技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种铺路机,其具有可调节的操作台,该操作台能借助操作台调节器围绕着回转轴进行回转。 
背景技术
用于铺路机的操作台调节器例如从DE29915965U1已知。在该专利文献里面描述的操作台具有横向引导器,操作台借助它可在铺路机的横向方向上移动。此外,该操作台还可在深度上(即沿着或逆着铺路机的行驶方向)进行调节。此外,该操作台还具有旋转调节装置,它可使操作台围绕着设置于中央的旋转轴线进行旋转。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种铺路机,其具有可围绕着回转轴回转的操作台,其中通过结构上尽量简单的器件可实现尽量符合人体工效学的调节。 
按本实用新型的铺路机具有能根据选择围绕着第一和第二回转轴回转的操作台,其中为第一和第二回转轴分别设置有操作元件,用来单独地解锁和/或封锁围绕着相应的回转轴的可回转性。本实用新型的特征在于,在操作台上为每个操作元件固定有支座,并且通过在各个支座的方向上拉相应的操作元件,可使回转轴解锁,并且使得操作台可在同一方向上回转。这一点可使得操作台的调节更符合人体工效学,且更显而易见和符合人的直觉性。因为通过固定设置在操作台上的支座,预先设定了操作元件必须沿其运动的方向。 
为了使回转的操作台尤其符合人体工效学,第一和第二回转轴可彼此平行地定向。 
有利的是,第一和第二回转轴分别具有在月牙板中引导的滑动元件。这可使操作台具有尤其运转平稳且不复杂的可调节性,因此铺路机的操作员能够简单地沿着月牙板来引导回转运动。为了使月牙板和滑动元件之间的摩擦尽可能小,各自的表面具有由镍-PTFE分散液(例如AHK NanoDisp-PTFE)构成的涂层。 
适宜的是,操作元件可针对第一和第二回转轴单独操作的,因为机动车驾驶员可以自行决定,操作元件可在多大的自由度中调节。因此,可避免操作元件的意外的回转运动。 
对于铺路机的运行来说适宜的是,操作台可在铺路机的横向沿着导轨进行侧面调节。这一点可为机动车驾驶员提供良好的人体工效学体验,其中通过导轨引导的同时还确保操作台具有安全且健壮的侧面可调节性。 
有利的是,操作台还至少沿着一个轴线在轴向方向上可进行高度调节。因此,操作台可与操作员的身高相适应。 
为了简化用于第一和/或第二回转轴的操作元件的操纵,操作元件还可具有至少一个支座。因此,机动车驾驶员可把该支座当作用于拇指或鱼际的支承点,以便能轻易地拉或推开相应的操作元件。这一点提升了机动车驾驶员的人体工效学体验,并且同时还确保操作台具有尽量安全的可调节性。 
同样有利的是,通过把相应的操作元件从至少一个支座推开,可使回转轴解锁。因此可避免由于碰触到操作元件而不小心地闭锁回转轴。 
有利的是,操作台具有主支架、托架,每个回转轴还具有至少一个连接件。这一点使操作台的调节具有许多自由度,并因此使得人体工效学体验达到最高程度。 
在此尤其有利的是,通过解锁围绕着各个回转轴的可回转性,主支架可相对于月牙板运动。 
为了使操作台具有尤其良好的可调节性,有利的是,操作元件在基本上相当于主支架的结构高度的长度上延伸。这给机动车驾驶员提供了很大的工作面,来在特定的回转方向上按压和/或拉操作台。 
适宜的是,这些回转轴几乎相对操作台的中间轴线对称地定向,以使 操作台关于铺路机获得良好地定向。为了使操作台具有尽可能好的可调节性,有利的是,操作台可无级地回转。

图1在透视图中示出了按本实用新型的操作台1,它用来控制铺路机(未示出)和它的工作部件。借助操作台1,铺路机可例如受控地运动。 
操作台1具有多个控制元件2,用来控制铺路机,例如操作按键和/或控制杆。为了显示铺路机的运行参数,操作台1还具有至少一个显示区3。 
还如图1所示,操作台1借助托架4可移动或可定位地固定在铺路机 的导轨系统5上。该导轨系统5稳固地固定在铺路机上,例如固定在它的驾驶台(未示出)中。托架4几乎构成为U形,并且沿着导轨系统5的上侧和下侧滑动。因此,可在铺路机的横向上调节或移动托架4以及整个操作台1。为此,相对彼此可运动的元件的表面(尤其是托架4和导轨系统5)具有明显降低元件摩擦的表面涂层。该表面涂层例如可以是镍-PTFE分散液(例如AHK NanoDisp-PTFE)。
