一种缓冲抗震式车用油冷却器,包括芯体,所述芯体的左、右两侧分别设有防护板一、防护板二;在所述芯体的上端面设有加强连接板。本实用新型通过在所述芯体的左、右两侧设有防护板,可有效地阻挡车辆行驶过程中飞石对油冷却器的撞击,提高了产品的安全性能,一定程度上保证了油冷却器的使用寿命;在芯体的上端面设有加强连接板,可消除油冷却器进出接管装配的变形影响,使得油冷却器的定位安装更可靠。

油冷却器作为大型卡车的重要组件,因大型卡车的行驶路况往往较为复杂、恶劣,常常受到飞石的影响,同时大型卡车在行驶过程中,其车身及外来的振动对油冷却器的正常工作带来一定影响。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种缓冲抗震式车用油冷却器,其结构简单,设计合理,具有良好的缓冲抗震效果。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种缓冲抗震式车用油冷却器,包括芯体,其特征在于:所述芯体的左侧设有防护板一,所述防护板一上设有定位孔一;所述芯体的右侧设有防护板二,所述防护板二上设有定位孔二;在所述芯体的上端面设有加强连接板,所述加强连接板的两端设有定位孔三。
所述定位孔一用于防护板一与车身的固定;所述定位孔二用于防护板二与车身的固定;所述定位孔三用于加强连接板与车身的固定。
有益效果:(1)通过在所述芯体的左、右两侧设有防护板,可有效地阻挡车辆行驶过程中飞石对油冷却器的撞击,提高了产品的安全性能,一定程度上保证了油冷却器的使用寿命;(2)在所述芯体的上端面设有加强连接板,可消除油冷却器进出接管装配的变形影响,使得油冷却器的定位安装更可靠,提高了抗震能力。
