现在,电动车已经普遍成为人们的代步工具,其使用日趋广泛,电动车抗撞击缓冲系统作为电动车的主要零部件之一,是电动车的随车安全自我保护部件,也是骑行者重要的安全保护装置,现有电动车的支架细、厚度薄,容易变形,也没有抗撞击缓冲系统,存在安全隐患,不但会给用户造成不必要的麻烦,对骑行者的人身安全也得不到有力保障。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、易于安装、安全性高、性能稳定的电动车抗撞击缓冲装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种电动车抗撞击缓冲装置,包括扇形支架、固定支架、弹簧缓冲体、缓冲垫,固定支架用螺丝安装在电动车的车架头管上,其特征在于:固定支架与扇形支架之间安装弹簧缓冲体,在扇形支架前孔内安装缓冲垫。
本实用新型的弹簧缓冲体为加粗弹簧液压减震缓冲体。
本实用新型在电动车正面撞击的情况下,首先接触撞击的物体是缓冲垫,接着弹簧缓冲体开始受力,避免对人身造成直接冲击,大大的提高了人身安全系数。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种电动车抗撞击缓冲装置,包括扇形支架1、固定支架2、弹簧缓冲体3、缓冲垫4,本实用新型安装在电动车的车架头管5上,固定支架2用螺丝一7、螺丝二8安装在头管取付6上,固定支架2与弹簧缓冲体3的后部用后内六角螺丝9固定,扇形支架1与弹簧缓冲体3用前内六角螺丝10固定,缓冲垫4安装在扇形支架1前孔内。
本实用新型的缓冲垫4为橡胶缓冲垫,橡胶缓冲垫4共有四个。
本实用新型的弹簧缓冲体3为加粗弹簧液压减震缓冲体。

1.一种电动车抗撞击缓冲装置,包括扇形支架、固定支架、弹簧缓冲体、缓冲垫,固定支架用螺丝安装在电动车的车架头管上,其特征在于:固定支架与扇形支架之间安装弹簧缓冲体,在扇形支架前孔内安装缓冲垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车抗撞击缓冲装置,其特征在于:弹簧缓冲体为加粗弹簧液压减震缓冲体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车抗撞击缓冲装置,其特征在于:弹簧缓冲体由内六角螺丝固定在扇形支架与固定支架之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车抗撞击缓冲装置,其特征在于:缓冲垫为橡胶缓冲垫。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电动车抗撞击缓冲装置,其特征在于:橡胶缓冲垫有四个。
