[0011] 在上述的生物质蒸汽锅炉中,所述的烟气回收室位于存水室上方且烟气回收室中固连有隔板,所述的隔板将烟气回收室分隔为第一腔室和第二腔室,所述的第一腔室与导烟管相连通,所述的排烟口位于热交换器顶部并与第二腔室相连通。从导烟管排出的仍具有一定热量的高温烟气先进入第一腔室,再通过与第一腔室连通的热回收管进入导烟室,之后再进入与第二腔室连通的热回收管进入第二腔室,最后从排烟口排出,这样对高温烟气利用充分,换热面积大,热转换效率高。
[0012] 在上述的生物质蒸汽锅炉中,所述的热回收器顶部设有与第一腔室相连通的维护口。维护口的设置方便维护。
[0013] 在上述的生物质蒸汽锅炉中,所述的导烟室开设有清灰口。平时清灰口用板或布封堵,需要时开启清灰口,从而清理导烟室内灰烬。
[0014] 在上述的生物质蒸汽锅炉中,所述的水箱的底部固连有底座,所述的底座两侧部均固连有多道框状的搭边。搬运时,通过叉车插入底座的搭边内,搭边避免本生物质蒸汽锅炉晃动掉落,从而方便安全地提升搬运本生物质蒸汽锅炉。
[0015] 与现有技术相比,本生物质蒸汽锅炉结构布置合理,对高温烟气进行了充分利用,热转换效率高,蓄水室内的水是初步加温后的温水,因此蓄水室内的水能快速加热,上汽速度快,另外本生物质蒸汽锅炉维护、搬运均较为方便。

[0020] 如图1和图2所示,本生物质蒸汽锅炉包括侧部具有进料口 I和顶部固连有出烟管2的燃烧室3,出烟管2侧部开设有与燃烧室3相连通的出烟孔4且出烟管2顶部固连有蓄水室5,蓄水室5的侧部开设有进水口 6且蓄水室5顶部具有出汽口 7,蓄水室5穿设有若干根横向设置的热交换管8,蓄水室5处还设有使出烟孔4与热交换管8相连通的并能排烟的换热结构,燃烧室3外部包覆有水箱9,水箱9具有与其内部相连通的进水管10和出水管11,出水管11与进水口 6通过水管相连通。
[0021] 进一步细说,换热结构包括蓄水室5侧部固连有的将热交换管8 一端部和出烟孔4笼罩在一起的第一导烟箱12,第一导烟箱12中固连有将部分热交换管8的端部与出烟孔4分隔开的第一隔板13,第一导烟箱12固连有供通过热交换管8的高温烟气排出的导烟管14,蓄水室5侧部还固连有将热交换管8另一端部笼罩的第二导烟箱15。本实施例中出烟孔4的数量为两个且两个出烟孔4相对设置,第一导烟箱12将其中一个出烟孔4和热交换管8 —端部笼罩在一起,第二导烟箱15将另一个出烟孔4和热交换管8另一端部笼罩在一起,第二导烟箱15内固连有将热交换管8的端部与出烟孔4分隔开的第二隔板16。
[0022] 水箱9顶部固连有位于蓄水室5 —侧的热回收器17,热回收器17内具有烟气回收室18、存水室19和导烟室20,烟气回收室18与导烟管14相连通,存水室19位于烟气回收室18和导烟室20之间,若干根热回收管21竖直穿过所述的存水室19,热回收管21的一端与烟气回收室18相连通,热回收管21的另一端与导烟室20相连通,热回收器17上固连有均与存水室19相连通的存水管22和放水管23,放水管23与蓄水室5通过水管相连通,热回收器17上还开设有供穿过热回收管21的烟气排出的排烟口 24。烟气回收室18位于存水室19上方且烟气回收室18中固连有隔板25,隔板25将烟气回收室18分隔为第一腔室18a和第二腔室18b,第一腔室18a与导烟管14相连通,排烟口 24位于热交换器顶部并与第二腔室18b相连通。
[0023] 为了维护方便,热回收器17顶部设有与第一腔室18a相连通的维护口 26 ;为了清理方便,导烟室20开设有清灰口 27 ;为了搬运方便,水箱9的底部固连有底座28,所述的底座28两侧部均固连有多道框状的搭边28a。
[0024] 本生物质蒸汽锅炉使用时,从进水管10向水箱9中输送水,从进料口 I向燃烧室3内添加生物质燃料,生物质燃料产生的热量会传递至水箱9中,使水箱9中的水升温,升温后的水通过出水管11从进水口 6流至蓄水室5中,所以蓄水室5中的水已初步加温;生物质燃料在燃烧室3内燃烧产生高温烟气,高温烟气从出烟管2的出烟孔4进入第一导烟箱12,之后高温烟气被第一隔板13阻挡,从而通过部分热交换管8,之后高温烟气进入第二导烟箱15,高温烟气再进入位于第一隔板13上部的热交换管8,最后高温烟气再次进入第一导烟箱12,由导烟管14排出,因为高温烟气进入热交换管8时间长,高温烟气与热交换管8的面积大,热交换管8的热转换效率高,蓄水室5内的水快速加热,上汽速度快,蒸汽从出汽口 7排出供人们使用。
[0025] 本生物质蒸汽锅炉还对从导烟管14排出的仍具有一定热量的高温烟气进行了有效利用,由存水管22向存水室19内灌水,存水室19中充满水,从导烟管14排出的仍具有一定热量的高温烟气先进入第一腔室18a,再通过与第一腔室18a连通的热回收管21进入导烟室20,之后再进入与第二腔室18b连通的热回收管21进入第二腔室18b,最后从排烟口 24排出,存水室19内的热回收管21吸收高温烟气的热量,再将热量传递至存水室19的水,使存水室19内的水升温,升温后的水从放水管23流入蓄水室5中,这样对高温烟气的利用充分,蓄水室5中的水是已初步加温的,蓄水室5内的水能快速加热,上汽速度快。
